He wants his customers to be happy, and isn't looking to rip anyone off. Nico took our yard from a blank canvas, and made our yard our own little masterpiece. Then they finally show up unannounced on Thursday and finish the job Price is good for sure but reliability is trash. Divine Design has now done two separate jobs for us, one for erosion abatement on the hillside and one irrigation repair under flagstone which required some craftsmanship and both have turned out perfectly. They do what they say, when they say they'll do it (which has been quickly), and that is so rare with landscape companies. I will be happy to give them all our future business.

This wasn't a standard install -- we had specific ideas, and Turf Monsters listened and delivered exactly what we had in mind. Communication was excellent throughout. They showed up exactly when they said they would and got everything done quickly without cutting corners. The finished result for our shot put deck/area is something our coaches, athletes, and Mountain Ridge community can be proud of. They were also very competitive on pricing. I had a very disappointing experience with this company and would strongly caution others before…read morehiring them. I paid to have brand new turf installed because I was told my existing turf needed to be replaced due to visible seams. After the job was completed, the new turf still has seams, which defeats the entire reason I agreed to replace it in the first place. I also paid for a completely new irrigation system, but it appears that it was never actually replaced. Many of the sprinklers still have the same old sprinkler heads and tops, yet the company insists the system was replaced. The visible evidence suggests otherwise. Additionally, I paid for repairs to my fire pit, and within three days the structure was already cracked again. The professionalism on-site was also lacking. During the job, the crew took a break for about an hour sitting on our personal lawn chairs and didn't even bother to put them back, and they left trash and debris behind when they finished. What's most frustrating is that I've reached out multiple times to have these issues addressed, and each time I've been pushed aside, given excuses, or told things that simply aren't true. At this point I feel like I paid a significant amount of money for work that was not completed as promised and was poorly executed. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this company to others. Update. The owner has informed us that we will be receiving a refund that should have arrived today. If course it did not arrive, not is he answering any attempts to reconcile. This shows how crooked he is.

I asked them to help me root it out. They did such a beautiful job with everything I asked. They recently had a family emergency and still worked with me to get my yard completed. They are a hard working family unit. I'm very impressed with their work.
