A little hard to find, but worth it. First, they were all super nice, on the phone and in the store. Second, they have more of a bird selection than I've seen in Vegas. Macaws, toucans, finches, longnecks, etc. Third, they have some reptiles. Adorable little red eared sliders, some lizards. Looks like they're setting up for fish, too. Fourth, their prices are better than PetSmart, with aforementioned large selection. Lost one star because their cages could use some enrichment. There are some toys and perches, but not enough. Drove 30 minutes to come get a bird and place is closed. Hours online say they close at 6pm I'm here before 4pm and doors are locked. Checked both the front and back doors and they're both blocked. Waste of my time and gas, don't have set business hours online if you aren't going to follow them. What a joke. read more

Went there to get some Zebra Finches last week and really liked how clean this place was. There was a very....VERY loud Cockatoo in there that made my ears bleed yikes.... I'll definitely will be back to get more birds / supplies as their store is very reasonable. read more

They sold me a sick bird I got her about 3 months ago and she suddenly started gasping for air on the 5th of July we rushed her to the vet and it was too late we couldn't do anything to save her. They make you sign a waiver because they know the birds are sick. Do not recommend this place read more

Mauricio and his staff are AMAZING! I've adopted 4 birds from them so far. They are super knowledgeable and help me with ANY questions or concerns. I love going to see their new toys and all the cool birds they have. They also provide wing and nail trimming for my birds and a variety of foods. read more

We stopped by just to check it out while we were in town (we're from LA). The store is beautiful, clean and nicely decorated. They have birds both in and out of their cages, so you can say hello and interact with them. And their prices are very good! Tracy is super nice and helpful, and had great advice for us. She talked with us for awhile and helped us choose the best bird for our living situation. We adopted a crimson-bellied conure, and couldn't be happier! We can't wait to go back next time we're in Vegas! read more

Let me start by saying that I live in Salt Lake City and couldn't find a hand-fed cockatiel here for weeks. I called XtremeMundial Birds on a Sunday morning and asked if they had any cockatiels available. They told me they had 2 weaned cockatiels available (which was a lie, they only technically had one, as one of them wasn't done with hand-feedings yet). They assured me that they are the most reputable bird shop in Vegas and that their birds are healthy. I texted the phone number and the owner sent pictures of the two birds through FB and even offered to open the shop for me if I arrived after closing time. I VERY MUCH appreciated this gesture and that's why I give one-star. Yes, I realize that it's not possible to leave no stars, but I'm pretending that this one star is a result of his willingness to accommodate our driving schedule. I arrived with my 12-year-old daughter on Sunday evening at 5:45. The owner arrived shortly thereafter with a woman who was very kind. We entered the store and saw many containers that enclosed baby birds who were still being hand-fed... as many as 15 birds in each small container, but they all seemed to be active. After taking a quick look at both available birds, I told my daughter we had to take the oldest one because the owner mentioned that the younger one would still need to be hand-fed a couple of times a day (and it looked homely). We spent about 3-4 minutes with our new bird, confident that she was healthy and everything he said she would be. Partway home, my daughter took her out of her box and held her and asked me what was wrong with her beak (her sweet face feathers must have covered the issue in the shop). I told her that I was sure it was fine, we were driving through a snowstorm, and I'd look when we got home. After we made it home, I saw that the lower mandible on one side had grown so high that her beak was crooked and she had worn away a portion of her top beak as a result. We also noticed that she was missing a back claw on her left foot. We've been home for four days now. She is lethargic, completely non-interactive, and she seems sick. I contacted Mauricio and told him about my concerns... I told him that she was, in fact, not a healthy bird. They are running a bird farm. It is clear that no one handled this cockatiel prior to us purchasing her. It is also clear that they are trying to breed birds for money, not because they care about the welfare of the birds. WITH THAT ALL SAID... I completely take responsibility for not educating myself more thoroughly prior to our stop in Vegas. I take responsibility for the fact that I didn't check every inch of this bird's body prior to purchasing her... and I take responsibility for purchasing a sick bird with problems. Mauricio didn't take full responsibility, though. He offered to exchange her for another bird, but I don't feel like they take care of their birds and don't want another sick bird with problems, so I declined. He still refuses to take her back without an exchange. We have a vet coming to look at her early next week and will do what we can to help her, but I do NOT recommend that you purchase from this shop. If you feel the need, go and check it out for yourself if you'd like, but I recommend checking other shops, breeders, and rescues prior to purchasing a bird from this bird factory. Wish I would have seen the attached picture before I drove so far... who puts this many birds in one container??? read more

This is the first time I've ever written a bad review, but even 2 seconds in this place was very unpleasant. I've never met a place so horrible in my life. I don't know how this place is even legal, no birds deserve to be treated this badly. I'm confused by all the good reviews as I think they're fake. On the outside, there wasn't even a sign with the company name on it. It just said "B". I walked in and it seemed fine at first, there were two parrots perched on a branch near the entrance. But there was also a horrible smell of feces, it was very unclean. A lot of the birds were sick and scared of people. The guy at the front desk followed behind me without saying anything to make sure I wasn't taking pictures of how they were treating the birds. You can tell that nothing is being well taken care of, including the birds. If you care about birds, don't come here. read more

They have beautiful hand raised cockatiels with great personalities for reasonable prices. They really work with them and handle them so they can adapt to any situation (children, other animals etc). They also do boarding and the birds there are happy and healthy. They also stock excellent bird food and toys. (We prefer the Vaulkman feed that doesn't have sunflower seeds that we could only get online). They constantly tend to the birds and the cages are always clean. The staff and owners are very friendly and knowledgeable. We now have 3 cockatiels and just adore them. They are cuddly, enjoy time with people and trying new foods. They are great travelers ( not skittish or nervous in the car). read more

So sad. I was really excited to get my ringneck parrot, from them. I put a deposit down on her, they even did a gender and health blood test for me. Brought her home in October, she seemed good, then died suddenly in March. I'm 2an experienced bird owner, and since I have another bird in my home (whom I have had for over 10 years) I decided to get a necropsy done on the Ringneck, turns out she had congenital heart liver and gi defects. I brought this to their attention and all I got was a "well thats the risk we take buying live animals".......she cost $900.....plus the over $500 I spent on accessories. Money aside, my main concern is that they breed these birds, and I wanted to bring it to their attention so they could get their birds checked out. Their lack of concern for the genetic health and welfare of their birds and future generations is concerning. I don't know what I wanted, but I expected more than "too bad!"..... read more

The best bird store. Elizabeth who took care of me was so knowledgeable . She showed me all the birds took them out and most of them were hand tamed and very friendly birds. I bought my love of my life there it is a Green Cheek Conure who bonded to me. She told me what food and toys to get for him. The owner of the store hand feeds most all of his birds and there the most beautiful birds . He's a wonderful person who cares so much of the well-being of these birds, he also helped me put the cage together. The store is really clean. I gave the store five stars. The female clerk is rude . Several birds doesn't have any way to consume water. The bird attendee is spanish but couldn't understand English. Parakeets are expensive. The place is messy and understaff. No ones insisted me so I was banned for returning. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!! These people should lose their license. They are selling sick and dying birds!!! Initially paid for a yellow headed amazon, they said that he would be ready in a few weeks after being weaned. Regularly visited him then one day he wasn't In his typical cage. Was finally told that he had died A WEEK AFTER. Was reluctant but they offered another bird. Fell in love with a red headed amazon and within a month of him being home with us he had passed away. If you are looking for a parrot this is the place to go. If you have a parrot you can get their nails and or their wings clipped and buy food their also. They are good with the birds they have. I got my conures nails trimmed and they did a great job something I was unable to do at home. read more
