This dealership is a scam We brought our car here in 2024. Great deal with the salesman we had. But when we went back to trade it in horrible experience. They took the car back we brought a new 2025 kick and it was suppose to be a trade. However they let the saleswoman take the car that was traded. We switch the insurance to the new car that day. We didn't know any of this until the DMV gave a flag on the license and the bank kept calling for a payment. We went back to the dealer and asked them why haven't they paid the old car off yet. The finance man said the check for the bank was on the mail. Another month went by same story. Then they tell us we didnt trade no car in, then it went from we must have both cars. Like who's gonna pay 2 notes. The same lady quit the same day after the deal was made. So we had to file a police report then another month later we find the cat in our neighborhood abandoned. No body knows how it got there. They crazy part about it they left their key tag on the key chain. They hid the keys on the middle console. With Nissan tag on it. Very very sad. Pleas be careful in getting a car here. They all were in on it. read more

My car would not start I had it towed to this Nissan instead or Premier being I would not have to pay anything extra to have it towed. I was told that they would look at the car the next day April 2nd. I did not hear anything back until the following week. I was told I needed a fusible link replaced and it would cost $530. I approved to have it replaced I kept calling and would be told my call would be returned to just have to call and again finally I was told the part finally came in it should be done the next day. Had to call several more times they told me the car still would not start but had power now. Had to wait several more days to find out it was the EPS CONTROL MODULE and it would cost almost $6000 to replace I told them no thank you. I still had to pay for the other part even though the car still will not start and still has no power. I had my insurance company tow it back to my house and they didn't even bother to put the car back together. I emailed and they said they would get back in touch to have someone come out and put it back together and they never did. read more

I called and set an appointment with Brittany, I told her their were 4 vehicles I was eyeing at their dealership & I wanted to take a look, i already ran the numbers & I knew I could afford what I was looking at & what my payments would be. Customer service from when we walked in was horrible. We sat there did not get acknowledged. i had to go find someone myself. The finance guy walks me outside and tells me about how buying a new car is way more practical and I'm saying like I can't afford that I came here to see a specific car they shrug me off. sales person comes out, says the same thing i tell him about the car he says oh yeah youd be mad at me in a month... like huh??? we look at the new cars i entertain him. im telling him this whole time I only have so much to put down & i need my note to stay within the range given. he comes over with a paper an hour later and shows me triple what i can put down & a $680 car note for a base level Sentra. sure the car is nice... but i cant afford that. you know that. he then turns me over to Ashley the manager. she proceeds to tell me im just looking at the wrong car i need a smaller car, i said i have 2 kids i cant go smaller, i said i came here to look at the used altima and sentras and she says oh yeah theyre gone... like seriously? in a day all 4 used vehicles are sold? when no one was even in the place? get real. These people are fucking scum, do NOT take your car here for service, even if you bought it from them. It sucks because I had a very pleasant experience buying my car here in 2023. Evidently, they put all of their energy into sales. My car needed a new engine. I was told on a Monday that, after waiting for the engine delivery and labor, the car would be ready at the end of the following week. No biggie, these things take time. After hearing nothing from the dealership at the end of the next week, I texted the guy who was helping me and he (probably drunk) texted me back at 2:30 AM that night explaining how he had quit because of how disorganized the dealership was. That Monday I tried calling the dealership on at least 10 separate occasions, every time being sent straight to voicemail after sitting through that dumbass hold jingle that they have (same experience when trying to call the dealership on other days, too.) I left a voicemail -- nothing. I emailed -- still haven't heard back from that email. I texted the dealership from their website and a guy named Jerry said that he'd look into the car for me. This was at 11am. I text back for an update at 2pm, "I'm still looking into it, I'll be with you as soon as I have an update!" Fake ass customer service voice. It's such a small dealership bro how long does it take to look into it? Can't you just like walk to fucking service and ask about it? I hear nothing for the rest of the day. The following day, my Dad comes from Covington to help me with a rental car for a few days to get to work since the car is taking longer than expected. I text Jerry back that morning, same fucking "I'll look into it for you" bullshit that he's given me before. A few hours pass and I finally get pissed enough to drop an f bomb on Jerry, who FINALLY gets me in touch with a customer service rep who later gets me a call from the sales manager. Guess what? The car was ready on Saturday. NOBODY told me a god damn thing, NOBODY would help me when I tried to contact them EVERY possible way I could, and I wasted money on a rental car when my own car had been ready for half a fucking week. Cherry on top? I got my car back yesterday. 24 hours later, the engine light is back on. FUCK YOU, Xtreme Nissan. You people are fucking scum and I honestly feel like I should be able to hit you guys with a lawsuit for this bullshit. I hope you go bankrupt soon. Walked in to buy a car msrp $22k as advertised, we were informed that to do so, we had to pay $2500 warranty, to even talk. I was willing to go 3k more, but not willing to buy what insurance covers from them when I can just add the car to my existing insurance. Also, the car, as advertised, wasn't even on the lot. Edit: To give more clarity to the owner, we were told that a car would not be sold off that lot without a required $2500 warranty that covered tire, wheel care, dents and dings. I went to Xtreme Nissan today to see about purchasing a car and the service was horrible. When we first walked in we were not greeted right away. It took about 5 minutes before someone acknowledged us. The salesmen that came over and greeted us first was nice but he was in the middle of helping someone else. He then passed us over to another salesman that was nice in the beginning. I did the application process and the gave all my information. He asked me about the car that I wanted and I told him. When then went to look at cars and I picked out the one I wanted. He then brought me back inside to start the financing process. We waited over 30 minutes for him and the financing person to come and tell me that I needed to put money down and asking me how much was I going to put down, when the advertisement said no money down everyone leaves with a car. We'll that wasn't the case with me. After another 30 minutes, he then comes to tell me that he's going to bring a jeep out for me to see. I said, I don't want a jeep. He says let me go get it so you can see it and then he came back I n and was just walking around and never said anything until we got up to leave. We he saw us getting up to leave he said what's going on and I said we are leaving, I'm just not going to worry about it. Then the financing person came out and said oh let me try on the car you want and see. I then said, you told me that I had to pick something else, then you come again saying oh no you have to get this one, I said make up your mind which is it. Then he said ok give me five minutes, then we waited almost another 30 minutes fir to never come and say anything. This was the worst experience that I have ever had in my life. Knowing that the murano prices have gone up, set my sites ona rogue. Basic no bells and whistles. A sales associate verbally agreed to purchase my vehicle over the phone, asked to call me back and never did. I show up to the dealership 2 hours later, never having received the call to speak to this sales associate. This employee sees me enter, as no other person were present and walks into his managers office "Quin". I ask Quin if they are going to purchase my vehicle and they refused. I ask why they didn't call me to let me know as a common courtesy and Quin claimed to have just decided this after 2 hours. I ask why I was given a verbal offer if they went back on there word and was told they just decided this. Another Sales associate was pushing me to trade in my vehicle after being told multiple times I didn't want a Nissan because of poor build quality. The sales associate who gave me an offer went back on his word and Quin didn't have the common courtesy to let me know before I rented a car to ask him in person. I never leave reviews but this has to be said. I spoke with Dylan Marreo before arriving. Explaining to him my credit isn't good it's horrible and i have a certain amout to put down. He assured me that he will take care of me and he deal with multiple banks, he'll make sure I leave with a car. I literally got Cold feet and almost stayed in so I texted again and emailed saying I didn't want to because carching Ubers wayyyy to the east is expensive and time consuming. The man assured me again, out the door I went. I Get there he's no where to be found and I'm greeted everyone but him smh met a nice young guy. Nice conversation the entire 5 hours I was there literally watching him pace for at least 30 minutes before he came with the news. So to cover there end from not looking bad he tell me banks wouldn't approve because I had fraud pop up on my credit report. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotations, and car wash on May 15th. Even though my coupon included the car wash, the service guy told me they don't do car washes but relented and gave me a card after writing free car wash. My problem is that not only don't they honor their coupons, they don't return calls when they've messed up your car. They put 42 psi into my front tires and 37 psi in the two back tires. The problem is only 34 psi goes in the tires on a 2016 Altima. My car has been bouncing as I drive and it's ruining my tires! I called them but no one will return my calls. They are very unprofessional in how they address customers and the work they do! They're dangerous!!! This is based on how much air they put in my tires!!! read more

There salesman are INCOMPETENT and LAZY..I purchased a vehicle from these people at the end of March, but yet, I had to go over there 2 weeks before my temporary registration expires, because I never received an email, text, or phone call, stating that my permanent registration had arrived.. Mind you today is May 17, but when I went over there to inquire, I found out that it had been sitting at the dealership since April 7!!! I also had a minor problem with the windshield on my major purchase that the Customer Service Manager assured me that he would personally take care of, gave him my phone number and everything, NEVER HEARD FROM HIM, and that was 2 months ago also.. We came here b/c it's under new management to look for a used vehicle for my son. We did purchase a truck for my husband when it was under the old ownership and had a not so great experience but nonetheless we did make a purchase. They even sent us a check in the mail because they charged too much for something. Anyway, we came here and it was extremely hot outside and I didn't have 8 hours to spend in the office. I wanted to see vehicles in our price range, possibly test drive and purchase or move on. I came from the Westbank and we waited forever for a car that they said needed a jump because the battery was dead and I didn't want to play around with that vehicle so I asked about another vehicle and then another, well, we never got to physically see a car that was supposedly in our price range. I regret going there because it was a waste of time and I was sitting at a desk the whole time like I was about to do paperwork to purchase the vehicle. I just wanted to see/test drive one. By-the-way.....when they told me that they had to jump the battery and I questioned that and said that didn't sound like a good sign....she told me no matter where you go s vehicle still needs to get the battery jumped if it's been sitting on the lot for a while.
