UC Pros had my X-rays examined by their O.D. bone specialist right away. I sent their O.D. findings to the VA and got an appointment right away. My care by Janny and Michelle was excellent. The entire office staff is attentive and efficient. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

This was our first visit, and I was impressed with how thorough everyone was. The medical assistant asked all the necessary health questions, which I especially appreciated because my daughter has a unique medical history. The doctor then came in, explained everything clearly, and my daughter was able to get her chest X-ray right away. Overall, I have no complaints. The staff was efficient, thorough, and made what could have been a stressful visit a smooth experience.

I've had strep before and received much less efficient and helpful care at other places, so it was refreshing. This urgent care has a spacious and clean lobby, and they were blasting the A/C on this 95° day, so that was nice. Check-in was simple and while they did accept my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, I still had to pay $100 out-of-pocket, but that's just my stupid insurance for you. All of the typical measurements and tests were quick, and the strep swab was the least unpleasant I've ever dealt with. The provider came in with the results five minutes later and was so friendly; she showed real concern for how bad my case was. I like having the option of excellent urgent care and try to avoid spending needless hours in the ER. My respiratory and diabetic conditions have required approximately 9 or 10 visits. The front desk personnel are 100% on point; efficient friendly and caring while handling business. Also, they answer the phone quickly, which is unheard of in 2026. With the exception of 2 visits my wait times have been very short and every single provider has been excellent. The providers are very thorough, but please be advised, they can only address the highest priority health concern that you have at the time. Based on today's interaction 10 or 20 stars. I was having pretty bad brain fog and figured maybe patients with covid just look a special type of run down and they can just tell at this point. I was feeling pretty awful. they sent out a couple test and told me there wasn't much they could do besides advising me to take OTC pain killers and offered a couple of prescriptions to help with the pain. I was pretty distraught and out of it and the staff was very kind and patient with me, and tried to explain everything as best they could. a miserable 4 days later they called to tell me all tests came back negative and it was just a cold. while i appreciated the follow up, i was incredibly confused; I was still having awful brain fog and, especially given the severity of my symptoms I could not believe this was a mere cold. but I resigned myself because I didn't go to medical school. a week later i was back to 100% and ready to call it a weird bad cold. less than 2 weeks later, all of the same symptoms flare back up. I'm incapacitated and a wreck. I go back to this urgent care hoping they can provide greater support since this appears to be something recurring, but when I began to explain this, I was told they're here to treat the symptoms and can't really support beyond that. again the staff was kind and tried to explain to me I had a cold and there was nothing they could do besides advise OTC meds, and quite frankly i cried because I had been in so much pain for so long. that kinda forced them to take a moment to really listen to me and I felt like the doctor was able to actually take me seriously and provide me advice that actually made sense for what I've been going through. the staff are generally kind and helpful, but i think the facility may be truly limited in some capacities of what they're able to do in ways I can't understand. I DON'T think this is the best place to find comprehensive care with someone who will really listen to you and take the time to understand your needs. maybe it could be good for a quick fix ‍ also the walls are thin and I can hear the staff talking in the hallway, often relaying my information to other staff members. they spoke objectively, but it still felt a little weird. i appreciate the patience the few doctors I worked with took with me as I was in a difficult situation, but ultimately I would not recommend.

We figured get him seen then will go to a Memorial Urgent Care for me since I normally go to Long Beach Memorial Urgent Cares. Well to my surprise the lovely receptionist seen I was sick too she when out her way to see if I could be seen with my insurance and thankfully I was able too get medical help to! From the moment we arrived the lovely reception at the front desk was warm and welcoming and friendly. I can't remember her name but it should be on mine and my husband Kenneth's intake. Sherri was helpful and knowledgeable and had outstanding customer service and went out her to help me personally. Sherri should be applauded for outstanding service and the rest of the staff was excellent. At first glance my burn didn't seem bad but I knew it would worsen later. After filling out some paperwork and getting vitals done, PA came in. My hand felt like it was on fire and he insisted it was nothing bad just a superficial barely first degree burn. He was about to send me on my way but I think the nurse said something to where he changed his mind and put burn cream on my hand. I asked if he could put it all over and he kept telling me "it's just a superficial barely first degree burn, you're lucky. It's not that bad" I was getting irritated because as a someone who worked as a nurse, you don't minimize someone's pain like that and second I didn't care for other people's stories about how their skin is coming off. For the rest of the day I was in pain and my hand started to get worse. Blisters appeared and it was definitely not a superficial burn as the PA stated. I would have given it less stars but the MA/Nurse/front desk girls were really great. Male PA needs better bedside manners, no need to minimize others pain because "skin is still intact" This was on Sunday 09/20/2026 around 9 am

With all the healthcare fraud and breeches...there was so way I was going to do that. The receptionists at ContinuEM were super nice and got me checked in within 5 mins. Never did they ask me for anything financial other than my copay which was expected. Once I saw the doctor, boy was he thorough. He explained what was going on, what to expect and what I was doing that could make things worse. They gave me a steroid pill right there in the office - no need to go to the pharmacy! And they observed me after I took the pills to make sure I didn't have a reaction. It was actually a good thing that Exer didn't work out!

"Provider" what does that mean? Is she a Doctor? I don't think she was. Who did I pay to see my son? Only to say no to giving us anything to help. He suffered two weeks. We got into his regular doctor that week and they gave him antibiotics and Flonase. Two Thumbs Down!! Now I know why Carbon urgent care's Los Alamitos schedule was WIDE OPEN!
