Bought a $500 package here for 10 unlimited grooms, which I was told when I purchased did not expire. I just called to make an appointment for my dog and they told me they will not honor my package. $500 dollars is not nothing it's actually a lot of money to just be I guess stolen?? If you have new ownership, you should change the name of the grooming company or let your customers know. Best grooming experience we've ever had for our dog! We have a 1 yr old mini golden doodle and have tried out four other groomers before coming here and we plan to only come back here from now on! Her teeth are so shiny clean which was thrown in (so nice!). Her hair is the perfect length we wanted and better than what we expected since she's a puppy and wiggles around a lot. You can buy beds, harnesses, collars, food and other dog supplies in case you need it. The price seemed more than fair, less than we expected, and aligned with what is posted for their pricing menu. A lot of side comments and explaining . Why still finish the whole face to body , if they said my dog is a bad dog . They should have known better . .. they should have assessed first and just rejected instead of continuing.... Sad about this incident , looks like it's a trial and error services .felt like my puppy got traumatized. From a super floppy cute Bernedoodle to this uneven over cut .. you went to a professional groomer for your dog to get the best results, you paid big amount only to get a very ugly result . I brought my dog in, and when i picked her up they said if she needed any touch ups to bring her back the next day. that was already the first sign that told me they knew they didn't do a thorough job. They charged me an additional $10 for behavioral issues (said my dog was awkward and didn't like the sound of the dryer), so they gave me my dog back without doing a thorough job and charged me additional $... I brought her in the next day so they could shape her behind evenly, and they ended up leaving her uneven from the top of her behind. The groomers either dont know what they're doing or lack pride in their work. Also, while reading the reviews i can see how rude the business owner is in response to the negative comments. He has a pitbull (Jagger) , which is 4 years old and a Frenchie (Archie) , which is 2 years old.
