When we arrived, we were placed in the same room, so that was already my first disappointment -- and unfortunately, the experience just continued downhill from there. Throughout the massage, the therapists were frequently whispering and laughing with each other. Whatever they were discussing, it made it very difficult to relax and enjoy the experience. Both massage therapists also repeatedly left the room during our massages, leaving us alone on the tables. This was very disruptive and made the experience feel anything but relaxing. The massage itself felt like someone was simply running their hands over my body rather than actually working on my muscles. I didn't feel any of the usual benefits of a massage -- no real pressure, muscle work, tension relief, or feeling of being worked out afterward. It honestly felt like someone was just running their hands over me. We also did not receive the hot stones that were supposed to be included in the service we booked. I paid for a combo massage that included a foot massage as well, but the foot massage lasted only about five minutes at the very end, which felt more like an afterthought than a meaningful part of the service. By the time I left, I was extremely disappointed. I paid for an experience I was genuinely looking forward to, and unfortunately I didn't feel like I received what I paid for. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously because there is definitely room for improvement.

So much so that I've never seen any of the other masseurs there. So unfortunately I can't speak about the others. Lastly just let me say, about the two negative reviews I see here... a 3 star and a 1 star. One already said the massage was good. The other had nothing negative to say about the massage. However they said things like "Skeptical" and "not sure". In other words they got good massages for a good price and we're offered nothing inappropriate but they still had to complain. It was incredible, she went straight to work on my tight shoulder without any word from me. Could she tell by looking at me or my posture, I don't know. I realized I was long overdue and the massage felt so effective I was able to extend to 2 hours. The business name is spot on - you really are in good hands here. Amanda is so good at what she does I was blown away. Some of it was very painful but she would often check in with me and ask if it was too much, and I think that is to be expected if you want results and you've got a lot of muscle tightness like myself.
