You brew one tablespoon per day and drink it as a tea. If you must use a sweetener it can only be honey. Coffee husks are good for headaches, menstrual cramps, inflammation, weight loss and more. I purchased a half pound for 3$. I'll let you know. I also purchased coffee for my husband. I love the way they grind the blend; extra dark beans, light beans, cardamom and cloves.
