First time here! Had a great lunch experience. Decided to order from the menu instead of doing the build your own bowl bar. I got the chicken ramen and I loved how the meat was seasoned and grilled. I also got the dumplings. The main area was clean and so was the buffet area. The staff was friendly!

Slightly disappointed after hearing good reviews of this place. The restaurant has a very open welcoming atmosphere as you enter. It is very clean. My wife, daughter and I were seat immediately and the waitress took order drink orders and appetizer order immediately. Our waitress did well with the refilling of our drinks and the appetizer came out fairly quickly. That was good. Sadly, the wait time for our food was nearly an hour after placing the order. The restaurant was not crowded so since we all have food service experience we figured out our server either forgot to put the order in or they had an issue with the POS. When our order came out my daughter's chicken wings were not there. Our waitress had to place her order in again. My wife's fried rice was very good, my spicy seafood noodles were good and once my daughter's wings came out it was good as well. Food quality is a solid 4. Cost was good as well. I would have appreciated it if the server would have been upfront and honest about the order mishap but tried to play it off with a language barrier game. She did well with refills on drinks and she did figure out there was an issue but not communicating that reduces my rating for this establishment. I did give a good tip because mistakes happen and the food quality was good. They would have gotten 4 stars if there would have been no delay in our food order.

Hard to believe this used to be O'Charley's!! But out with the old and in with the new. Yaki Bowl offers bold flavors paired with your choice of protein and an assortment of fresh vegetables. Simply pick and choose and enjoy! All ramen noodle soup comes with soft boiled egg, corn, mushroom, bamboo shoots and green onions. Food: ordered seafood Udon bowl. It was delicious. Everything made fresh to order. Not overly salty. Great portions too! Very fulfilling. Service: friendly and easy Ambiance: casual, booth seating Plenty of parking. Family friendly dining with kids menu options.

Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and kept our drinks filled while making sure our table had everything we needed. The customer service was easily the highlight of the visit. Since it's a buffet, there was a nice variety of food to choose from. They had classic Chinese favorites, seafood, noodles, fried rice, dumplings, desserts, and more. I tried a little bit of everything, and while nothing really stood out as exceptional, everything was fresh, hot, and perfectly acceptable. It was a solid buffet experience without any major complaints. The restaurant itself was clean, and the buffet stations stayed organized even during the lunch rush. Food was refilled regularly, so there was never much waiting for fresh items. If I had to rate the food alone, I'd say it was average. It wasn't the best buffet I've had, but it wasn't disappointing either. The real reason I'd come back is because of the excellent service. The staff treated our entire group with kindness and professionalism, which made the lunch enjoyable. Overall, Pacific Fusion is a good option if you're looking for a buffet with plenty of choices and outstanding customer service. It's also a great place for larger groups since they handled our party of eight with ease. I'd definitely return, especially for another work lunch.

In terms of the food, I enjoyed the variety of American and American-inspired Chinese food. My son enjoyed the fried fish and chicken. I appreciated the service, which was quick and they were constantly checking. The ambiance is nice. I like the fish tank. It gave me a sense of nostalgia. I had the Mongolian bar, and it was just okay. I didn't try the sushi but it looked fantastic. My son was ecstatic about the selection of ice cream. Overall, it was pretty good for a buffet.

(sushi, Chinese, American) I enjoyed my meal, and the atmosphere was clean. My one quandary is the weird pink sauce they seem to love drizzling across their sushi. It was so off putting, visually gross, and I won't even tell you the name we gave it when trying to figure out what it was. Upon reflection, I think I do know what it is. I think they are taking surimi (aka imitation krab) and putting it in the blender. Why? I don't know. It's like they drizzled Pepto-Bismol over the sushi. Please stop doing that.

No hordes of mewling and puking urchins...you can hear yourself think...no crowds at the serving counters or the check-in and check-out. What's more, all the food is FRESH and plentiful. Their salad bar is small, but has fresh ingredients. Odd, maybe, but I do like to start with a salad, and this is about the only bar in town where you can assemble a real one. There are some oddly placed combinations of foods. Why chocolate mousse (or pudding?) next to spinach, etc. on the salad bar. Why tinned pears next to cooked shrimp? But we can just call that part of the amusement. Face it: This isn't fine dining. But it is fun dining.
