Delivery Guys GREAT - Company Communications, OK. My contact with XPO was for the delivery of a Purple Mattress. I give grace to delays in delivery as it was just as the Christmas week was getting underway: they are in the Milwaukee area, but we are in a small town 90 + minutes north of them directly on the interstate. To schedule their delivery, I either had to sit on hold with a call or use their online system. It indicated that Jan 1, 2020, was the first delivery date available. OK...I can do that. Just after Christmas, we got 3 calls (voice mails) early in the day from their rep telling us they do not deliver on Jan 1. We had an option of the next day (Dec 30 or 31 as I recall), or Jan 2. We left numerous messages with their voice mail from noon that day up to VERY early in the AM on the 31st. No responses until we got a voice mail telling us the delivery would be Jan 2 between 11 am-3 pm. OK...acceptable. Thus, for communication with customers, I give XPO a 3-Star. NOW - the delivery guys. Johnny on the Spot! Got a call as they were about 45-60 minutes out. They arrived nearly precisely when they said. Very Polite, efficient, careful with our product and the house, conversational but not delaying their work at all. They installed our new mattress, moved our old one to the place we wanted it (this is a mattress trial, so we do not want to lose our original mattress, just in case), and asked if everything looked to our liking and if there was anything else they could do for us. The delivery people arrived on time and were very polite. They were tidy and picked up all packing materials. They did not appear to be very experienced compared to other delivery teams we have seen. When the width of the doorway appeared to be tight they didn't offer to take the doors off of the refrigerator. Instead they just forced it through and luckily the only small dent they made was on the back of the fridge and didn't affect it's performance or outward appearance. One star only because I can't give them 0. I was supposed to get a delivery on April 30th which didn't happen. According to the tracking information they couldn't find the items. I rescheduled the delivery for March 7th and called multiple times to ensure they had found the items. I was assured the items would be delivered, they were not. Same issue, missing items. After talking to one of the customer service reps he told me that didn't make sense because they scanned the items and put them on the truck. I have probably called XPO 10 - 15 times over the last few weeks, I talk to someone who tells me they will reach out to the warehouse for an update. To date the warehouse has not responded once. I cannot talk to anyone higher up even when requested. At this time the items have not been delivered and I can't get information from anyone at XPO. Biggest Issues: 1) When a delivery does not happen I am expected to go to the end of the line when scheduling a delivery, missed deliveries should be expedited. 2) Communication, XPO does not seem to know how to preform basic customer communication about changes or cancellations to deliveries. 3) Communication, XPO does not seem to have intra-communication between divisions. See above about the warehouse not responding. At this point I am stuck in an endless cycle of not getting my items delivered and dealing with customer service reps who don't understand that the system is completely broken. read more

I was very happy when I saw that they do Saturday delivery. I wanted my sons to be home when I received the delivery so they could bring it in and put it togather. Horrible service. My gas range was supposed to be delivered 2-15-22 between 3-7:00. Never received a phone call or a delivery. No one at XPO could tell me what happened. I was told a different time, that I had refused the delivery and that the truck broke down. It's now close to noon on 2-16-22 and still no gas range and still no idea where it is or when it will be delivered. read more

Poorly managed company! I ordered appliances through LG and they contracted RXO for delivery. The delivery was made a week late, they scratched my floors, trim and damaged my entryway walls. They even dropped my brand new refrigerator down the stairs almost smashing one of the delivery guys. The delivery crew admitted fault. When I contacted RXO I was told to get 2 estimates and they would process the claim. They then tried to settle for $300 before the estimates arrived which I rejected. When the estimates arrived for more than $5000 they told me to take action with the delivery company that they had hired and basically washed their hands of the problem. The fly by night company they hired did not have insurance and the owner told me flat out that he doesn't have the money to pay. The entire experience was extremely sketchy and I'm sure will have to continue for months due to RXO's inability to step up and do the right thing. read more

Received notification of scheduled delivery and 4 hour window which originally indicated delivery between 8:30am and 12:30pm. Throughout the day kept receiving notifications for time change to another 4 hour window with the last notice for delivery by 7:00pm. This did not happen. Called XPO Customer Service as to why no attempt was made since originally indicated morning delivery. Finally put in contact with local XPO location and talked to a Chris who indicated he was the Manager. After going through the scenario with the Manager, I was told the driver had to go back and forth and ran out of delivery time... It was scheduled originally for 8:30-12:30 slot???? I proceeded to ask what he would do to resolve this today. The Manager indicated he wasn't going to do anything and would schedule for the following day (two days after original schedule). Our delivery went smooth and the delivery guy was professional and hooked everything up perfectly. Our washer was scheduled Saturday and we received no updates all day. It was then rescheduled for Sunday and again, no updates. I had to call XPO to track my washer down. It was finally taken care of and scheduled for Tuesday. Finally it came on time. I was supposed to get a delivery yesterday and after the time was confirmed the day before took off of work. They never showed and never called. After following up with them I was told that they had a mechanical issue with the truck and wouldn't be making the delivery. I called again to reschedule and now I'm told January 12th is the earliest date. Completely unacceptable! read more

Absolutely terrible service, wish I could give them zero stars. We ordered a peloton bike at the end of December and scheduled delivery for 1/13. The day before, we received the automated call with our delivery window, which was 2-5pm. The time came and went with no delivery, no calls, no texts, nothing. I contact customer service and they tell me that the delivery is heading back to the facility and will need to be rescheduled. No reason why it wasn't delivered as scheduled. The earliest we could reschedule delivery for was 1/24. Eleven days after original delivery was scheduled. This time, our delivery window was 5-8pm. Again, the time has come and gone and STILL NO DELIVERY. No calls, no texts, absolute radio silence. I contact customer service again and they tell me the exact same thing. The delivery has to be rescheduled and is headed back to the facility. Again, no reason for this provided whatsoever! Just that I need to reschedule again!! Will I ever actually get the peloton??? Who knows!! 0/10, would absolutely never recommend to anyone to use this delivery service. read more

Horrible and incompetent company. I Ordered 6 Samsung Appliances which were scheduled for delivery on July 21 between 0830-1230pm, which I took off of work to be home for and my wife/I moved all our old appliances out of the way for easier delivery. The XPO delivery truck did show up exactly on time at 8:30am in front of my house and then inexplicably left without delivery and no explanation. I immediately contacted XPO chat support and was only told that delivery truck was headed back to facility because XPO driver claimed they could not "perform stop/access location" and that someone from XPO would contact me (which they never did). I live in rural area (Big Bend, Wi) and have a 18ft wide driveway ( I have had a full semi-trailer in my driveway that delivered my household goods when I moved to this house.. you could have fit 5 or 6 XPO delivery trucks in my driveway...lmfao)... After reading numerous 1 star reviews with XPO, I didn't want to deal with an incompetent delivery company with additional headaches with rescheduling/no shows and also the fact that customers report that XPO does not know how to install appliances which I paid for....so I just cancelled my entire Samsung order. In future if anyone orders anything that is being shipped just make sure it isn't XPO handling the delivery. read more

Horrible! Won't use them again! XPO LOST half of an LTL shipment valued at $2500. We even requested and paid for extra insurance! Got paid out salvage value $12.97! The lost part was brand new and rather large...how does one lose such a large item? Needless-to-say, we wont be cashing that measly $12 check...thank you but NO thank you! read more

We ordered a new appliance package and they did delivery, installation, and haul away. They were quick, clean, and kind! They were unable to install the dishwasher because our old one is hardwired- which we knew would be a problem, but the gentleman took time to explain differences and how to get it hooked up, told us all the features of the other new appliances. They were very nice and knowledgeable. It's Covid-19 times now also and they were wearing masks! read more
