Twice now I've shown up after being notified that my order was ready, I wait around for 10-15 minutes, and have to go inside and ask where my groceries are. They really need to tighten up with that. Otherwise, it's a good neighborhood grocery store and their prices are very reasonable. Good selection, as well, including alcohol.

I popped by mid-day in need of a grab and go lunch, and indeed that's what I found! Variety of sandwiches and wraps were available, along with other snack-like items. I however, gravitated toward to the sushi. And hey let me tell ya, it was a darn good choice! The spicy tuna roll was plentiful and tasted so fresh. Not sure where they source these types of items from but they've done a good job. I'd for sure return for the same reason, or to grab some drinks in the future.

Crust was the perfect balance of crisp and chew, the only criticism I had was the bottom Could've used 30 seconds longer - other than that fantastic pizza! Never had either kind before and I am not disappointed. The crab orange cookies remind me of the typical tea party scones I eat. And the double chocolate isn't bitter in anyway, I'm usually not a huge fan of nuts in my food, but since I know it's healthy I don't disqualify- there was just the perfect amount for it to not be overbearing! Jean and Patti, who work in the deli and bakery, are kind, friendly, patient, and hard-working I shop here weekly with my mom, who is blind. She can't cook at home, so we like to buy food from the hot deli. They have a variety of options and they all taste wonderful and homemade. They also have delicious options for holidays. I've ordered meals for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and birthdays, and I've always been impressed. My only complaint about this store is the parking lot sucks. I usually park at the far end of the Sendik's customer parking lot if there's a spot available or I park in the parking lot across the street that's on the other side of the store.

The sale item that I asked to be credited was thrown into my cart by the employee. The store was dirty with several items past their due dates. A little less choice in Far East Asian ingredients, and little to nothing of interest to South Asian cooks. The assumption might be that anyone shopping here is feeding a clan because it's hard to get only enough vegetables for two humans, but the prices for fresh produce are so good a little waste doesn't bother me too much (especially since I compost). If you are single and not Asian, and think you're okay with American supermarket instant ramen, you need to rethink cheap eats and try some instant noodle soup from here. A few coins more will get you much tastier instant noodle soups, especially the ones without good English translation on the packages. Add some of the fresh vegetables and tofu or bean sprouts you get here and you can make a cheap meal nutritious and well balances. I guess technically bean sprouts are vegetables but noodle soups require more than two added ingredients I think.
