If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly recommend staying away from this company. I hired them for a move to Phoenix, and after the move was completed, I discovered that several of my belongings were missing, including my PS4 and PS5. When I brought it to Mike's attention, his response was that he "didn't know the person who stole it" because he had only hired him. That excuse doesn't change the fact that this individual was working under his company. Anyone representing your business is ultimately your responsibility, and customers trust you with their belongings based on that. Instead of taking accountability or attempting to resolve the situation, Mike blocked me. I later reached out again in an effort to settle the matter and be compensated for the items that were taken. His response was to simply react to the message and ignore the issue. When I informed him that I would be pursuing legal action, I was once again left without any meaningful response. What concerns me most is the complete lack of professionalism and accountability. At no point did Mike make a serious effort to investigate what happened, recover my property, or make things right. As a veteran, I value honesty, integrity, and accountability. Unfortunately, I experienced none of those qualities here. If I can give a zero review, I would. This company I would advise to stay away from. I hired them to do a move for me to Phoenix upon completion of the move. I realize that my belongings were missing they stole my PS4 and my ps5. When I mentioned it to Mike, his response was, I didn't know the person who stole it. I just hired him even if you just hired him this is still your business. You know the person's information. The person is a reflection of your company, so you are therefore responsible for any belongings going missing while on a job. Mike then blocked me and refused to resolve the matter or compensate me for my belongings that his employee stole from me I reached out to Mike again, asking him to resolve the matter in return he thumbs up the message when I told him that I would be taking him to court after he left me on read again. He also asked why I have not received help from law-enforcement, as if it was funny that he had not given my belongings back anybody can say they hired such and such in hopes that it falls through and you no longer push back because you do not have information. At the end of the day this such and such person was hired through his company. Therefore, his company is responsible for my belongings being stolen as a veteran. Mike was awesome, so gentle with my stuff, responsive, patient, and affordable! You could not ask for anything more in helping with a big move. He brought and unloaded my uhaul UBox into an annoyingly shaped elevator building and then the next day picked up a brought in a new couch for me from the crate and barrel outlet.
