Be forewarned- come prepared to buy the car when you see it as that's what you will be pushed into doing. Thankfully they held onto the car for 2 days more for me. Sales people are friendly and polite. Cons: My car arrived to the showroom a couple days after their max deadline for it to arrive. Sale felt rushed- if you want the traditional dealership experience when buying a nicer vehicle go elsewhere. Do not trade in-they will offer you too little- I traded in on carvana for 2K more. They move quite slowly here. I had to come twice to remove the decal that they put on the car as they had no one available the first time. Make sure to ask them to remove the carmax decal they put on your car before buying it.

The service here is crap, they make you wait long, and it's all falsified-- they say things to make you "feel good" as if they're on the same page as you, to reel you in and then as soon as they are about to earn your business, they fall short right after. Take your business somewhere else. PS: I even tried to apply working here and they gave me BS results. I went through several interviews-- Was told that everything went extremely well and then crickets for days, when I was also told I would get a reply by the end of the week and still nothing. Had to reach out multiple times just to be told that I didn't get the job. Horrible management and terrible communication.

I originally requested a partial refund which was denied and the employee then when on to harrass and threaten me. I did not update star rating as I don't believe it was out of the goodness of his heart but because of a recent negative review. 6 months has passed and to just now try to rectify the situation is not great customer service. I was offered a free rental, but the experience was so terrible that I declined. And why Gary has my private information still is unsettling
