She was very rough with my bottom gums which she knew were a little sore when I flinched she said nothing and kept doing it. Now on to the girl at the front office and the hygienist. The front office girl came in the room while the hygienist was looking at the xray of my broken molar and both were laughing. All three the Dr the girl up front and the hygienist were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Not sure how she has any patients if this is how people are treated. I will never step foot in this place again.

I cracked a molar last week while on a trip. Local Dental was recommended by my neighbor and I'm so glad I called. First, the phone was answered by a very polite and helpful real person. Second, they were able to get me in the next day. Went back one day later for placement of a temporary crown. Third, the place is clean, modern, technologically advanced and the staff are wonderful caring people. Doctor Lee showed me on a large screen what was going on with my tooth and how it would be treated. The procedure was painless and he took his time to make sure it was done right. I love this place!

I love that she always knows my name and what time my appointment is when I get there! I also love the calls or texts I get as reminders of my appointment or to notify of an opening of I'm interested in coming earlier. My cleaning was with a new hygienist, Sam. I still miss Martha, but Sam, I believe, is her clone. Like Martha, he is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and has exceptional chairside manners.....and he knows about "2 Phones" The establishment is always clean and classy. The employees are always professional, courteous and knowledgeable about what they do. I have never had to wait more than five minutes in the waiting room before I'm called back to the service room. I took my children here on two different occasions before deciding that this place was not meant for me. Here is why: The staff , although I am sure is very well trained, is not certified in how to actually talk to children. My daughter was horrified to go to the dentist and I received absolutely no help from any of the nurses to calm her or make her feel more comfortable. They used techniques like bribing for a gold coin and doing what is good for the teeth. When she absolutely would not sit for the hygienist, I asked for the Doctor to come in. Surely, she would be better at working with children. Wrong. In fact, there were a lot of blank stares at me and making me feel bad that my kid hates the dentist. My son, on the other hand, was very easy to work with, but they wouldn't give him the packet of toothbrush and paste (because he was too young). Huh? He cried all the way home. I found a dentist (who doesn't specialize in children) but you could have fooled me. They didn't have to bribe or trick - they just got on their level and explained everything to them. Kids are little people that deserve explanation. The people at Childrens Dentist are amateurs at customer service.
