It shouldn't have taken so long just to end up refusing to do the procedure which I feel was unnecessary since my doctor (a specialist) said it would be alright.

Well of course on this day someone brought their baby in and the entire front desk staff went back and forgot about me for about 10 min. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not.... They did not even apologize. The ladies who actually perform the laser work are really nice, but their front desk person should take some classes on how to treat clients. Yes, the chairs are comfortable, but old. There are seven spa chairs. I didn't scan all chairs, but I noticed one had several rips in the seat. I opted for the $35 spa pedicure - as a treat. I got the lemon scent and I could actually smell the scent, which was great. However, there wasn't much to the exfoliating grains. I thought the pedicure itself was OK. There was a couple of things the technician didn't do that I thought (after all these years) was part of the norm. But not her's. In the end my toe nails were cut and shaped nicely. The manicure was also OK. The cut and shaping was OK. I think more effort could have gone into making sure the length among all nails was equal and that they were well shaped. I opted for no polish and short nails - this is how I roll w/ my fingernails. I did request a buffed shine. And after two attempts to get a descent shine, the technician was finally able to find the proper tool. I appreciated her persistence to deliver. If you're looking for a place to truly relax and enjoy not just the services, but also the environment, I don't think this is it. It feels like "all about business"...sit down, get the service you want, pay, and hope to see you next time! The place is small, looks overcrowded, unorganized, and unkept.

I told the girl I was I would not put tips on my nails She told me I would have to have someone else do my nails and rudely got up and went in the back then I'm not gonna say who it was, but he came out and told me that he would do my nails, and after years of having acrylic overlays put on my nails, which I don't wear my nails long told me that he could not build my nails up all he could do is just put it on my nails the way they look Which is not true. I have never had my nails look so bad and I actually paid for this. I could've done a better job probably than this. All he did was put acrylic over a broken nail and left it like that, and then polish them and then expected a tip and on their website, they actually state that they pride themselves and satisfying their customers I'd be embarrassed. I truly expect my money back and I'm gonna post a picture of how bad they look a Child could've done better. I will never go back there again because I wouldn't put tips on my nails. I have to be punished and not have my nails done. I can spend $70 someplace else.

I would be embarrassed for somebody to walk out of my place of business with their nails looking like this after they paid almost $70.

I was pleased with the job he did but I wanted to add background color for more of a half sleeve. I reached out to Inkwell and got a consultation scheduled with Tony Austin. At the consult I told him what I wanted, paid my $50 deposit and got a day scheduled to start getting the work done. They are able to be a little flexible on price and I got an estimate on what my total price would be when I scheduled. The first available was about a month out so plan accordingly. The first step was to go back over what I already had so when the new color was added it wouldn't drown out the original work. The area was clean and I went in the evening so as far as I know I was the only customer in the studio, it was quiet and relaxed. Tony had a soft hand which resulted in very little scabbing and the conversation was normal tattoo chat, movies, tv, work, etc. It took four sessions and I'm very happy with the end result. The words say "When He Carried Me" and is inspired by "Footprints in the Sand". If I have anymore tattoo work done I'll be going back to Inkwell and hope that Tony is available again.
