I placed an order for 50 white spandex chair covers and two different backdrops. The site said that all the items were in stock. After a week I only received the backdrops but not the chair covers. I contacted them to see why they took my money for a product that wasn't in stock. They said it would be back in stock in a week so I waited but I didn't receive a confirmation that the items had been sent. I contacted them again and they said a few more days and they would be back in. Finally after viewing their site they changed the date of restock to the following month. When I asked for a refund they kept trying to offer me an item I didn't want and said that the item had been on back order and because of an internal malfunction that the site said otherwise. They knew they didn't have the items and kept stringing me along and I have to wait almost another week before I get my money back and the event I need the items for is in 2 weeks. I ordered lavender votive candles for a family event and paid extra shipping to get the items here quickly. The votive candles arrived as expected, but the candles looked nothing like the photo online. 36 of the 48 candles looked as if they had been made by a child and some of the candles were even square and unusable. Totally spoiled our event as these candles were part of a gift package. The company did not want to reship me another order of candles, but offered 30% off for the 36 candles. I wish they had negative stars. This place has the worst customer service (I was actually told I was deplorable by a service rep), delivery from order date took a month and a half. No attention was paid to personalization details and they cannot be contacted by live chat (they disconnect on you purposely if they don't like what they hear), no answer at phone number (that I only got off the Better Busines Bureau website)and emails are not answered!! They also misrepresent the colour of their items and then blame you for it. Refund policy is horrible. Please please please do not fall into their trap!! Pay a bit more and get what you want elsewhere without the stress!!! read more

Ordered rose floating candles and received them poorly packaged and melted; they were unusable. I had to go to a nearby store to replace them at the last minute. Upon request for a refund for the candles, I was offered a 30% refund and the joy of keeping the melted lumps of wax; or, I could pay to ship them back and pay a restocking fee....for melted candles (which would have me actually paying more than my refund). After several emails, I was only able to receive a refund by escalating the issue with Paypal. Here's the kicker, I was asking for a refund of less than $5. The worst company in the world. It's so bad that it doesn't even get a rating but I had to rate it at least a one in order to post this review. I have dealt with these people for over three weeks on the items that I ordered which when I received the items, they were the wrong color. Chatted with these idiots for 5 days straight until midnight. I finally got them to agree to send the return shipping labels after the 5th day of chat. I immediately printed the labels and shipped the wrong items back. I in turn chatted with them again and told them that they needed to expedite my correct items as the event is Saturday December 2nd. Emailed them twice, no response. Chat again, I was told that the correct items had been shipped and I didn't get a confirmation number because the items were expedited. So the items were supposed to be delivered by the end of business on Friday December 1. Not once was I told that there were two confirmation numbers. Got home last night and there was only one box with 12 tablecloths in it when I should have received 24. Contacted the chat line immediately. I was repeatedly told your items were delivered today and I repeatedly told Nicholas that only twelve tablecloths were received and finally after nearly an hour he told me that there were two confirmation numbers and that I needed to contact UPS. Knowing very well that it was their responsibility as the shipper. So I was on hold for over 45 minutes with UPS and never got anyone. Called UPS again this morning, the day of the event and was told that they could not assist me because I wasn't the shipper. Chat with efavormart/ya ya creations again and still no help. I am losing $5000 on an event because it started with efavormart/ya ya creations screwing up my order. I gave the company many chances and ample time to correct their mistakes. read more

If you are reading this review, you are most likely considering E Favor Mart/Ya Ya Creations/insert one of their many other business names here, for some sort of supplies for a special occasion. If I can persuade just 1 person from looking elsewhere, the time I spent on writing this review is worthwhile. I came across E Favor Mart while doing an internet search for frosted votive holders for my upcoming wedding. When I saw their prices, I quickly placed an order for frosted votive holders as well as candy scoops. I received my order promptly and was excited to see the votive holders and candy scoops. However, my excitement quickly dissipated as I heard glass stirring inside the box. I opened the box to find almost half of the votive holders were broken. In addition, I immediately started questioning the size of the votive holders that were intact. I attempted to fit either a votive or tea light candle in the holders and neither fit. I reviewed the website description, which clearly states a 2" diameter, pulled out a measuring tape and measured the outside diameter at less than 1 ¾". In addition to the size being misrepresented on the website, these do not suit their intended purpose. My disappointment with the merchandise didn't end there. I removed the candy scoops out of the box and out of their opened packaging and immediately noticed scratched off paint and broken handles. The candy scoops were shoved in a very small space between the box itself and the boxes of votive holders. It's no surprise these arrived broken. I emailed customer service promptly as I found there is no phone number listed for this company. A day passed, then 2, no response. I contacted the company via live chat instead and spoke with Christine. Christine offered to send me replacement votive holders repeatedly. Christine failed to comprehend that these "votive holders" do not indeed hold votive, or tea light candles and are useless to me, broken or intact. I was offered a refund upon receipt of the merchandise, but would only receive 80% and would be responsible for return shipping. I asked to speak with a manager and was told I would receive a call within 2 hours. More than double that time has passed, no call, and yet, I'm not surprised at the lack of response. I'm now pursuing this issue with the BBB. Ya Ya Creations has had 51 BBB complains in the last 3 years, 33 in the last 12 months. Those numbers speak for themselves. read more

OK i ordered 12 12'' round table mirrors for centerpieces i was making for a party on the Saturday after thanksgiving. a national holiday i know the cost of the mirrors was $38 I paid $65 to get them here next day because the original group i bought came broken and i needed something really quickly. there was no notification on their website that said the warehouse would be closed from Thursday until Monday...otherwise common sense would say don't order from there and don't pay the extra shipping because they will not make it in time which they didn't they came Tuesday. So i tried to return the product i was told i was not going to be refunded the shipping because they did send it next day air as soon as the warehouse opened, and then when asked if i wanted a return label from them i said no i have a UPS account of my own and i was gonna have to pay for the shipping back either way so i said no they sent me a return label charged me a restocking fee and a shipping fee which when i make the label myself my price is cheaper and now the item that should have cost me 38 is now costing me close to $60.00. The woman keeps telling me they did nothing wrong when in fact they did if they would have said items ordered on this date will not be shipped out before the 28th i would not have ordered it and i also would not have paid double the shipping cost. she said its beyond their control and i should trust her ok then why did you send me a label and charge me again when i clearly said no and you are only now refunding me 20 instead of my entire order total because in my eyes next day air means next day not next day from whatever day you choose to ship it on. this company is a scam and i will never recommend them and i will certainly never order from them again. read more
