I had a return label on my phone, I asked if they could print my return label as I have done so by emailing the file to the store many times with no problems. The guy behind the counter said that he won't print my return label even though he has a label printer. He requested that I pay to use their computer to print out the label on regular paper and have it stuck to the package in one of their slips that stick to a box. It is a UPS label and should be honored and printed at any location. The guy said that he knows other locations do that but this one doesn't. The guy tried to continue wasting my time, requesting that I placate him by paying for "computer time" or that I find somewhere else to print THEIR shipping label. Incompetent, annoying, and inconvenient. I waited to be annoyed in the car, so I just said have a great day and walked out before he could waste any more of my time. Please go anywhere else, you throw a stone in this town and your likely to hit a plaza with another UPS location. read more

Store closed abruptly without notice to customers with lock boxes. I have mail I can not access and had a package that was attempted to be delivered here, but doors are locked and owner is gone. Had to pay for shipping a second time to have package delivered to another location and unfortunately the package is in limbo atm. Reached out to cooperate, just like they informed others to do in this same predicament on yelp, and have not received a response or rectification for payment already made through the end of year for lockbox, etc. Things aren't looking good. read more

I arrived to drop off a box of unused UPS envelopes. One of the associates saw me pull up, and proceeded to lock the door. it was 6:28, y'all close at 6:30. They kept pointing and saying closed, the nail salon next door thought I was a crazy person trying to talk to the associates at UPS through the door. I watched them close the gate and make an x with their hand indicating they were closed. Instead of opening the door to talk they kept doing hand signals which I didn't understand. I was once again vocal "HEY I DIDNT USE THESE ENEVLOPES I'M RETURNING THEM". The salon next door locked their door and I had to go and apologize to them being like "I was trying to return boxes". I've worked in retail and warehouses my entire life and the amount of disrespect I felt for trying to do the right thing is ridiculous. I was trying to do a favor for my boss because. I got frustrated because the employees didn't even attempt to talk to me they just wanted to get off of work (which I understand). I'm so sorry but just left the box outside of the main door and peeled the info off of it while waving an empty envelope in my hand. Terrible experience, one of the older guy was coming off very aggressive and rude. The younger guy was helping me package an item and he was being very nice about it, could he have said I could package myself yes but he went on to do it himself and I truly appreciate it but then an older guy came in and said don't do it next time and just show me so I won't bug them about it and he proceeded to mention something about a "service fee" for packing the box. I had never heard of this fee before especially with a prepaid label. It felt very sketch. Went in to do Amazon return drop-off. Was politely greeted as soon as I walked in (I think he was owner). He happily scanned my code, asked if I wanted a receipt, thanked me & wished me a good day w/ a cheerful friendly smile the whole time. This store will over charge you for items and one of the staff members was disrespectful like I was wasting his time. He even said it out his mouth. sent 2 parcels in 2 months at UPS store 2871- both "delivered" -but NOT to my addressee. This apparently is not manager Azam's problem. He advised I must call customer service but he would not give me the phone number (?) so on hold now 25 minutes after 10 minutes answering a garbled recording. In future i will go to the US Post Office... i have never had such crappy service! UPDATE: after hours with customer service it turns out my packages were returned to THIS STORE A MONTH AGO but I received NO NOTICE!!! claims process is a dead end because 1) time lapse is now beyond claim period??? and 2) recept is in the package UPS lost ( in their own store)...just be forewarned..there is no way to get help. The owner is very rude and condescending. He scolded me when I went to get a return label (honestly I've never had to return something with a QR code). What is even more unfortunate is this owner/operator is representing the UPS brand - this is not the kind of treatment our brand should be associated with. Treating customers like children and chastising them is just bad for brown, telling me "what do you think this is Amazon". No sir, I most certainly did not. Great ups store that's very friendly and provides quick service. I drop my Amazon returns here and have never had any issues. They provide tape for sealing packages which is a nice benefit in this economy. The only downside is getting through the in and out parking which can sometimes provide a road block in the parking lot. read more

Paid to have a package shipped and insured which the manager(owner) of the store, Azam, asked about the contents which I answered accurately "coins", the package arrived 9 lbs lighter than when it left. The receiver said they received partial shipment and it looked like the package was opened. I tried to file a claim for the missing contents and got sent on a wild goose chase ending in the store not wanting to help or participate wiping its hands clean. Do not trust this business. Extremely rude customer service. First employee told me to step aside, "too green with these things, when I asked for help reprinting label that misprinted at home. Then owner said "I cannot let me show you." He turned computer around after entering my tracing number so I pointed out the option where it said reprint and he refused to click done and then repeatedly yelled at me, and asked me to leave. Woman in back called me horrible for asking him to please try to print by clicking done on screen. I never raised my voice. I simply repeated my request. He told me to call customer service but would not give me the number. "What is wrong with you, are you ok?" was his reply to my asking to please click Done so label would print. He clicked cancel and told me again he could not spit. Finally green employee said "if we can do it we are choosing not to, maybe that will satisfy you" and woman in back scrolling on her cell phone shouted again that what I was asking was horrible and that I should've just printed it at home like I was supposed to.
