While bumping around in the back of Fairfield NJ doing other convenient things in my pt job's neighborhood.. I realized that this long time reputed motorcycle repair company initially established out of Fair Lawn NJ was now tucked away conveniently accessible right here in FAIRFIELD NJ. *The owner and employees are some the most kind, patient and empathetic folks I've come across in this recent industry.. where there can be a lot of ego; rushed tending; and, assembly line care that only brushes the surface of all that should matter. I was nervous and anxious starting new care to my vehicle due to past ill-handled business dealings, but I was handled with the utmost respect and consideration! Especially when it came time to pay, the bill was more than fair and that's hard to come by in our current world climate coupled with that was their sense of humanity surrounding my slight 'woman in distressing'. I pleasantly learned THEY DO A SURPRISING AMOUNT OF AUTOMOBILE WORK as well. I was in dire need of a 'Fred Flintstone hole' in the driver footbed to be be repair!ed! They did a *lovely job* and handed back my aged vehicle in better cleanliness than it was left to them. I'm looking forward to tackling my auto issues with them one at a time. I needed to have a front tire installed on my victory cross country. The 2 other bikes shops in the area could not do it. Tribal choppers had put on a rear tire for me before. I called Eric from tribal and he said they were extremely busy. He was able to fit me in and I had my tire installed and the work was completed on time and at a very fair price ! I brought a 2015 Harley Davidson breakout with radioactive green and chrome original color. They blacked the entire bike out. Added a sissy bar and a sadleman seat. Arlen ness intake, vans and Hines exhaust, cams, and a tune. I will have no one else work on my bike or future bikes. Fantastic work at reasonable prices. Plus a family run business. read more

After a collision with an inattentive driver and numerous unassuring repair conversations with other shops including the manufacturer I connected with Eric and Jake at Tribal who immediately assured me that they could handle the repairs, the bikes custom paint/graphics as well as work the drivers insurance company. Upon receiving Eric's call that the bike was ready, I was truly impressed with the quality of their work especially the paint work which was no easy task. I usually don't write reviews, but the service and workmanship we got from Tribal Iron Choppers merit the effort. Unlike a majority of their customers, I needed a product that was not motorcycle related. We have a 12 year old son who has a seizure disorder and at times needs a portable form of transport. He doesn't require a wheelchair, but we do need to have something light and compact for the "just in case" moments. We needed a stroller made that was big enough for a 70lb boy and was portable enough for travel. We met with Eric and discussed at length what's currently available on the market and what we can do. He designed and modified a stroller that is light, portable, and big enough for our needs. Eric kept us aware throughout the entire process and delivered a unique, creative and innovative stroller that turns heads!!! Eric and Tribal Choppers changed my family's life. Because he took his time and effort to think outside the box. We have a new freedom of mobility which was limited by our son's medical condition. I was so impressed with the quality of work I decided to bring back my 22 SG back for a 124ci Bigbore kit. Eric is extremely knowledgeable and he did an amazing job putting together the package for the build from various vendors. I started going to tribal iron because my mechanic died. Eric (the owner) is a great guy. He may come across as a little dry at first, but he's very real, and to the point. He's very knowledgeable and fair with prices. They have a good crew at tribal iron and I have, and will continue to bring my bike there for anything from mechanical issues to customization. had a lot of work done but does not hold up under normal driving , wired my whole bike and this fuse blows and that fuse blows light bulbs fall out did not bother to tell me got pulled over light bulbs had to do the change over my self. oil bracket broke blamed it on some one els does not stand behind there work and then got a price to change a carburetor for 275 but because he did not like me leaving mad messages on his phone charge me more bad person i will not deal with them again . be carfull read more
