    I was introduced to Howard by a good friend who said he would be able to help me find a new car by doing all the research and finding the best deal. Using his magic, Howard was able to find a a great deal and help me land this beautiful 2022 Acura RDX AWD. Howard was easy to work with, extremely attentive to my needs, and provided excellent customer service through out the process. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new car to work with Car Buying Buddy!

    Howard is very friendly and responsive. He helped with my purchase of a Kia Niro EV back in late March and we completed the process in less than a week. I had already narrowed down to two candidates (Niro or Ioniq5) and Howard quickly got quotes for both. I pointed him to a dealer where I saw a promotion and he negotiated for me to make sure there were no surprise add-ons. I went to the dealer and purchase the car at the agreed price. The only negotiation I had to do was the extended warranty. Howard also quickly helped my friend who bought a new car the day after I bought my car. I am so glad that I found Howard randomly on Yelp. He was like my cousin (and we share the same last name, ha!) Having someone to help do the research and assure that I am not getting ripped off is the peace of mind that is worth every penny.

    Howard saved me thousands of dollars on a new 2021 Chevy Bolt. I really couldn't believe the price he got for me on a fully loaded vehicle. I had a lease due in a few months and was interested in EV. I used the contact form and he got back back to me right away. He was very polite and we did the whole thing over email. Within 24 hours he had found a car match. Originally it was not my preferred color but I was ok with that given the price. After contacting the dealer it turned out they had one in my 2nd choice color and agreed to the same price! . After that I scheduled a time to go into the dealer and sign the papers. I will never negotiate my own car deals again! Howard's rates are very reasonable. Don't shop without your "buddy"

    I haven't bought a car in ten years and the last one I bought was a used car, which we still have. The biggest reason for my new purchase was because we have two large dogs and the sedans we currently have do not afford us the opportunity to travel together all at once. I had my eye set on a used Honda Pilot but after much thinking, I decided to go with a 2021 and in comes Howie! He negotiated me an awesome deal but the best part was his patience and understanding throughout the entire process. Because this was my first new car purchase, I wanted to make sure I got the best deal and I didn't want to rush it. Howie understood this and after about a 3 weeks, I finally made my decision to go with the Honda Pilot SE. Howie was not pushy, made me understand the numbers very clearly, and gave me time to process everything. He took his times to research exactly what I needed in the pilot and worked quick. I don't think if it were for Howie's assistance, I'd have my new Pilot. I HATE SHOPPING FOR CARS! Howie took the stress out of it and I am one happy customer, and so are my dogs! Thank you Howie for your amazing services!!! I highly recommend your services to everyone!

    When I was ready to buy a new car, like most people, I did the regular Internet search, used car buying assistant apps, call the dealer, go to the dealer to find the best deal. After a few weeks, many unsolicited marketing call, spam email, sales pitch of "Must buy now...Deal ends today!"...I was pretty much fed up with all the BS. I decided to email Howard at "Car Buying Buddy". Howard simply asked what I was looking for, what was my budget, what was my time line. Howard not only found what I was looking for, but he also gave me other comparable maker and model. I decided to go with his recommendation and got a Subaru Forester 2.0 XT. Not only did Howard help finding my car sooo...much easier, he also educated me on all the different car maker and models option within my price range. Howard was able to even get me further reduction by the time I went to the dealer. I was in and out of the dealer in no time.     Best car buying experience !! Thanks to Howard , he is very responsive , got us the best deal without any haggling with the dealership or salesman .     Over the course of two brief months my much loved car turned into a yawning money pit. When I started experiencing transmission problems I realized I needed a new car ASAP. After figuring out which car I wanted I was in no mood to negotiate with car dealers so I turned to Howard. On Monday morning I contacted him and by the next day was in possession of a new car. I'm happy with the price I paid and it was well worth the money to hand that stressful job over to a pro and get everything buttoned up quickly. Highly recommended.

    I'm posting this review in June 2022. Which means dealerships are charging an all-time high market adjustments. Howard was absolutely relentless in finding me the absolutely best deal. He came up with a plan of action, and executed it all flawlessly. He put us down on several waitlists in order to get me the car that I wanted, at the trim that I wanted, for the price that I wanted. To tell you that Howard offers an exceptional service is a true understatement. He's responsive, kind, and incredibly smart when it comes to car shopping. I cannot recommend the service enough.

But, in a market where cars are in high demand, supply is drastically low, and are selling for $10k+ over MSRP... thats as good as it gets. We were referred to Arkady through a friend. Hubby has a long history in retail sales, so the car buying experience has always been... eventful, as everyone knows. But now with 2 toddlers in tow, we weren't able to dedicate the months-long research, wheeling and dealing, and multiple dealership trips all over the Bay Area to get what we wanted. So we decided to give Arkady a try. We told Arkady what we wanted. SPECIFICALLY what we wanted. Down to the T. A brand new Platinum Highlander Hybrid in Pearly White. A special order color, in a very sought after trim level and combination. Arkady looked and found us a few, but we weren't ready yet. So we waited. And the aftermath of COVID was in full affect. The dreaded chip shortage. Dealer lots were empty, cars were being bought up like no other, and the market is now flooded with buyers willing to pay top dollar from a supply pool that would disappear with a sneeze. Unfortunately for us, we just couldn't afford to battle with ballers, so we waited, hoping Arkady could find us a deal. Luckily, Arkady was able to place us an order with the Toyota Factory for our specific car, in our specific trim. We waited a few weeks, putting our trust in Arkady, and we finally got the call. The vehicle had landed and was ready for us. Everything we wanted, as we had requested. Even in this market, he was able to get us below the MSRP, which is absolutely mind blowing. He promised, and delivered in spades. His cost of service is worth its weight in gold. The process was painless. He was prompt with his communication and was always straight forward. On delivery day, we met at his office and spent no more than 15 minutes doing paperwork.... to buy a car... that was tailor made to our specification.... at a deal we were more than happy with... We cannot emphasize at how valuable his services were to us, and our family thanks him greatly. Remember the kids? They didn't even have time to even THINK about throwing a tantrum before they were buckled up in the new car and we were on our way. Arkady runs a no-joke, no-frills, get-it-done business. He saved us a lot of time, stress, and yes, money during the car buying process, and has a customer for life. Thank you, Arkady, for all that you've done!

Sale felt rushed- if you want the traditional dealership experience when buying a nicer vehicle go elsewhere. Do not trade in-they will offer you too little- I traded in on carvana for 2K more. They move quite slowly here. I had to come twice to remove the decal that they put on the car as they had no one available the first time. Make sure to ask them to remove the carmax decal they put on your car before buying it.

    If I could I would give zero stars…read more I visited Envision Honda of Milpitas three separate times while shopping for a 2026 Honda Prelude and trading in my 2017 Honda Civic EX. Unfortunately, every experience here was frustrating, unprofessional, and honestly one of the worst dealership experiences I've had. On my first visit, I was approached by Waheed. I made it very clear from the beginning that I was NOT buying the car that day and was only looking for numbers and a quote. Instead of discussing pricing seriously, he refused to provide any written quote and kept trying to pressure me into buying immediately. They initially offered only $5,000 for my trade-in, which was far below market value. When I declined, he repeatedly increased the offer by $1,000 increments and kept asking things like "What if it's 6k? 7k? 8k?" even after I clearly said no multiple times. It felt extremely pushy and uncomfortable. On my second visit, Waheed wasn't there, and I spoke with Lemar instead. Lemar was much more willing to actually discuss pricing and what kind of out-the-door (OTD) number I was looking for. I also mentioned that I already had a CarMax appraisal for around $10,000 on my Civic. Despite this, Envision again claimed they could "only" offer $5,000. During this visit, Waheed suddenly reappeared and apparently complained to the GM that Lemar was "stealing his customer," which honestly made no sense because I had no appointment and was simply a walk-in customer. I also did not want to continue dealing with Waheed after my first experience with him. I clearly explained again that I wanted MSRP plus taxes and wanted to see what kind of OTD pricing they could do. Waheed verbally said things like "we'll see what we can do," but refused to actually print a real quote or pricing breakdown despite me asking multiple times. Instead, he kept saying he needed to "talk to the GM," but never actually did anything. What frustrated me the most was when I specifically asked for a detailed breakdown of the vehicle pricing, including dealer add-ons like paint protection, wheel locks, etc. Instead of providing an itemized quote, he literally printed out a picture of the Monroney window sticker from the car. The sticker obviously does NOT include dealer-installed add-ons or pricing breakdowns. At that point, I was furious and left. Honestly, I should have stopped there, but I gave them one final chance a few days later because I was genuinely ready to buy the car if we could agree on numbers. On the third visit, neither Lemar nor Waheed was there. I was first approached by another salesperson who basically made zero effort to work with us or even check with management about pricing. Then the GM came over and immediately became defensive and argumentative, insisting that nothing could be waived or adjusted. Instead of working through numbers transparently, they kept speaking vaguely and avoided giving us a proper itemized breakdown. I mentioned that both Waheed and Lemar had previously discussed possible OTD pricing with me, but the GM outright claimed they would "never" say something like that. Also while we were trying to wait for Waheed or Lemar to come in, the GM and that first salesperson were having a little "chat" not sure what it's about but definitely seems like they were talking behind our back. Eventually another salesperson stepped in and printed what they called a "quote," but it only showed MSRP, add-ons, and taxes with no detailed explanation of the dealer-installed accessories or fees. They continued insisting that none of the add-ons could be removed or negotiated. When we finally gave our bottom-line number and made it clear what deal would make us buy the car that day, they didn't even attempt to work with us and simply said no. The worst part happened as we were leaving. One of the salespeople walked up to my mom's car, started yelling at her, cursing, and aggressively pointing at the papers we had been discussing. Completely unacceptable behavior from a dealership. After this experience, we went to AutoNation Honda Fremont instead, and the difference was night and day. They were transparent, professional, and actually willing to work with us. They provided real itemized pricing with clear breakdowns, were willing to remove unnecessary add-ons, and gave us a fair trade-in offer that matched or exceeded CarMax. Most importantly, they treated us respectfully throughout the process. We ended up getting the exact deal we were asking for from the beginning. I would strongly recommend avoiding Envision Honda of Milpitas if you value transparency, professionalism, and respectful treatment as a customer. My experience felt extremely pushy and dishonest, with constant attempts to avoid giving clear pricing while pressuring us into unnecessary markups and dealer add-ons. BTW to the GM who said we will not be able to get the price we want from any dealership, here's a picture of my NEW Honda Prelude

As a Yelper this made me nervous, 10 reviews isn't very many and there was a bad review mixed in... almost enough to make me not call Auto Spot. I am so happy I took a chance, ignored my instincts, and called!!! My son who is now 16 and almost has his license is in love with the early 90's Mazda Miata's. Doing a search online I came across Auto Spot. They had a 1995 Miata listed for sale for $8,495, with warranty and financing options. That's a product you just can't find and was definitely worth looking into. All this was enough to warrant at least a call to the business to inquire about the vehicle. I called and Payman answered the phone. He was friendly, laid back, but professional. He apologized that he didn't have the car there at the moment, but could have it onsite later that day. They work by appointment only. So make sure to call ahead of time. I made an appointment for the following day because it worked with my schedule. I met with Payman and Paul. The whole experience was amazing! The brothers were nice, knowledgeable, friendly and relaxed. We've all heard of that pushy used car salesman.... You will NOT find that here! No pressure, just patience and professionalism. They were up front about the condition of the car and were able to show me documents supporting the value of the car. Clean smog done one day before! Although we did not end up buying it was only because of timing on our part. I will definitely be reaching out to them FIRST when we are actually ready to make the jump and buy a new vehicle. When I called to tell them we would not be buying it they did not make me feel bad about it at all. They were understanding and super gracious. Do not have any reservations about calling or buying from these two wonderful brothers. They are a great team! P.S. Being the nosy yelp elitist I am I asked about their bad reviews and come to find out it wasn't them. Someone was covering their shop while they went on a family trip was who the review was intended for. Needless to say that since that review they do not both go on family trips together.
