The service at this location was wonderful...... until late last year when a lot of current employees were moved to another store and now the service has become very frustrating. Wrong products in bags and long waits in line as well. The quality of their food products, especially the muffins was always hit or miss. I used to ask for a fresh muffin from the back to try and get a fresh one but for the last (6) months even the goods from the back have been consistently stale and hard. They do not bake at this location so sometimes the baked products are many days old. I need to find a Dunkin store that can sell and deliver a good fresh product. I will no longer shop here until Sam fixes the mistakes and brings back competent employees and fresh baked goods. .
