I took my ring to the store to get fixed (replace one stone) and they were very uppity and seemed annoyed because my ring was not a Harry Winston or something of high value. Pasha was a bad experience for me. This is also the first review that I have ever posted in my lifetime. The manager for Pasha, Tony, and I agreed that my watch was being sent out to be serviced by an authorized Rolex service technician and that he was not doing the work himself. That was clearly the stated agreement. After getting my watch back, I had to go back multiple times to ask for the watch to be fixed properly and also to get the promised paperwork from the authorized Rolex service technician. Only to be told then by Tony himself that he did the work on my watch. My watch never worked properly and he would not refund the $1,300 he charged me. Not a typo on the $1,300... If you are reading this, I would check the other 1 star ratings for yourself. Hope this helps someone! read more

I've had my engagement ring for almost 15 years. A couple of years ago the top of a prong fell off around my diamond. I brought it in for repair. About a year passed. Another fell off and it was repaired last November. This year in March another (the same?) was gone. I brought it in and was told all 4 needed to be replaced. Okay- do it! Two weeks later another comes off. They repair it that time for free. In April a month later.. you guessed it. The prong was gone. This time I brought it to another local repair shop. They put it under a microscope for me and showed me all of the prongs were very flat and worn down. They didn't want to comment negatively on other work, but found it suspicious that they were so flat which comes with time. That shouldn't have happened in one month. I've always found them to be very nice in pasha so I hate to leave even 3 stars, but I'm feeling a bit betrayed after paying 100+ multiple times for the repairs to keep failing. I'm lucky I didn't lose my diamond. After getting my ring back from the other shop yesterday I can see the visible difference in the prongs which are much more raised and hearty. read more

Stopped by Pasha Jewelers to have the strap changed on my husband's watch -- a very common and reputable brand. They couldn't (or wouldn't) do it, and we were met with nothing but arrogance and dismissiveness. Sorry it wasn't a Rolex, I guess? If this is how they treat people walking through the door, we want no part of it. There are plenty of jewelers who know how to treat people with respect. read more

I came here to get my tiffany necklace repaired since the chain snapped. They did a bag job fixing the necklace and gave me a chain that was somehow 6inches longer than what I gave them. I don't know what kind if scheme they are running but this place is weird. They didn't care that they gave me a different necklace and tried to gaslight me that it was the same. I even showed the receipt from tiffany which stated the original length and they said they could make it that length again and give me "my chain" that was extra. So I had a small work accident that caused my wedding band to be bent out of shape. I took my band into Pasha FJ to have them look at it and quote me for fix. When I first walked into the store I was greeted by the staff, and was assisted by Robert. He immediately went to work on the band and reshaped it for me in about 5 mins!! I was very surprised he was able to get the ring back into shape so quickly. Once he handed it back to me I asked what the damage to my wallet was going to be..... drum roll... he said "Don't worry about it, just be sure to take care of the ring.." I have been in search for the past three years to re size my wedding rings . After injuring my knuckle,my doctor said you better re size your ring! I live in SF and have been searching for a reputable jeweler that would allow me to watch as the ring is being resized . NO ONE would allow that ! No jeweler was comfortable allowing me to watch as they worked on my ring ! My brother lives in Manhattan beach and told me about Pasha Fine Jewelry. Visiting for thanksgiving , I brought my rings to the store to be resized. The rings look Amazing ! Perfect size and beautiful ! Looks like it wasn't even resized . Looks brand new! The people at the store were so kind to me and made me feel so comfortable . I sat right next to the jeweler who was so professional ,explaining every step of what he was doing .
