I made the mistake of paying him the balance due when he still had to finish installing the front window and Manual told me he would get someone from Discount Glass to come out. This was supposed to happen last Thursday afternoon or Friday. Waited and no one showed up. Sent him an e-mail today and asked when someone was coming out and he e-mailed me back saying this Wednesday. I called Discount Glass and they said that they never spoke with him and that I am not on the schedule. I then sent him an email stating that he was just stringing me along and that I was sorry I ever hired him. Needless to say, I spent an additional $225 today getting my front window installed. Please save yourself frustration and heart ache and don't use MS General Construction LLC. Horrible experience!!! I plan to file a complaint with the BBB and the AG.
