We hired them year ago to fix small garden area, they came promptly, did OK job, was not very impressed then, post installation called them several time, related to issues regarding installed plants and trees, and they keep giving excuses like "be patient it takes time", "ohh we forgot to get the equipment and material, will come by soon". I called them for an evaluation of my sprinkler system. We just bought our home and our water bill was quite high. He came out and pointed out a broken head and the water collected in a low spot in our lawn. He was honest and pointed out the simple fix and didn't try to sell me up. We found Y&A on yelp for a backyard clean up, and Pedro and his team are amazing. We have a pretty big backyard, and we knew this was going to be a big project. We did not have a gardener for 10 months and everything was overgrown, and there were so many dry leaves that we did not meet the fire safety requirement. I got quoted from three different businesses, and decided to go with Pedro as his price is reasonable and he promised me a good job. He is knowledgeable and knew exactly what would have needed to be taken care of in order to meet the city's requirement. They were able to start the job right in the following week, and finished the job in 4 days, which was surprisingly fast. Before I did not even know we had access to the creek from my backyard because of everything over growing, but now we can see everything clearly and can actually use the backyard. I found Y&A through Yelp to help solve a leaky sprinkler and valve issue that was causing significant water wastage. They came same day to diagnose the issue and next day to repair. He came back twice to replace the sprinkler controller with an updated system- we tried to install a WiFi controller and both times the two different units didn't work with our router.
