Dropped my bike off a month ago for clutch work and tune up took 3 weeks longer than it was supposed to and it supposedly got an oil change so when I got it back I rode it for 3 hours come to find out they never put oil back in now my bike is not running. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Brought my 2 jetskis in that were under a 5 year warranty to get fixed. First I had to repeat what was wrong 10 times to the lady who has no idea what she is talking about. 2nd they said I needed 2 of a part for the one ski when it only has 1. Tried to upcharge the bill. Wanted me to pay for testing when everything is covered under Kawasaki. Had to complain to Kawasaki about this place. Will never go there again. read more

Went in today with cash to buy a bike I have been wanting for a while - had been to other places, but wanted to shop around and thought I'd visit here. Jim approached us as I was checking the bike out and was the opposite of helpful. I asked if they had another color and he didn't even bother to check, but just said "I think that's it." When we commented on why the assembly/freight and tax on a $3149 bike would bring the final price to (as he estimates) $4200-4500 dollars, he was up in arms and rude about it. Not for nothing, but I had visited three other places today and they all said 4000 for an out-the-door price. Not once did he offer to go work the actual numbers. Instead, he stood there dropping M&Ms on the floor as he ate them and basically got into a pissing contest with us when my brother suggested buying one used for less. He was a jerk. He seemed more concerned with proving himself right than helping us or securing a sale. I walked out. I wouldn't buy a bike here if it WAS cheaper than other dealers, if for nothing else than Jim's abrasive way of dealing with customers. read more

I initially got off on the wrong foot with this bike shop. I took my bike in for regular service and when I got it back, it would not start up after its initial start. It turns out my starter went. I assumed it was something that was done during the service and called up the business enraged about the problem. Luckily xtreme machines has a wonder management and staff that handled my problem professionally and courteously. Yea this place kind of sucks. It's huge but seemingly has nothing. I went to try on some helmets. Found one I liked and went to the register to pay. The girl in Front of me was buying a pair of dirt bike goggles for her bf. She asked about the return policy. Sooooo there are no returns......Period. I quickly check on my phone on Amazon for the helmet I was getting. I found it for the same price. I ask them " why would I buy it here " they said sorry but it's company policy. I put the helmet down and walk out. I don't want to rock a helmet once and find it is not the right fit and be stuck with it. read more

Sleazy! I purchased a new Leftover Triumph Motorcycle from them and they (salesperson and the sales manager) neglected to inform me of the national promotions for 750.00 in parts vouchers and the 2000.00 worth of panniers and mounting brackets that I was entitled to with this new bike. The only way I found out about the vouchers was when Triumph emailed me the confidential codes for the vouchers (between me and Triumph). The dealer pocketed my vouchers and the 2000.00 worth of panniers. I love the bike and did get a good deal on it. That's not the point, to not disclose the promotions a customer is entitled to is just plain wrong, the sale would have been a different negotiation had I been aware and told by a reputable dealer. To make a long story short, I wrote to Triumph USA and Britain, after a few weeks Triumph acknowledged the mistake and reapplied my vouchers. I never received the panniers since the dealer had already taken them. When I go to a dealer I expect to be treated honestly and informed of promotions or special deals, not left in the dark. read more

My bike had a battery that was almost 5 years old. I couldn't get the bike to turn over and suspected the battery for obvious reasons. I called them and asked for a price on a new battery and was given a price. I pulled the battery, took it there and asked the service person to test it. He said it was fine. Given that, I dropped off the bike to determine the real reason & fix. Several days later, they called to say it was done. Bottom line....the battery was dead & they put in a new battery. The price they charged for the battery was higher than that quoted over the phone. They also ran a complete electrical diagnostic on the bike for a hefty price. They have a minimum service charge for any work and I feel they gave me the electrical Diag BS to justify the minimum charge. I think it was $175 at the time, but could be wrong. When you have a battery well past expiration date and it's dead is there a need to go further?? Isn't learning how to properly test a battery one of the first things you would learn as a service person? When your service guy can't test a battery correctly, shouldn't you take responsibility? read more

My son bought his first sea doo from them a month ago. On his second time out, it broke down. We brought it back the following Tuesday. They didn't look at it for over a week. He picked it up the following Wednesday. He took it out on Friday July 3rd. After 15 minutes, it broke down again. He brought it right back there. After only 15 minutes, they brought it into the shop, figured out that it was a faulty coolant clamp and fixed it. He used it the rest of the weekend and it seems to be ok. They earned a 5 star from us after this. However, One of his friends posted on here some derogatory comments that were not solicited or encouraged by by son. Then, someone from this place, hiding behind a fake name and photo posted a very nasty response and called my son out by name and told him to never return there. He then pulled the negative comment down. I have a snap shot of the post and plan to take this matter up with the owner of the store and will be sending a letter to Sea Doo. I am a past owner of 7 Sea Doos and am buying 2 skis in the next 2 weeks. If this is how they treat customers, I say this to you sir...no problem. We will take our business elsewhere. This dealership is a terrible place to buy a motorcycle from. They sold me a warranty product and did not file it with the proper company until 2 years later when I was trying to cancel the coverage. When I did further research they raised the selling price of the motorcycle the exact dollar amount of the product so they could get more money from the bank. Nice showroom, that's the only good thing about this place. I bought a motorcycle there and they said it had 700 miles on it and didn't think to look at the mileage until I got it home. It had over 3000 miles on it. I called about 15 times and never got any call back, or the salesman was busy. I was young, it was my first bike, and I got completely taken advantage of. They also said it they just did a full service and changed all fluids. I took it to a motorcycle shop a month later and they said it hasn't been serviced since new. Too bad they weren't more honest because they lost about 60k of my business that I went elsewhere for. read more

I rebuilt the carbs and replaced the original fuel ines Like I asked Lenny to do...Not replace my wear ring. If you had the ability to listen to a customers request and actually take a Jet Ski out on the water that is actually running you may actually have a valid place to take a JET SKI FOR REPAIRS. I just bought the 2013 Triumph Bonneville and Larry was extremely helpful. I live in NYC and tried the closer dealerships and they were either unwilling to work with me on the price or unwilling to track down the bike I wanted. I called 7-8 different dealers including from different states and Larry was on top of everything and kept me up to date every step of the way. He even called the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly and if I had any questions about the bike, since it was my first one. In the end, they were able to give me just under $1000 off my bike. They didn't have the black in stock, but was willing to find one and ship it. When I asked another dealer, I was told I was out of luck and would have to wait till the 2014 Bonneville's come out. If I were to buy another bike in the future, I would definitely come back here. On 9/4/2020 I purchased a 2019 CRB 1000 & a 2020 Kawasaki ZX10R from salesmen " NIck P." I have made several purchases from this dealership in the past (jetski parts, motorcycle parts, etc.) and never had a problem. However, this time was one of the worst experiences I have had at a dealership. First of all, Nick told me to give him a half hour and he would have my brother and I out of there with our bikes. This turned into hours of us waiting and wasting our time. While we were sitting there, I overhear the technician tell Nick that the battery to my CBR is only half charged. Nick then comes out with the two bikes and tells us about the battery situation. I tell him that I live a half hour away and if the battery dies he's going to have have someone come to my house to replace it. Nick agreed and even gave me his personal number. Then guessed what happened, I tried to take the bike out on the following day and Boom the bike won't start. I text Nick and got absolutely no response. My brother sent him a text and he responded by basically saying that I was beat he's just a salesman and I'd have to drive back out to the dealership. So he bullshitted us the whole time. Long story short, we spent $34K to get bullshitted. I spoke to three different asshole employees who all gave me the run around and said I had to bring the battery to them. It's disgusting that after spending that amount of money I couldn't get the courtesy of having a battery delivered after I was specifically told that it would be taken care if need be. So from here on out I will be taking my business elsewhere. The customer service is garbage and they clearly don't know how to please their customers. The owner should be ashamed of himself for running such a poor operation. I gave them ample time to rectify the situation and they failed to do so! read more

Every time I visit this dealership I leave more and more frustrated. They are very close to where we live and it is a shame. We looked into purchasing our dirt bikes there many years ago and the prices were just too high. So we went with another dealership up north. I recently moved even closer to the dealership and decided to give it another try. We were looking for a farm quad for our new farm we purchased. Again the other dealership blew them out of the water with the customer service and the price couldn't be matched so we took the trip to the dealership up north. Even after the inability to match the prices on the purchase of the equipment we hoped to use them for service as we are full time working parents of a toddler with one on the way and a farm to care for. My quad needed a oil change we hoped they would be reasonable. My husband called and setup an appointment and they were unable to quote him over the phone for the services. I was a little nervous but understand that things may pop up and over the phone quotes can be a nightmare for business' , how much could a oil change on a quad possibly run? well we loaded up the quad into the back of my pick up last night after we both got home from work and cared for the baby and the animals. This morning my husband went to drop it off an they explained it would be $460!!!!! I immediately said call the dealership we purchased the quad from that is further away and they are charging us HALF of that and squeezed us in today! I will never go back I will take the extra trip from Millstone to Woodbridge any day! I cannot believe how they are still in business! read more

My overall experience was incredible at Xtreme Machines. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a new 2017 Yamaha R6 and walked out of the dealership knowing I received an unbeatable deal. I needed my bike delivered to my house(I live an hour away) and they were able to deliver the bike the same day! I recommend this dealer because of their great prices, great overall selection of bikes/gear and their outstanding customer service. Whenever I consider purchasing a new bike, I will 100 percent deal with them again. If only 10 stars was an option! read more

bought a brand new motorcycle from this dealership. bike has 70 miles on it and the front brakes literally fell off the bike. they glued the bolt back on and told me i could have the bike back. did not offer any refund or a different bike that wasn't defective, or a great deal on a trade in......nothing. spoke to the owner several times, as well as yamaha...they each blamed the other but no body did anything to help me with this defective bike that I am stuck with. i would never buy anything from this dealership again nor would i service my bike there. read more

I contacted Xtreme Machines to have them fix a part in my jet ski that broke last year while on the water. When I called I was forwarded to there service department & spoke with Tom Crystall. I explained the situation that happened on the water & it most likely was a seal that was letting water into my hull. I was given two options, bring it in for a diagnostic test or have them repair it. Tom explained to me that it was $110/hr for a diagnostic test & $110/hr for labor but if I chose the option to have them repair it the diagnostic rate wouldn't be included on top of my labor rate. Tom told me he estimated it to cost between $2-$300 to repair it. I brought the jet ski in & was given an estimate of $338 to fix & that he'd give me a call next week. I received no calls so I gave Tom a ring & was told I would have to buy a new drive line rebuild kit & it would cost $600 for labor. This came as shock to me b/c I was never told id have to buy any parts or kits & that the price would now be $900. this was the first problem, I was lied to & they charged me diagnostic on top of labor rate. A week later Tom called me & said my jet ski was done but now my oil cable was broke & if I drove it that way my engine would blow. I told him there was no way it snapped on the water last year b/c I was out on it once last year for 4 hours & it had to have snapped when they were lifting the engine. I then spoke with Lenny & he just kept cutting me off saying I wasn't making sense & to come in. when I got there he argued with me calling me a liar & that I don't make sense. I told him my cousin was coming to take a look at the new problem he then turned to tom & said "his cousin must be an expert on jet skis". I was then told my battery was dead & needed a new one, I told them I started the ski up 2 weeks prior & it fired right up & that they had to have left the on off switch on & drained the battery because my other jet ski on the same trailer started. Tom & the mechanic just laughed at me & had nothing to say. This people that work here are nothing but scumbags and everyone else I inow that's used them has said the same thing about them.
