The XPO Logistics delivered and installed a new LG Washer and Dryer. They failed to bring a power cord for the dryer. The supervisor (phone call) was not helpful. I had to supply the dryer cord at my expense or wait three more days for them to complete the installation. read more

Originally scheduled "white glove" mattress delivery had to be rescheduled after they showed up 4 hours early and were unwilling or unable to remove the old mattress. The rescheduled delivery portion was fine - boxes were left inside the apartment - but I'm stuck dealing with apartment management company because the "haul away" consisted of RXO leaving 3 different mattresses and a box next to the dumpsters. read more

And replace it with my new one they were on time they called ahead of time. The communication was great and they came in and the location very professional. Delivery and installation were efficient. My only complaint is the French doors were not aligned, I mentioned to the technician and he told me that's how they should be which is totally incorrect. Both user manual and Youtube showed how the doors could be aligned. I also called LG support, they asked me if the installer had attempted to align the doors. read more

The install went smoothly and the installers were professional and courteous. Also, the RXO system worked well at communicating the scheduled delivery by notifying me of the delivery and install time window. (I signed up for text message alerts) The installation went quick and I was able to coordinate with the installers to prep and clean the space. (It did help that I prepped the space a bit before to give installers ready access) They recommended that I lay a drop cloth over our stove so we could protect it from debris. I paid for the haul away service which they did also. The new microwave was installed in place and the vent was tested. It looks great and we are excited about our new microwave. read more

RXO was selected by LG Electronics to deliver a new range and refrigerator. They had previously tried to deliver a different refrigerator but they kindly showed me how that model would not be a good fit for the space despite my correct measurements. He offered advice as to a better fitting, functioning fridge. Without any negativity, they returned the first fridge. The new appliances were delivered without a hitch. They pointed out a little spot of glue, apologized for not stocking the remover and told me how to correct it. The two men were polite and efficient. I'd recommend them. read more

All went well. The team was professional and quick in setting up the washer/dryer (stacked). They took away the old washer and dryer and replaced the base mat/drain. Only hiccup was that they didn't bring their own dolly or hand truck. Although they were prepared to carry the units in, the apartment building fortunately had one we could borrow. It would have been a long walk through the garage bringing in the new appliances and then hauling away the old ones. Having the hand truck saved a lot of time and back muscles. read more

Used for IKEA delivery. Good: Guys seemed friendly and efficient. Deliveries (2) were early. First delivery was scheduled 10-2. They arrived at 9:45am. No big deal, I was there waiting. Bad: Second delivery was due 3-7. They arrived at 11:30am. Luckily I was still home. I had planned to go out and was just about to leave. How do you show up nearly 4 hours early? Oddly enough (or perhaps not), I got a text around 3:20pm saying my delivery was complete. My hunch is that the drivers waited until the actual delivery window to send notification so it looked they showed up at the correct time. All's well that ends well, though. Three days and numerous calls later, I still have no idea when (if??) they will fulfill their obligation to install it and remove the old one. The two men who made the delivery of our Bosch dishwasher were professional and courteous. HOWEVER, we were very disappointed in the delivery service overall. We arranged our work schedule to be home for the original delivery date, but that was changed at the last minute to a future date. On their first visit, they simply left the dishwasher in the middle of our dining room and insisted they were only assigned to the delivery itself, though we had paid for delivery, installation, and removal of the old dishwasher and had a receipt. Over many days, we heard from no one about scheduling installation. After multiple calls to Bosch and to the delivery company, each blaming the other and referring us to call the other, they finally did return (the same two original people) to install it and remove the old. We don't blame these two men who were only following orders; but somewhere between Bosch and your company, there is a disconnect and very poor customer service from each.
