$13.99 Mixed platter: lamb/chicken/rice/veggies Mix Over Rice
    Lovely ..

This place is a gem. MY FAVORITE SPOT. I am so glad this place is nearby me. I always come for the mixed platter. The mixed platter comes with seasoned lamb and chicken, seasoned rice, veggies and sauce. Portions are great and prices are great.

First time here. Parking was not bad. Tried the chicken platter (mild) and Philly cheesesteak. Food took about 10 minutes. Flavors on both were good. Not too much sauce on the chicken platter. Not too spicy. Good serving of salad, rice, and chicken. Sandwich was big and messy. We ended up ordering an extra Philly cheesesteak to go for a snack later. There are different combo options on the burgers/sandwiches.

Immediately when I came in the employees were very friendly and had top tier service! I ordered the mix chicken and lamb over rice with less rice, more veggies, and extra white sauce. The employees definitely delivered and the plates were literally drenched in white sauce, with extra on the side. Beside the portioning of the plates, it was SO good and I definitely prefer coming here to others. I've also door dashed from here, same quality, amazing food, and it came with a pita bread. They offer lots of seating and the place itself appears to be quite clean.

Amazing food and great service! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. The place had a nice vibe, and I would definitely come back again.

I ordered two of the mixed chicken and lamb with rice and salad. I have to say that the combination is nice and I will buy from here again. I would like to try some of the other menu items. For size reference the mixed plate is in a small lasagna tin and it's about the size of two iphones side by side.

I got there 30 minutes before closing and there was no one there besides me. The meat is extremely flavorful and tender, and they really load on the sauces! I wanna say that the red sauce is hot sauce and the white sauce as ranch, but not 100% sure. I love the amount of salad that they give you as well! The rice tasted a little stale and hard to me, which could be on me because I went there 30 mins before they closed. I would give this place another try though! If you've had Shah's in Davis, I would say that this is really similar to the foodtruck that they have at UC Davis. If you don't feel like making the 30-40 mins drive there, XtremeBitz is a delicious option.

Okay, I understand the hype about this place. I ordered the chicken over rice plate, which happens to be labeled as a (best seller), and I get why. This plate has chicken that is well cooked, tender, juicy, flavored. It has rice. It has veggies like lettuce and tomatoes. And the sauce, which arguably is the best part. The whole plate together is perfection. I could eat this every day. I also ordered fries with a side of white sauce, and that was game changer. Prices are good for the amount you get.

This was only the beginning. Way much more in our bowls. Almost every bite. Unbelievable and it would seem to be intentional.

Food is always great and delicious but my last bowl had so much hair you would think it was intentional. Usually 1 hair strand would have still been ok for me to bypass ( I know yuck) but as me and my friend kept eating, we literally found these hair strands almost with every bite! We were trying to think of other ingredients that it may have been from but as I looked closer, there were actually split ends. There was so much of it that it was unbelievable. Like how is this even possible if it wasn't done on purpose? It makes me sick to my stomach thinking about what could be going on inside your kitchen. I really want to continue eating here but please please please let me pray that this was not intentional. This place has good potential and it would be a waste to throw it all away due to unsanitary practices.

This evening I felt like a Gyro. I went to check out yelp, and came across Xtreme Bitez. I got in my car and decided to check this place out. It's located in a corner plaza with a few other places. Parking was a bit tricky. I think there was a party going on in one of the other places there since I saw people dressed up. Anyways, on to Xtreme Bitez haha. As I entered, I was greeted by one of the workers. They were pretty busy. Someone was cooking, someone else was helping out a customer and someone else was running up orders. Very efficient. Well, I came for a Gyro, but after watching them prepare a sandwich and the plate, I switched my mind and got those too haha. I ordered a Chopped Cheese, but added their Xtreme Sauce and got their Lamb Over Rice Plate. The Chopped Cheese sandwich was surprisingly very good. The bread was so soft and warm. The meat was cooked just right and all the flavors worked well with each other. I am definitely getting that again next time haha. The Lamb over Rice was very good too. It's a very large portion. I think it's enough for 2, or for 1 pretty hungry person haha. It looks messy, but again, it worked well with each other. When in Elk Grove, and you feel like some gyros, or sandwiches or plates, stop by Xtreme Bitez!

Great food, and friendly service, I'm assuming it was one of the owners was trying to work out how to give us the combo we wanted with some changes in their system affecting things and ended up giving us complementary pita and hummus and literally everything we had was delicious. We got the mixed platters of chicken and lamb and the hot sauce on top too ( not really hot) and it was BOMB

I got the Mixed Over Rice and it was delicious!! The lamb wasn't tough to chew like previous places I've been to before and the bowl was saucy, just how I like it. The place was very organized and clean. Navi's (sorry, don't know if I spelled it right) customer service skills were exceptional as well. He was very inviting and down to earth. Will be my staple halal spot from now on.

Chopped cheese. Bread is soft and overall sandwich is delish!

Clean, fast, and proper service. We love a good wrap from time to time! Entered and were quickly greeted. It was empty when we came in on a Saturday, late afternoon, but people started coming in after us. There was a fight on the TV and a good amount of tables for peeps to sit. The gentleman took our order and I remember that the set up is clean and well maintained. This is a family business and everyone is friendly! Like someone else said, you can really tell they care about their business and the service they provide. I can tell there is team effort to make the dream work. The prices are good. We got a lamb salad and a mix (lamb and chicken) over rice. I was able to customize my salad and added the white and red hot sauce. It's not that spicy and I think they can make it spicier (like Halal Guys). The red sauce at the table is ketchup, which surprisingly went well with our food, which I had a single dab of on my chopped cheese and lamb plate. It was my first time ever having a chopped cheese - it did not disappoint! Next time, I want to try the philly cheesesteak. Parking isn't hard and the entrance is next to Bru Tea. Really glad that there is a halal spot in Elk Grove! I'll be back.

She'd noticed my growing curiosity about Afghan cuisine from a previous visit elsewhere and gently pointed me toward Chopan Kabob House, insisting it was worth the experience. There was something comforting in that recommendation--like being guided toward a place that already held meaning for someone you trust. When I arrived, I was immediately struck by the restaurant's clean, welcoming atmosphere. The space felt intentional--nicely furnished without being overwhelming, simple yet warm. I mentioned I was ordering takeout, and the gentleman behind the counter handed me a menu. At first glance, it seemed straightforward, but the more I looked, the more it felt thoughtfully curated--each item carrying a sense of tradition and care. Wanting a proper introduction, I chose the Combination Kabob with Tikka and chicken. It felt like the right balance--a way to experience more in a single meal. I was told it would take about 20 minutes, and as I sat waiting, I found myself appreciating that detail. In a world built on speed, those 20 minutes felt reassuring. It suggested intention, freshness, and the kind of cooking that isn't rushed. When I finally brought the meal home and opened the container, I was genuinely surprised. The portions were generous--almost abundant. A vibrant salad added a refreshing contrast, while the long-grain rice was fragrant and perfectly cooked. Then there were the stars of the meal: the Tikka beef and the chicken, both beautifully prepared. Each bite carried depth--layers of spices and seasoning that felt both bold and comforting. It wasn't just flavorful; it felt rooted in something deeper, something traditional. By the time I finished, I realized this wasn't just a satisfying meal--it was an experience that lingered. There's a certain nostalgia in discovering a place like this for the first time, especially through the recommendation of someone close to you. It feels personal, almost like being let in on a secret. I'm already looking forward to returning, perhaps next time to dine in and take in the full experience. And with a menu that promises more to explore, this feels less like a one-time visit and more like the beginning of a new favorite.

I'm not the kind to bash a restaurant or any type of business, but I'm gonna give my honest opinion. This place is overhyped due to social media! I wanted to try it out because I seen it on TikTok and the food looked absolutely appetizing. It was a busy Saturday evening around 730pm. I told my kids I wasn't cooking so we were going here because I wanted to try it. They were all for it because who doesn't like a good burger and since smash burgers are the way to go, why not. Upon walking in the paintings on the walls catch your eyes. It's a very casual kind of place. When looking at the menu it's very appealing and makes you want to order the whole menu lol jk. The "combos" aren't really combo meals it's just the burger and the fries, the drink is extra, for X in my book. The young lady at helping me was helpful with the questions I had. We didn't dine it we took our food home, but before we left I took pictures of the way the food looked just in case it didn't look like that when we got home. I got the jalapeño smash, my oldest had the classic combo, and my youngest had the kids combo (which included the drink). The burger IN MY OPINION was under seasoned, the jalapeño were all cut in different thickness, it wasn't something to write home to mom about. Lastly the fries reminded me of Taco Bell fries without the sweetness in the seasoning very underwhelming. Even though this wasn't a good experience for my first visit, I'm willing to go back and try something else other than the burger.

There used to be a young employee who was always polite, welcoming, and consistent with pricing. I ordered a mango cake for a party that cost $57, and I felt it was well worth the price because it was delicious. However, when I ordered the exact same cake just two weeks later, the employee checked with the owner and suddenly the price increased to $75. The inconsistency didn't sit well with me, especially over such a short period of time. After that employee left, I interacted with the owner more often and unfortunately my experiences became increasingly negative. On one visit, my friends and I had purchased food and were enjoying our meal when a wedding party arrived. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner sent the cashier to our table and essentially asked us to leave so there would be room for the larger party. We had already paid for our meals (as customers) and were just sitting and enjoying our food, and the experience felt very disrespectful. On another visit, we stopped by with friends for pastries. While overseeing a remodeling project, the owner approached us and asked, "Are you going to be ordering food?" The tone made us feel like we were inconveniencing her simply by being there. The owner has seen us many times but behaves like she doesn't know us. This was especially disappointing considering how much money I had spent there over the years and how many friends and family members I had brought to support the business. The pastries and cakes are still very good, but customer service matters.
