He helped me to understand the different options of printing quality, paper, shipping rates, and he helped to fix my file --- all in one store. I can't tell you how helpful that was after many years of running around town trying to get things done at various places. I needed to print some artwork and ship it to the east coast. The guy tried to continue wasting my time, requesting that I placate him by paying for "computer time" or that I find somewhere else to print THEIR shipping label.
