They botched a procedure and the repeated issues since have not been remedied. I thought continuing to go back since it is the same issue with where it occurred was a good idea, but not so much. I paid for the initial procedure and never asked for a refund, even paid for the first couple of fixes, after a while I didn't see how I or my insurance should be responsible to pay for fixes on something that was their doing. Yet their front offices staff argues and attempt to continue to bill, without consulting the dr. Look elsewhere for your dental work.

The hygienist rescheduled my cleaning so I would not have to wait an extended period after the treatment plan changed. At checkout, the front desk told me the hygienist was not allowed to make that change and that I would be charged a same-day cancellation fee. When I questioned this, I was called argumentative and was refused the opportunity to speak with a manager or someone else in the office. Another patient in the lobby overheard the conversation and made a comment that I had done nothing wrong and the girl treated her similarly. I completed the patient survey and requested a call back to discuss my concerns, but never received a response. I ultimately decided to get a second opinion, and I'm glad I did, as another issue was identified that had not been brought to my attention during my visit. The combination of poor communication, lack of follow-up, and concerns about my overall experience is extremely disappointing. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the patient experience moving forward.

Gangs of New York style doctors. I am a Texan who went to this business as a child growing up and then my doctors retired. I recently found a WOMAN who has been a dentist for over 25 years who was nice to me. She just gave me a night guard and sent me on my way. These doctors want us to pay them lots of money and they dont actually want to save your teeth. I know that because the doctors that used to work at this place named Lutrell and Gomillion told me dentists like to have you with bad teeth so they can make money. Don't trust dentist, vets and doctors always. Especially when they are mean to you and don't care about you at all. Like these men acted randomly towards me. As a mom and as a lady? I have never felt such disgusted and disdain as both of these dentist acted towards me just for being late driving in to an appointment. I was shocked the ladies working there for 20 years did not get vacations and bonuses. If the men took over that office go ask them if they got anything for Christmas the first 3 years. Instead of vacations they didn't get anything and I asked them. I asked the short doctor if he gave them anything there is a photo right there of the employees in Hawaii and my previous doctor did that. He said oh maybe we should do something- this was 3 years into their takeover. I have a great woman who has been doing teeth for as long as Gomillion and Luttrel and literally went to high school with their employees. I had my child and my mom's birthday and frankly they could have just said nice words. But only those who are nice and have nice people skills are capable of doing that. It's a gift to a few and a skill learned by many. It's odd when they are not my boss & they can't even care for their own employees openly and brag about it to me at all. Never artificially written. Dr. Imam is not only amazing, he is kind, understanding and has walked us through this process. He helped coordinate a team of orthodontist, periodontist, and oral surgeon. He was crutial in healing my son's trama to his mouth. He needed braces, 3 root canals, an extraction and gum work. Dr. Imam was also always available even for emergencies on the weekends. The final 2 front teeth are beautiful and no one will ever be able to tell they are veneers. The staff, the office, the follow through is more than expected. We are truly grateful for their care of our son's teeth.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience. My 6-year-old son had a baby tooth treated at…read morethis office, where the dentist performed the root canal and placed the crown on the tooth. After the procedure, he continued to complain that the tooth hurt. When we returned for a follow-up visit, my son became upset and cried because he was scared and still in pain. Instead of working with us to determine why he was hurting, we were essentially told to seek care elsewhere. We later took him to another pediatric dentist, who diagnosed an abscess at the root of the very same tooth that had been treated and crowned at this office. It has been heartbreaking to learn that our young child has been dealing with an infection after already going through such an extensive procedure. He has endured unnecessary pain, discomfort, and additional dental visits because his symptoms persisted. We understand that treating young children can be challenging, but compassion, patience, and thorough follow-up care are essential. As parents, we trusted this office not only to perform the procedure but also to address any complications afterward. Instead, we felt our concerns were dismissed when our son was clearly still in pain.
