This time I wanted to try outside my health provider and she was highly recommended by my friend. I fully understand the result may varies so I know my expectations. Dr. Yang, such a sweet and amazing provider. I am so thankful I came across her. She's just the sweetest and nicest person ever. I hurt my back a while ago, and my boss recommended that I get some acupuncture service. The day I called them, I was unable to walk. It was very painful and stand straight. Yang Acupuncture Clinic is OPEN for BUSINESS! I definitely needed some neck/shoulder/headache relief so checked to see if Dr Yang was available as massage places are considered non-essential. Fortunately, acupuncture/acupressure places are essential as they are an alternative form of medicine and a key component to Eastern medicine. And thank goodness they had an opening on a Saturday morning! Acupressure is more clinical so don't expect some zen massage with candles and sounds of waterfalls and the ocean...this type of massage is about applying pressure to certain areas that help loosen those tight muscles. After a 60 min massage treatment, Dr Yang did a 10 min cupping session which provided so much relief! Keep in mind the cupping will cause some mild bruising (2" round circles) that will disappear in about 3 days...but who cares it's all about how you feel after! I'll definitely be returning for the other issue that's giving me a headache...those darn allergies! Congested, sinus pressure and the feeling of being in a 'brain fog'...If I can avoid taking allergy meds (Sudafed 24hrs is amazing) and avoid going to the pharmacy, I will...especially, having to stand in line, show your license, sign some long 'promise' that you're not manufacturing meth, for someone to grab 10 pills from behind the counter...sheesh! Definitely worth a visit for pain relief. Dr. Yang is very personable, caring and has always kept her clinic immaculate...even more so with this pandemic. I have been going to Dr. Yang since 2018 when she provided treatment for a lower back injury I sustained. This was my first time here, and first time doing massage, acupuncture and cupping! Loved it and I will say that for months now I have had neck /shoulder pain. Have gone to a pretty upscale spa and had the deep tissue massage more than once...and came home with that same neck/shoulder pain. So I just needed to do something different. I was referred to Dr. Yang because I've been dealing with migraines and headaches since I was a little girl. I'm not afraid of needles, but I came in very nervous as this was my first time trying acupuncture. Upon my arrival, I had to fill out a form and Dr. Yang gave me some clothes to change in to. She went through my symptoms with me and was very attentive. She asked a lot of questions, which showed me she was really determined to help figure out what might be the cause of everything. The first thing she did was massage me. She worked on my neck a lot and knew which areas were my problem areas. It definitely felt like a deep tissue massage, but I loved it! After the massage came the needles. This is when my hands turned extremely sweaty and mind you, my hands don't normally do that. My biggest concerns were the possibility of the needles not being sanitized and my body not reacting well to the acupuncture. Dr. Yang could tell I was very nervous and she did her best to calm me down. I felt immediate relief when I saw that the needles were individually packaged. She never once touched the tip that entered my skin and she put alcohol in the area prior to sticking the needle in me. Once she was done with the needles, she threw them out. Overall, a very sanitary office with very clean practices. It's too early to say if the acupuncture has helped, but I had a great first impression. I will be returning for me second appointment next week and I'm really looking forward to it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! read more

I've been saved!!! Seriously, Dr Yang (the acupuncturist and masseuse) is amazing. I have chronic back pain and have been going to chiropractors, massage and acupuncture for several decades. Dr Yang's technique is unique and deeply therapeutic. She is extremely attentive and intuitively/expertly finds all the trouble spots. Today was my very first fertility acupuncture experience. The session started with me filling out the forms, explaining my Struggle with fertility and the off to doing 20 min front and 20 min back session which included some pressure point massages and cupping towards the end. I went to visit Dr. Yang by recommendation of a friend for lower back pain in January of this year. I had never experienced any type of body pain in my entire life so I was desperate to feel better and didn't want to seek medical attention because I knew they'd prescribe meds for inflammation and not really address the issue. Dr. Yang was AMAZING!!!!! I didn't really know what to expect other than have needles pinned into my skin of affected area, but WOW - the session was AMAZING. Not only did she do the actual acupuncture, but did a massage and a cupping treatment. The only thing I didn't know was that I was going to be soooooooo relaxed after the session and a little dizzy due to the energy work so if you can, have someone drive you there because it was hard to stay awake driving home. I expected her to say I'd need to come back for follow up, but as I left she said that if I didn't feel better soon, to come back. I got home and took a 2 hour nap (I never nap) - woke up feeling so relaxed and had the best sleep that night and woke up the following morning like a brand new person - no more back pain. Doctor Yang is so sweet, knowledgeable and HONEST! 3 weeks ago I was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy and was told that it can take up to 6 months for my face to be cured. My physician recommended acupuncture so I immediately did my research and found this location close to my home. Doctor Yang saw me the same day and quickly diagnosed me with BP. She taught me how and where to massage my face as well as giving me these medicated stickers to put on at a specific spot behind my ear (the muscle that controls mouth movement) to put on everyday. Ms. Yang is AMAZING. My occupation requires me to be hunched over in a chair and using both my hands for long periods of time therefore I have the worst neck, shoulder, and wrist/carpal nerve pain. After the first session with her, I immediately felt a lot less pain through my neck and shoulders and more energized. I would give 10 stars if I could. I received a flyer in the mail and decided to drop by to see if they thought acupuncture might be able to help me with my high blood pressure. I've been trying for years to get it down and am resistant even to the prescription meds prescribed to me. I just couldn't get it down below 180-190 over 100-105. She took me in immediately and spent 40 minutes just discussing my health history, sleep habits, mental health & all things related to my whole entire being. Most thorough evaluation I've ever had and I knew then I was in good hands. She then spent another 30 or so minutes massaging and relaxing me. I didn't even need to tell her where my tension was - she knew. The the final 30 minutes was the acupuncture treatment which was totally painless (I'm a wimp when it comes to needles).
