The guys at Yaffo were, by far, the best, quickest, and most professional roadside service I have ever received. My wife's Mercedes broke down around 7:30 AM in the middle of a side street. I put in the call to State Farm, and I was told that Yaffo would provide the service. Moe showed up on time, and called 10 minutes before he arrived. He pushed the car out, hauled it on the flatbed, and delivered the car to my mechanic with absolutely no issues. Absolutely first class service on all counts. I don't think that I've ever had a roadside response time any less than a couple hours in the past - even when my vehicle was on the side of the Eisenhower. However, I know that these AAA/insurance calls are not on the top of any towing company's priority list. It sucks for the customers, but I understand it. So for Yaffo to come out during the early-morning rush hour, and arrive on time, makes them all the more impressive. Well done, and thank you. Requested service through our insurance company and was originally given a 60-90 minute eta. They would not update us unless we complained through our insurance provider, and even then would give us 30 min eta update each time we asked. We ended up being stranded for 5 hours. Got a tow through my insurance because of a broken ball joint. The two guys that showed up had no idea what they were doing I don't even think one of them worked for the company because they both had the same name on their shirt.... Broke my trans axel because they winched the car on it even though we explicitly told them not to do that. Did it anyway. Then sped 45+ to my house over the railroad to where my car was going airborne on the tow bed.... Then pulled it off and exploded my oil pan because they broke my front axle...told me "your car was already fucked up" wouldn't give me their names or a number to the supervisor, I called the police and am making a n insurance claim. DO NOT CALL THEM. they turned a $350 fix into quite literally totalling my car...oh and once the oil started spilling out of my car that they caused they tried to book it out of my driveway and I had to call the police. One star is being generous! Tow was ordered through State Farm at 7:30pm, waited with the car until 10:30pm. Called to find out that no one had been dispatched, was told driver would be there in 30 minutes, 12:15 am still no driver called back again and was told the driver was 10 minutes away, waited another 45 minutes. Car was finally picked up at 1:10am. I was given a different timeframe every time I called and was also told I would get text and email updates, never received any communication regarding the tow. When I called at 12:15am I was told I would get a phone call when the car was picked up, that also never happened I had to call back and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. Customer service and communication is absolutely awful and extremely stressful especially after being in an accident which is already stressful enough. read more

My car was supposed to be picked up with 90 minutes, when they didn't deliver my car I called back they said 45 minutes it still didn't show after that they then told me an hour. This was at 10:14 pm it is now 1:30 am and I still don't have my vehicle. I've called a few more times they stated they'll have the driver call me guess what he never did. Yaffo gave me an estimate for a tow, and told me the truck would reach me in 45-75 minutes. After 90 minutes and no update, I called them and they said it would be another 50 minutes. Dispatch through my insurance company. I literally waited 4+ hours for them to come. I started calling after 2 hours giving them a 30 minute grace . When they were first dispatch, they told me 30 to 90 minutes. Every time I called after two hours I was told 25 minutes 23 minutes 25 minutes 25 minutes 10 minutes...... mind you the tow company never answered my calls. I had to keep calling State Farm. Liberty Mutual uses this service for roadside assistance. Yaffo is a horrible tow truck company. They tell you 60-90 minutes; you are being lied too. It's really 3 hours. I have used them two times via Liberty. Both experiences have been brutal. I just spoke with Liberty Mutual and told them to use another towing company. Yaffo is doing them an injustice with poor communication and lack of consideration. Luckily, I was able to get to the mechanic before he shut down. I truly hope I never have to use them again. I will be going private though if I need another tow. read more

Worst towing company ever. Left me stranded, waiting for a tow that never came. They initially accepted the call for roadside assistance from KIA at 10 am, with an eta of 2 hrs. 9 full hours later , after repeated attempts to get them to answer their phone to no avail, the driver calls.me and says he's 12 minutes away. It took everything in my power not to curse the man out. No apology, nothing but a lame excuse about how backed up they were due to.the cold weather. Here's a thought. Don't keep taking calls for towing if you're already backed up! Answer your phone and keep customers posted if you're running behind. Horrible customer service. Unreliable. Came in the allotted 60-90 minutes. the dispatcher was inventive trying to find me (spot was under construction and no mile markers - she got my coordinates using my iPhone, my insurance company was no help). Driver was friendly, concerned with keeping me warm and safe from traffic. He even got me to a different repair shop that was more helpful by GOOGLing a nearby place and calling them. have had a terrible experience. quoted 90-120 minutes but took 8 hrs. Left my vehicle with the hazards on because it was 10 degrees out and I'm 5 months pregnant. it killed my battery and they told us they would cover the cost of the battery and now they are saying they didn't say that. Very argumentative and lied to me on the phone saying they communicated with me about running late and they did not. I called twice during that time and they said we will be there in an hour etc but then it kept getting delayed. Thankfully I didn't try to wait it out because I wouldve been stuck on the highway in dangerously cold weather. Poor poor communication. This company should be sued. I prebooked a service at 10am for 12pm, only ended up waiting till 6pm. I called for at least 7 times in the afternoon, and every time I was told to wait for another 45 minutes. Apparently they only have one driver but took too much order than what they could effectively handle. In the end I had to cancel my service request, but still this messed up with my entire day's plan since I have to keep waiting. Very, very frustrating experience. I had used Yaffo towing twice in a day using my insurance company's roadside assistance program. The first tow was estimated to arrive around 60-90 minutes and I waited about 90 minutes no surprise no big deal. But the man who showed up never said a word to me, he simply pulled the tow truck up and started the process of lifting my truck. I had tried to greet him and etc but to no avail. I finally got a *single* word from him when I asked if the vehicle needs to be in neutral and he said "yeah." That first encounter was bad but not horrible, definitely made me question this company. the second tow I scheduled from my insurance was Yaffo again, and once again 60-90minute eta. I had waited, and I had called them at the 100 minute mark, and like many other reviews you see here they told me "20 minutes." It had gotten so long that my insurance company had to contact them and then they showed up. When they did show up the flat bed took the truck, and the dude Karakra Ahmed was cool nothing bad or strange yet. But when I arrived at my drop off location I see him and a mini van next to my truck, SAWING UNDER MY CAR!! Apparently he had gotten his J-hook stuck in my suspension and couldn't get it out. He and his coworkers I assume, were using a portable circular saw and hammer to remove his own chain. Not a phone call, not a text message nothing. What am I supposed to think about this? I had warranty issues for my 2021 Ram, warranty company dispatched for tow. Yaffo towing was first to respond. They picked my truck up in my drive and were taking it to dealer approx 40 minutes away. My truck did not make it to dealership for over 15 hours. I got truck back and they had hit a pole with my truck and tried repairing it on their own. I had to fight and argue with them for repairs. They are covering and admitted damages after 3 weeks of fighting. the are not honest people at all and i would not recommend them to anyone. Very dishonest company read more

in January my car overheated and I pulled over and requested a tow through my insurance company. They set it up with yaffo towing and I was quoted 90-120 min but it took 8 hours. It was 10 degrees outside and I was 6 months pregnant. they never checked in on me or let me know the tow was delayed. I called multiple times and only then they would say "don't worry, we will be there in 45 minutes" etc because I was worried about my car being unlocked with the keys under the mat for that long. By the time they got there my battery was dead. It had no issues prior to this experience. It died from the hazards being on for 8 hours on the side of the highway.. I was told dont worry we will get you taken care of please submit a claim but I was never responded to after submitting all the necessary information including when the tow was requested, when it actually showed up, out going calls showing I was calling about the delays, how much the battery was, etc. I have sent several follow up emails and no response. highly disappointed. I would not recommend. I had to spend money I did not have for a mistake I did not make. Lack of communication 100%. read more
