Customer service was terrible. The sales guy lied and they failed to change over the title causing me even more time. BEWARE!!!!!!

Terrible customer service! I was standing in front of two guys and until they wanted to attend to me! And when I explained to them what I was looking for (fuses for my motorcycle) they told me that they didn't understand me! That they didn't know what they were talking about with a mocking tone and will scratch! Maybe because of my appearance!! But I felt very offended! And in the end they told me to go to auto zone that I could find fuses there too! I don't know if it was because he didn't want to sell me or what but that was the answer! I better turn around, I thanked them and left there! It is unfortunate that people who are dedicated to selling or simply to serve a business treat customers or people like that! Just arrived to the area and needed the rear tire on my motorcycle replaced. The team at Hamilton Yamaha got me a tire and got me back on the road fast. Great service by Ray, and the mechanic Chuck took great care of my bike and gave it the "personal touch" that so many business lack these days. They took the time to point out a few things to keep an eye on as well. Couldn't be more happy with my experience here and will definitely bring my bike back again!! read more

Zero stars Called Hamilton Yamaha And explained my bike had a clutch issue gave them the make , model, and year of the bike . I then asked if I needed a appointment for repair, to which they said no come right away. I loaded my bike in my trailer which was no easy task . Drove there to be told your bike is to old we won't touch it! WTF is that ? 70 miles in total for nothing. They are "F"ing useless!!! read more

Met DJ at the AC boat show. He's very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. The whole process of getting a new wave runner was incredibly easy. No matter how many questions we peppered him with, he took them in stride and answered them all. My experience was horrible, the staff was not friendly and outright rude. I stood around for 17 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence , and after the gentlemen finally got off of the phone his tone and demeanor was so nasty that I left the establishment after being treated as if I didn't belong in the store. The customer service and engagement was the worst, I will share this story with all of my local business contacts and social connections.
