They took the car back we brought a new 2025 kick and it was suppose to be a trade. However they let the saleswoman take the car that was traded. We switch the insurance to the new car that day. We didn't know any of this until the DMV gave a flag on the license and the bank kept calling for a payment. We went back to the dealer and asked them why haven't they paid the old car off yet. The finance man said the check for the bank was on the mail. Another month went by same story. Then they tell us we didnt trade no car in, then it went from we must have both cars. Like who's gonna pay 2 notes. The same lady quit the same day after the deal was made. So we had to file a police report then another month later we find the cat in our neighborhood abandoned. No body knows how it got there. They crazy part about it they left their key tag on the key chain. They hid the keys on the middle console. With Nissan tag on it. Very very sad. Pleas be careful in getting a car here. They all were in on it.

I get a call late in the day from a female associate saying SilverRock would not cover the repair. No further explanation. why would u wait till damn near closing to notify me? Then came the pressure to pay out of pocket. My good sis could NOT provide me a claim number which prompted me to call the warranty provider myself. They had no record Pep boys ever reached out or filed a claim LMAO how embarrassing when I showed up in person to get the details. We got all that shit straighten out needless to say. They were very humble and moved expeditiously to get me scheduled the next day. My repairs were made and seem to be holding up over a month later.

The man who was putting the door on the car later realized that I paid for the wrong parts. I called Bill's and they told me it was nothing they can do. They don't do refunds, only store credit. The guy also told me he could not tell me if they had the correct parts for my car. I honestly feel so scammed!! This is also a lesson for me to start reading things before I sign them.

I observed this employee for 15-20 minutes to make sure I wasn't overreacting, but it was clear this behavior wasn't just directed at me. It's disheartening because the location has so much potential, but customer service like this will drive customers away. I highly recommend that management consider additional training or re-evaluate the employee in question to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Higher than it should be a for a 1/2" piece of rubber but I figured why not. I get there - New Orleans East, so it's a bit of a drive - and the guy tells me they're $8.68. APIECE. I bought them because it would have felt like a waste to drive all the way out there but in retrospect I should have told them off for ripping off their customers. Lesson learned. They aren't called Stealerships for nothing. Then, on my way out I remembered I have a recall notice to get my airbag module replaced and the notice said to schedule an appontment. Turns out Premier Honda doesn't do appointments. First come, first serve. Which you better believe is a losing proposition for customers who value their time. Honda makes a great product (usually, the a/c condenser on my Fit that has no grille or protection whatsoever would beg to differ) . Just wish they had the support to back it when needed.

I recently ended up with a car that had a bad motor, which put me in a real bind. I reached out to Hansel at the wrecking yard, and he was able to assist me with a motor. Even though I didn't make any profit off the car, I was able to break even, and everything checked out perfectly. After replacing the motor, the car had no issues and runs great.
