Washer range from $3.75, $4.75, $6.00, $9.50, $12.00, and $20. Dryer cost from $2.75-6.00. There is an app, but even a tech savvy millennial like me couldn't get it to work so I ended up using my credit card instead. There was one employee who maintain the area. The atmosphere was quiet, which was nice. AMENITIES: There were vending machines available for snacks and sodas. There are about 7 laundry cart and folding stations. Lots of benches and seating area. They have soap vending machine available, change machine, and ATM. Restroom is also available. They have outlets with USB plug-in throughout seating area. They also have an outdoor vacuum to clean your car while you wait. Decent amount of parking. Wash took about 26 minutes for a $12.00 machine and dryer took about 31 minutes for a $4.00 machine. 4/5 stars because there was mold-like when I retrieved my wash. I checked the others, it didn't look dirty. It may look that way because it was wet. Overall, I would come back for large wash. I spent $32 for my two comforters and waited slightly over an hour for it to be done.

The laundromat at my condo thankfully switched to the use of credit card a year ago, and I can't imagine going back to coins. I paid the 7$ plus an extra dollar for the "extra rinse" cycle on washer number 13.. 8$ already seemed like a lot of money, but it also gave me an expectation for quality service... come to find out, I went to the gas station across the street and the whole time I was gone my clothes were not being washed. In fact the money was taken and the machine had an "error".. what a bummer... not to mention I had to pay an extra 7$ for the washer to release the door so I could get my clothes out of the washer. That was trouble for me, I'm a college student and live in the city so I imagined that this was gonna take a huge toll on my schedule. What bothers me the most is that I had to pay another 7$ to wash them again. Because the first two times the machine didn't work!.. but they sure got my 22$ real fast. My biggest concern though is that I tried calling the company 20 times while my clothes were stuck to have literally no answer at all. So now I'm out 22$ a huge amount of time, and I had to pay to dry them too! I'm not a happy customer at all. Not only will I never come back or recommend this place to anyone, I will be calling all week until i can talk to someone professional. I would except a full refund. The one thing I can't get back is my time. However, something has to change. When I did call there were no options to leave a voicemail: the voicemail box was completely full. This shows me that these guys have had similar calls and refuse to note them or address them, or even answer the calls. I'm concerned for the integrity of this business.

Just recently, I was able to kill two birds with one stone with a great parking spot to boot during this years Raspberry Parade. It was ideal to do my laundry and watch the parade. Too hot, no problem, the laundry mat was cool inside. I would say and this is not reflexive on Megawave but customers should be more considerate and not leave their laundry in machines unattended for hours. That can be irritating when it is a busy day. Overall experience has been great.

Spring cleaning in means switching everything winter in a home for spring. In my life that means…read morewashing all heavy bedding and clothing layers before packing them up to swap for lighter, brighter spring and summer delights. Unless I want to do several continuous loads, that means using huge laundromat washers Suds has two massive washers. One was apparently out of order. The coin receptor on the other jams so badly, it may as well have been labeled out of order as well. Even the attendant gives up on it and refunds my money with an apology and a suggestion to use the next largest washer drum. The machine was already fully loaded with items and detergent, if course, so this made for an amusing - and very messy - swap. Tons of powder soap end up on the floor in front of both original and smaller machine. The attendant had stated he'd return the amount he and I had gotten through jamming into the first machine as well as give me a single-size soap packet to make up for what I put into the mess. In returning with the cash and seeing my large containers of detergent, he notes this and says he guesses I don't need the soap after all. Heads up: Customer service isn't about whether the guest has enough to cover your mistakes as a business - it's about taking responsible for bumps in your operation and their consequences. I jokingly muse that I could drop a note in the suggestion box, and the attendant dryly responds - Steve would never fix it. Or upgrade to coinless operations to make life much easier for his guests. Well, that's comforting. It's okay, there are plenty of laundromats that not only would, they have long provided that service. Oh, and while waiting on my washer, I spotted another guest having to unload a dryer to move his items to the next one over - because the coin receptor on it was jamming as well. Nice. Irony that in leaving this spot, I drop in on a lovely, clean laundromat down the way that I'll definitely be visiting next time I have blankets to wash. So thanks for that!
