I really went out of my way to find this place... and found a great little bag for my phone. my mom and I both bought it... the salesgirl was sweet. I'm a yelper but have been having trouble logging in on my new phone. she said if I help we could gather an additional 10% off. so I had to reinstall under my Google account. I wrote a review on both mine and my moms phone. then the manager arrived and it all went down hill. RUDE doesn't even begin... first chariol is not a costume line of jewelry. My $2600.00 is diamond and Platinum not Swarovski crystal and silver plate. then after about an hour of credit card confusion for both of our purchases. I said I was overcharged. got to the car and compared my bill with my moms went back in only to spend more than 1/2 hour arguing showing my phone and my moms showing both our review... she pulled out her ipad to check out reviews. more accusations finally she found them and after a long and uncomfortable 1/2 hr. I was refunded an additional $5 if I didn't love the bag I would have thrown both of them at her. I will never be back. as I walked out I told the manager thanks for making a great shopping trip into a nightmare. I went in this store just looking and when I walked in the lady at the counter never said as word .I began talking to myself to see if she would say hello how may I help you, it never happen. I felt like she was prejudice and didn't want me in the store. I'm a beautiful Black woman with my own business. I went to the veggie grill next door and as I was going there a white woman was going in the store so I trued around to see if she would get the same treatment as I did. And she didn't she got up from behind the counter and ask if she needed help and still acting like I'm not there and I'm right in her face she didn't say a word to me. I say I be dam this is still going on in 2020. I walked out before I said anything cause If I had it would have been a BIG PROBLEM. I said I was not going back until a month later I was parking and I saw 2 Black Ladies in the store and I go in and they were so welcoming the one that stood out the most was ALLENIA and I wanted to buy the store but she couldn't find anything to fit me. I was in the store for 2 hours or more and I said I'll come back as long as your here ALLENA and she smiled. I didn't buy anything that day. The clothes are cool but they don't have sizes for woman with hips and butt or should I say Black women. I'm determine to buy something just because ALLENA is there . I went in today looking for her and the other black lady was there so I got some shoes to support her, and I said where is ALLENIA that's the only reason I'm here they smiled and said she just left . I said I'm coming back when ALLENIA is at work only. So I give 5 stars to ALLENIA for her great customer service and none to the store. read more

They have the worst customer service! I bought my mom a birthday gift on 9/30/18 and was told no gift receipt was needed since they put it under my name. I, unfortunately, misplaced the receipt so when my mom went back to exchange the necklace she was told they couldn't look it up because their system went down. They told my mom that they would have to pull the receipts manually and asked for the purchase date. Two weeks later she never heard back from anyone, so she called and was told that they could not find the receipt and that she must have had the date wrong. She was also told that they were busy and could no longer help her. My mom has called back several times and each time a message was taken and she never received a response. We were able to find the receipt and on 2/21/19 we received store credit. Everyone we spoke with was either dismissive, flat out rude or not knowledgeable enough to help us. My mom no longer wants anything from this store and will not be going back here. read more

This is a super cute boutique with all vegan leather products, which is AWESOME. Really stylish stuff. I came in and bought a small purse back in June for a great price. Loved it, but after a month (of very occasional use), the zipper completely broke. I called the store and they said they would get in touch with the company who made it, and replace it. A week later, I had the same purse (sadly not in the same color I had originally, that I wanted). Great customer service! But, about 2 months later of again, not so regular use of this clutch, the zipper broke again in the same exact way. Disappointed, I called the store. The owner spoke to me right away and told me she would call the company, and get back to me the next morning. Next day, I heard nothing. A few days later, I called again and asked for an update. They took down a message and said the owner would get in touch. A week later, didn't hear anything. Today, I went into the store and explained the situation. Right away, the employee got on the phone with the owner, who remembered me, and offered me store credit. I was happy enough with this, and I purchased a cute purse from a different company. Overall, I'm happy with the customer service here. It's too bad that I didn't get a call back twice, hence 4 stars instead of 5. But I do appreciate their overall willingness to replace broken products. read more

I went to this shop on Highland Ave., in Manhattan Beach, in October, 2016, & bought two pair of rather expensive earrings. They made a mistake on the bill which I did not notice until I got home to Sherman Oaks. They overcharged me by $45, but when I called, they said they could not credit my account; they had to send me a check. No problem, until the check never came. After repeated calls & promises from the owner, Lillian, that the check was in the mail, I'm still without the promised refund. If she wasn't going to send me the check, she should have said so outright instead of jerking me around. This is bad business, plain & simple. If you shop in her store in Manhattan Beach or El Segundo, make sure you check your receipt. read more

It's unfortunate to have to write a negative review but wanted to be sure to forewarn other customers. My husband bought me a pair of earrings from this store as a gift to give to me on our wedding day in Costa Rica. He ended up giving them to me one day early so I could wear them to our rehearsal dinner. Unfortunately the back stud fell off and they broke the first time I put them on. Fast forward to our return to the states 12 days later, when we tried to return them. We explained exactly what happened and the store manager/partner was very rude and accused me of breaking them. Almost as if I had done it on purpose. The earrings were just under $100 so it was amazing to me that they broke so fast. She offered store credit, which was fine, as that is their policy. The main thing that left a sour taste in my mouth was how she handled it. When running a business that is centered around service, you would think that the manager would have a bit more tact and understanding. It's also unfortunate that something that my husband bought me that was supposed to have meaning and sentimental value has now been turned into a negative. I hope that someone offers this woman in a managerial position some guidance on how to best serve the store's patrons. Bummed I wasn't able to catch her name. read more

I actually bought 2 pair of earrings and a choker for a friend's birthday in Feb. 2017. The hoop earrings were so cute but turned/tarnished within a month.
