I texted while on the phone. Confirmed receipt. I'm geeked. I've scheduled things to do in Sun Prairie to fill my day so I don't have to worry about being dropped off or returning to get the car. * Block myself off work calendar * Booked an interview for the day after the car detailing. I called Sunday, 2 days before the scheduled appointment to confirm and ensure what payments are taken so I can get cash if cards are not accepted. * Still not worried. Just figure he'll text eventually. Got the voice mail. Sent a text asking above and confirming the Tuesday appointment. Tuesday morning at 8am I call.... voice mail is full. I text to confirm "Are we still on?" Before driving way out to Sun P. * Well, maybe he's overslept. So, when he calls back I'll drive over. Rework my calendar. Check my text history and realize in the 3 weeks since calling to book. Confirming via texts and following up... checking Google maps to see the building. Confirming the 36m one way drive... I've been blown off or stood up or something but l proceed to call around town for prices and availability. Even completed the Yelp "get a quote." I'm actually more hurt than bothered. I was excited. It's a small business. I don't want to go to the big guys and always want to patronize the startups as I get it. The fact I took out cash & a tip is doing a lot. Emptied the car so no one has to worry what to keep and what goes. The day has passed. No follow up calls nor texts. I Create the page for Yelp. Maybe Yelp won't take it down in a few months or years. Maybe the owner will be contacted about this review and remember me. Hear me, in earnest, then expand the business. Maybe the owner will think 2 stars is offensive then recall... it was a no call, no show. Here's to growing a business.

I didn't purchase anything from them, yet, but they were still able to help me get my car alarm system back in working order. I'd say this was about two months ago when I had major issues with my car alarm, blast you Avitar!! Anyway, before calling the Tiny Factory I had tried reaching out to other companies like the Radio Doctor and did not get the same vibe as the folks at the Tiny Factory. I completely understand how my issue initially was tough to troubleshoot over the phone, but as soon as I hopped on the phone with one of their guys (I forgot his name) and whoever helped me was seriously a genuine guy. He told me to quickly come down to the shop and he would gladly help me troubleshoot the issue. Now, he totally didn't have to do that, but by doing this, they gained a loyal customer and I will be sure to get my windows tinted by these guys as soon as it's in the budget :) Now for the good stuff, when I walked into their establishment - it was clean and had lots of different products for sale. The 94 mile 2024 Corvette Z06 has the latest coatings from C6 Ceramics. Bill applied the C6 Diamond lifetime ceramic coating to the body including under the hood, & trunk, the engine bay and the doors & jambs. The interior was ceramic coated including the floor mats. Bill did a wheels off ceramic coating of the full wheels (inner & outer surfaces) and the painted Brembo calipers. He also did the glass windows. It's hard to photograph the car in the sunlight, the shine is too bright! Everything was just perfect, Bill explained the coatings and what all he was going to do when I dropped the car off to double check we were on the same page of what was to be done. When I got it back, it looked great but I noticed a few little spots that I thought could have been done better. The guy I spoke with immediately agreed with me and scheduled a time for me to bring my car back in the following week, free of charge, so they could make it right. I thought they would just try to buff some things out better, but they actually fully repainted one of my doors on the passenger side and a whole panel on the driver's side. They even paid for a rent car for me for that whole week. I feel they went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. My car looks great!
