My delivery was canceled for a July 10th drop-off, for an order placed on June 22nd. The next available time for a delivery was august 14th. It was very hard to get in touch with an actual person to get an earlier date. However, I received an unsolicited call from a very kind and helpful gentleman yesterday and my item was set for delivery today, July 22nd. They were very thorough with the time window and the deliver updates, via texts throughout the day, and arrived within 15 minutes of stating they would be there in 30 minutes. The delivery driver was very kind, professional, and helpful. He gets 5 stars. Today with the updates gets 5 stars. The early cancellation and lack of communication and rescheduling time would be 1 star. Overall, I guess 3 stars. What started as an infuriating experience ended on a high note. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. All the other reviews listed is the exact same things that I have dealt with. Obviously they are not correcting the issues or even trying to. I still have not received my refrigerator. It shows it was delivered to the hub over a week ago but they said they haven't received it. I have tried calling multiple times, been hung up on, sent emails and asked for response when I am showing them evidence that the item was delivered to their hub. I had an order scheduled for a specific day, and had it scheduled with them for that specific day for a few weeks at the point of this writing. RXO cancelled my delivery date the day prior to its scheduled delivery. They failed to notify me by call, text, or email, in spite of their automated notification system. I only found out when I called later in the evening to figure out their delivery window - this was answered by their automated AI operator with simulated keyboard clicks, who informed me my order was not scheduled. Every attempt to contact the local office in Little Rock lead to me being connected with AI bots and Indians. Each of them stated that there is no way to contact the local branch, and that communication would only be through email. They also state nothing can be done to get it delivered on my intended delivery date, which was chosen specifically because it would be the only day I have availability. I want nothing to do with this company moving forward. Edit 1: One of the RXO international employees (likely from India) told me that they can schedule it for a delivery date closer to my original scheduled date. On a follow-up call with another international employee (also likely from India), the employee contradicted the earlier mentioned employee, they cannot deliver it by that delivery date, it would have to be later. When she was looking further into this and put me on hold, she hung up on me. Hire Americans. Edit 2: Got into contact with another international employee (once again, likely from India) who told me that they could contact the local branch in Little Rock, but failed to establish a connection after 2 call attempts. She resorted to send them an email concerning the earlier and more-desired delivery date. Why not just give customers a local number with local employees to talk to. Edit 3: They have once again taken my order off of the schedule. They do it right as the business closes as well so that once I call I cannot dispute the matter. Calling them to talk it out once again led to me talking to the AI bot with simulated clicks before connecting with yet another international employee (Indian). Apparently they over-scheduled and don't have the vehicle capacity for my order. What, a professional shipping business is unaware of the volume of their cargo trucks? Asinine. The lady ensures they can deliver it on the next available delivery day, but given they couldn't the first 2 times, am I expected to believe them now? Also I sent an email as Bryan requested. Currently have been trying for two days to get my LG washer we have DONE PAID FOR. I have emails etc for proof OF PURCHASE and because they couldn't deliver on the date THEY SCHEDULED, BECAUSE THEY OVERBOOKED I can't drive down to go get my washer I ALREADY PAID FOR. [This is a copy of the review that I posted on google] The "white glove" delivery/installation was a joke! The LG washer/dryer was delivered in an Enterprise rental truck that was not even equipped with the basic parts needed for installation. The delivery team was clearly unskilled and untrained. They did the unloading, unpacking in the middle of a busy residential street, despite my repeated requests to move to the side, driveway, or indoors. They left a mess of packing material on the street. Used a small hand cart with no safety straps to move appliances. Didn't have appropriate dryer cord on truck, so reused my 26-year-old cord. Incorrectly wired and incorrectly strain-relieved said cord. Connected washer hoses without straightening, leaving a jumbled mess. Dropped a fitting down my stand pipe. Didn't have dryer duct on truck, so left that unconnected. RXO offered to send someone out early the following week to fix the mess created by their "3rd party" folks. But i had loads of laundry to do over the weekend, didn't really trust their work quality, and didn't have the luxury to take time off work to wait for another crew. So I ended up getting all the installation parts from Lowes, undoing their "white glove" mess, and completing the installation myself. Follow-up: RXO contacted me after I posted the original review on google. I told them that in addition to the aforementioned debacle, they had also neglected to leave the washer's shipping/transit bolt assemblies with me as they are supposed to. They said they would locate and get those to me. A few days later they dropped off bent, bare transit bolts (see picture). No explanation for why the bolts were bent or bare. When I asked about the rest of the assembly (plastic sleeve and clip, see picture of actual transit-bolt assembly assembly), they first said that "the black piece and the plastic piece stay in the machine. And the silver clamp is used to hold the cord." When I debunked that patently false and absurd claim, they changed the story to "we provided you with what LG gave us for you," implying that LG shipped the washer with incomplete transit-bolt assemblies, just bare , bent bolts! Another easily debunkable lie -- without the sleeves and clips, the bare botls simply can't be secured in the 1-inch holes! Add untruthful to unequipped, unskilled, and untrained to RXO's qualities. This outfit appears to be LG's last-mile shipper for SouthWest Ohio. So to avoid having to deal with this nonsense again, I might have to consider other brands for future appliance purchases :-( read more

They were Extremely Bad, and they lied several times. After a two week delay, they Confirmed delivery for a Friday. Then said they attempted delivery on the day before --Thursday. Then said they had the wrong location and then rescheduled for a Tuesday two more weeks out. I pressed them to get it here faster, they said we only deliver in your area on Tuesdays -- hmmmmm they Confirmed delivery for a Friday, then said they Attempted on a Thursday. But then they re-scheduled for Two More Weeks out. This day they did keep. I ordered a TV from Amazon and received a delivery date of 6 Dec on 4 Dec I called the call center and was told that the earliest delivery date they could do was over a month away 6 Jan. The TV was sitting in the Little Rock warehouse since 4 Dec. I have been calling daily since 5 Dec and have been put on hold for hours only to be told that they have not received any response from the Little Rock AR warehouse. The deliver by date is now way into Jan. This is unacceptable. After posting this review I immediately received a call from corporate and problem was resolved. TV was delivered yesterday the 16th of Dec. If anything, their problem resolution department is excellent. read more

I was suppose to have a refrigerator delivered Saturday morning. I got the email at 6:45 am that it was on the truck and out for delivery and would arrive between 12-4. I had to work so I had to have someone come to my house to await their arrival. At 3:50 the tracker app changed and said the delivery was cancelled. Turns out they didn't have room on the truck and it was never going to be delivered. IF they didn't have room on the truck then they should have called and said they would not be making the delivery. They never called, text anything, I had to call Samsung to have them find out what happened. Then the next delivery date they had was 10 days out. I ordered a washing machine from Costco in Little Rock Arkansas and they used the local RXO for delivery. The delivery was originally scheduled for 1/10/25, that was delayed due to the weather to 1/15/25. On 1/15/25 it was delayed again for an unknown reason and scheduled for 1/18/25. On 1/18/25 it was once again delayed with no reason provided. I now have a scheduled date of 1/24/25 which is a full two weeks after the original scheduled date. I will not be ordering through Costco again and would not recommend RXO for any shipments read more

I received a text with delivery options soon after ordering this washing machine. Updates were sent via text, and we received a phone call 30 minutes before arrival. The two gentlemen were professional, friendly and efficient. They cleaned up all packing debris then Washer was installed and tested before they left. Absolute worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. Took a month and a half to deliver. My order sat at their local facility for all but a week of that time. Customer service is terrible. Wouldn't contact or connect me to the local facility to either let me pickup there or at least ensure it would actually be delivered on the date it said. First arranged delivery date I waited all day until 9 pm and got notified that they were not delivering that day. The next available delivery option was 4 weeks out. And it was actually 6 weeks later that my item finally arrived. Will never use again and will immediately cancel any order that I see is shipping RXO. read more

Ordered a 75" television from Amazon. Delivery day was Oct 11,2024. Delivery driver went to the wrong address, wrong house. Driver noted "problem with delivery" and return the TV to the warehouse. Reschedule to be delivered on November 13, 2024. Again the driver went to the wrong address but called to talk to us. We explained that he was at the wrong address. He was one town over! He was about 15 minutes away. We offered to drive over to him so he could follow us to the correct address. He said that he would find us. By this time it was dark so my husband went out to the street with a flashlight to flag down the driver. He never showed. The next day we received a email stating that there was a problem with the delivery and delivery would be rescheduled for December date. Unbelievable! I'm now in the process of trying to cancel the order. I was told that we could return the TV and/or refuse to accept the package at time of delivery. Ugh! read more

I ordered a Samsung refrigerator a few years ago that was delivers by this company. The delivery men were rude, horrible and did more damage to my home than the cost of the refrigerator. RXO did pay for my repairs I ordered a Samsung washer/dryer from Sams on November 15th and was not aware RXO would again be the delivery company. The original washer/dryer was not delivered until December 12th at which time the delivery men were again rude, unprofessional and did not care about doing their job. Things started bad right off the bat. We have just had new floors installed throughout the house and asked the delivery men to please be careful. The man got very rude and said he couldn't guarantee the floors and if we had a problem with this they could leave. We need the appliances so told them to go ahead but be careful and delivery man said if we were so worried about the floors we shouldn't have ordered the washer and dryer. They started installing and did it as quickly as they could not testing anything or checking to see if machines were level. They also did not attach the base to the appliance with the supplied connectors or use the new hose connections that were supplied with the washer. They threw the new connections on a nearby table and used ones from old washer that have been there twenty years. They had me sign for delivery and quickly went to leave. I tried to open the drawer on the bases and neither would open. Ran out to get delivery men and they did something to drawer under dryer so it opened but the one under the washer still won't open. They again quickly rushed to the truck and left. We turned on the dryer and the room immediately filled up with smoke. Neither the washer or dryer are level. We turned off the dryer and immediately contacted Samsung who said they could repair dryer and I said no this was brand new I did not want a new appliance repaired and they said I would have to contact sams. I contacted Sams explained the issue and they reordered the dryer the and they reordered the dryer the same day. Today I got a message from RXO saying dryer is in and wanted to schedule delivery. The SOONEST they could deliver is December 31st - this is almost two months after original order. I do not have an issue with Samsung but will NEVER order anything again this has to be delivered by this company. I have not tried my washer as it is not level and have no dryer to dry clothes in. Steer clear of RXO for anything unless you enjoy problems, unprofessional people and horrible customer service. read more

My first experience using this company and it has not been a good one. They have rescheduled my delivery 5 times now. I was told a couple times there wasn't enough room on the truck, and then another time it was "the truck broke down." I've spoken with multiple people at XPO and through the retailer that I purchased from without any luck. I ordered my bed back in January knowing it would take a while to ship. Not VERY HAPPY! I was expecting a delivery this morning Friday the 20th, 2024 and everything I had gotten prior to this morning said the scheduled delivery time was 8am-11am. I didnt wake up until 744am this morning and checked my phone notifications to find that I had a Ring doorbell notification at 736am. Sure enough it was them trying to deliver the sofa at that time. Well That wasnt when we needed to be up and ready to receive it. So instead of waiting for the scheduled delivery time they just left. I took off for this date thinking that i was going to be getting the sofa around the time scheduled. Now we will have to take more time off to hopefully have it rescheduled!!! WTF!!! If that happens thats roughly $500 missed on our paychecks! This is not cool!!! Good luck trying to find a number that is local. I was initially very disappointed in the service because of a delayed delivery with no communication, but RXO reached out and did everything they could to make the delivery happen, and they continued to keep me updated on progress the rest of the way. Two men showed up On Time to deliver our kitchen stove, refrigerator, microwave! This was not an easy job! But they just went to work! High praise on their professionalism, knowledge and work ethic! When they received it they emailed to set up a delivery date. The first available date was a full week after they received the item. I was OK with that. But then that date came around. I received a text confirming the delivery, then a few hours later a call saying the truck had broke down. Really? You just have the one truck do you?
