The hood had a noticeable dent (about an inch deep), and I made it clear that I would not purchase the car unless it was repaired. The dealership assured me it would be taken care of, so I completed the purchase. Fast forward to 2026, and the hood's paint began bubbling, blistering, and peeling. When I took the car to a reputable auto body shop, the technician sanded the damaged area down to bare metal and discovered that the original dent had never been properly repaired. Instead of repairing the damaged metal, it had simply been filled with body filler ("bondo") and painted over. According to the technician, this improper repair ultimately caused the paint failure. I've included photos showing both the peeling paint and the hood after it was sanded down, where the body filler is clearly visible. I'm extremely disappointed that a dealership would take this shortcut--especially after I specifically made the repair a condition of the sale. For a vehicle that cost me around $32,000, I expected honest, quality workmanship, not a cosmetic patch designed to get the car off the lot. The car has otherwise served me well, but discovering that this repair was handled so poorly has been frustrating and expensive. I hope this review encourages the dealership to stand behind the quality of its repairs and helps future buyers ask the right questions before purchasing a vehicle.

He was a true professional and just a flat-out nice guy. No pressure whatsoever just good service. The office is pretty much just a big trailer. Well, that's okay I don't really need a luxurious surrounding. Like others have stated it's just a set price so you don't have the hassle of negotiating. We always get cars that are still under warranty so there's really no risk at all. In the past you could always return a car after a few days, we have never had any reason to do so. The last time we bought a car here we were actually out in 45 minutes. That's pretty darn good. The only time we had a big problem is when they supposedly pre-checked car actually had worn tires. That was not so good but they made it right when I pointed it out to them. They put on some brand new tires for me. Okay they made it right and that's fine. The other problem we had was pretty minor. The cars don't seem to have the second key fob. They will get you another one but it's a bit of a hassle to go have one made at the shop. So for my next purchase I will ask ahead of time to make sure it has both key fobs.
