Along with a a bright airy open space, real gold earrings to start with. This place was checking off a lot of my wish list so I set the appointment. A surprising extra, the team is available to answer any questions or concerns you may have later on in the healing process. You get a cleaning spray and a little bag of goodies and I mean what more could a over obsessive mother ask for. A definite 100 in my book. The staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the appointment. My piercing is healing really well so far, and I'm happy with the results. The only downside was at checkout. A $20 cleaning solution was added to my purchase without asking if I wanted it first. I would have appreciated being given the option before it was included. Overall, it was still a positive experience, and I'd definitely consider coming back for another piercing.
