This is the worse run last mile delivery company I've ever experienced and I'm 73 years old. They have failed to deliver on two separate occasions. No phone call, text or email. You try to call them and their voicemail box is full. I've contacted other branches of the company for help but to no avail. I really don't think anyone really works there. Going on 3 weeks that I haven't received my shipment. They have cancelled my delivery appointment and keep pushing it out. Will not let me even come pick my packaged up at their warehouse. I can't get any answers or anyone to help me. I've called the local branch with no answer, only person I can talk to is someone in a call center that has no clue what's going on. Our Mattress delivery was perfect. The guy called about 5 minutes before arrival, we have very poor cell service, so he couldn't reach us earlier. We had a mattress that needed to be carried upstairs, they did it right away, brought in the new mattress and set it up for us. Good service read more

Promised a delivery yesterday between 10-2. Called at 3pm to then be told it will in fact be delivered that day...It was not. After dealing with XPO Logistics, I will not be purchasing any product online that would require using this company. read more

XPO has failed three times to deliver my Peloton bike on the dates that they agreed to do so. Due to my complaints, Joe, who is allegedly a manager at the Spokane hub promised to have a special delivery team deliver the bike, but every single one of his promises have gone unanswered. He has promised that he would call with follow-ups, but he hasn't, and he does not answer the phone or return voice mail messages, so these "special team" deliveries never happened either. Absolutely terrible service full of empty promises--to the point that I had to accept the fact that I wouldn't receive my Peloton bike (I couldn't take anymore time off work for a delivery that likely wouldn't show up anyway) and had no other choice than to call and cancel my order due to XPO's inability to deliver when promised. read more

Would give ZERO stars if I could - literally the WORST experience I have ever had with a company. I ordered a refrigerator from Samsung. Who knew that meant I had to deal with a team of unbelievably unreasonable delivery people?! I specifically ordered the fridge for a delivery date while my mom was out of town (as it was a Mother's Day gift and we wanted to surprise her). When it arrived at the HUB, I got a call to schedule the delivery, and they couldn't do it anywhere near the date I had picked. I asked to be escalated and referred to the delivery HUB, and was eventually (10 days later) called by Joe from Spokane. He assured me he would be able to get it to our house in time! YAY! He got the delivery scheduled and I got a confirmation number. We had about three other vendors waiting for the fridge to be installed in order to complete their projects, so I scheduled them too thinking everything was on track. About 48 hours before the delivery was supposed to happen Joe called me back to say they wouldn't be able to get it to us that week and we would have to wait until the NEXT Thursday. I went through every single option with him. Begged and pleaded (they were throwing off our entire schedule for all other vendors as well) to absolutely no avail. What's worse is he told me that if I had scheduled it a day earlier (which I was never given the option to do) it would have been fine, but since we were over 75 miles (85 to be exact) from the HUB we couldn't get it delivered on our scheduled date. I finally conceded defeat and rescheduled the delivery for the next week. This meant we had to reschedule all other vendors, lose a ton of $, and miss out on surprising my mom. Before I got off the phone I literally said to Joe, "You're not going to cancel on me again right? This is definitely going to happen next week?" He assured me it would. So the delivery is supposed to happen this week, and Joe just called me to tell me that he is (AGAIN) cancelling our delivery because the driver isn't going up that way on Thursday. WHAT?!? He has a delivery up that way: MINE! I was so furious I had to get off the phone and have my brother call to deal with it. The fact that ordering directly from a supplier means we have to deal with these third party vendors is RIDICULOUS. I won't ever use any service that utilizes XPO shipping services again. So far no Action and no bike. XPO does not stand behind their word. I was told to contact them with my info, I did. I received a call a week ago stating they were going to look into this issue and expedite my delivery. STILL NOTHING! They say it has to do with Pelotons shipments of inventory, but my bike has been verified delivered to xpo spokane since 9/18, per PELOTON themselves. Still sitting in your warehouse. In my opinion XPO is still a crappy company that doesn't tell the truth or follow through on their commitments. BEWARE AND AVOID USING THEM AT ALL COSTS IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE. This operation is the worst last-mile delivery service I've ever had the misfortune of using. I can't believe that some of the other reviewers gave such high praise. The company does not communicate with you nor have they delivered our products as promised, at least twice now. We still don't have the delivery and no one can seem to solve the problems associated with the order. Very poorly run. read more

The delivery driver called me 45 minutes in advance to let me know his arrival time, and that helped very much since I had to take leave from work to meet them. The two gentlemen who delivered my bed were very courteous, helpful, and conscientious about not scuffing the walls. This was a great delivery service. read more

Horrible unorganized company. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Took over a month to get my washer and dryer. It was in the warehouse in spokane 2 days after I ordered the items. They failed to reach out to me and set a delivery date. I called them after waiting 2 weeks and they set up an appt. Well, 1st try was a no show. 2nd time they said they had my TV for sure and it would be here on this date. Yup, no show /call again. I'm mad now. Call XPO Supervisor /mgr of shipping he apologizes and says it will be here on this date for sure...I thanked him. Well, that day arrived and indeed I did get a call from the XPO truck...yaaay....no wait.....they called to tell me" THERE WAS NO ROOM ON THE TRUCK FOR MY ITEM". I call the XPO mgr and left a message. The coward didn't even have the guts to call me back. Costco Mgr "Jim" from Boise and Suzanne in membership services from Costco in Kennewick are the ones who finally got the items here with another delivery company. XPO is the worst. I hope their contract isn't renewed. Worst customer service and communication I have EVER dealt with. read more

I'd give zero stars if possible. My very expensive item (peloton bike) never arrived during its delivery window. However, according to their tracking it said it was delivered and set up in my home. So that was alarming. I still have never been able to get them to say why I didn't receive my bike despite their website saying it was delivered. I have had to hunt them down and call them multiple times to ever get them to start the ball rolling on getting my bike to me. They always promise to call me back, and never do. They have promised me two new shipping dates, which have come and gone with no fulfillment, and no communication from them (again, I have to call them every time it doesn't show up). My shipment is now 3 weeks late, it was supposed to be delivered today but I hadn't heard from them for a delivery window and so once again, I called them. And surprise! Can't be delivered today. They said maybe in another week. Pretty sure I'll never see my bike. Absolutely ridiculous and a super shady company. read more

So wrote first review the other day about my Peloton Tread not being able to be delivered this past Wednesday, due to this company's fault. So thought things got resolved, finally got a call back from Joe the delivery guy, sounded like things were set for a delivery today, Saturday Sept 19th,2020. I was hopeful for a few days leading up to today, today is here and time passing by.. no damn text or phone call about delivery time or anything.. we've called him and text him.. no return communication at all. So I am paying for a piece of equipment that I can not get delivered, because this company is incompetent of any legit communication or actual action of getting products delivered. Worst company ever. If you can pick another company to deliver your products, I highly suggest you do. I wish I could give it no stars or delete stars.
