Went in for a check engine light. Tommy ran diagnostics, opened my engine and pointed out common problems that cause the specific engine code, and told me what my car would do if there was really an issue. I was recommended to Tommy's by my coworker and I'm so glad she did! Tommy is quick and honest when it comes to car problems. My car suddenly started leaking oil at lunch so I took it to him for an assessment and he quickly found the problem and had it fixed for me by the end of the day. I'm so thankful it was able to get fixed same day. We also just took my husbands car in for a leak and Tommy assessed it, showed us where it was leaking and suggested changing an o-ring. My husband had one on hand so Tommy changed it for us. Afterwards it looked like it was still leaking so we scheduled to come back when he got the new part. Few days later we realized the ring did the trick and it had stopped leaking. My husband was so happy we went back to thank him and pay for the work he had done but he refused! Excellent service! My fuel pump went out so I had my Lancer towed to Tommy's. He gave me an estimated price for labor and I was getting the parts on my own. 1st attempt the part was faulty so I had to return it and get a new brand. Second attempt the part worked but something else was wrong. Tommy diagnosed and fixed the second issue for no extra charge! Very honest labor, and very knowledgeable! I completely recommend his shop. You can drop off your car and feel reassured he's not going to overcharge you for anything (which was my main concern). Fortunately, I have not needed any major repairs to either of our two cars in the past few years. However, if I needed that, I would definitely go to Tommy's.
