Took some time to speak with the young man that was helping me. He was really nice. He explained that when you have premium honey, you need to only take a spoonful a day to receive healing benefits. Sampled fresh brewed Arabian coffee and a honey almond cake. Very nice flavors. There were also coffee husks on the counter. I had to inquire about their purpose; boy did I get a lesson. You brew one tablespoon per day and drink it as a tea. If you must use a sweetener it can only be honey. Coffee husks are good for headaches, menstrual cramps, inflammation, weight loss and more. I purchased a half pound for 3$. I'll let you know. I also purchased coffee for my husband. I love the way they grind the blend; extra dark beans, light beans, cardamom and cloves. The bag smelled so good. I'll let you know. As I headed to the front to check out, I was given a dried mango slice.
