I do love yard house. The food is pretty great. I went here with my family for my sister's birthday. We had to wait about 30 minutes for a table on a tuesday. Which is a little weird but expected, since it is at a casino. The drinks and the sodas were pretty good. The appetizer I got was brussels sprouts, and I happen to like slightly burnt and caramelized brussels sprouts. I am saying this because they were kind of burnt and I am perfectly fine with that. I also got a filet mignon, which was amazing, to go home I ordered the cheesecake. It was slightly dark and the TVS were so loud. I could barely hear. My family is sitting next to me but it was extremely clean. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars and not 5 is because it took forever to get refills on our drinks and overall, a long time in the restaurant. We got to dinner about 530pm and did not leave until almost 8. They were not as crowded as you think. But they were definitely very slow overall, though I'd still go back. I went on a weekday for an early lunch. I didn't expect steak house like quality when ordering a ribeye but this was top 3 worst steaks I've ever had. Extremely tough , wasn't cooked properly , the marinade was disgusting. The service was not very good either. Little things like forgetting requested ranch along with salt and pepper. It got 2 stars because the server was great.... She was nice attentive and brought us refills. The food has tanked! I got a blt that was a triple decker for $18.00.... This translated into 3 slices of what appeared to be wonder bread, this bacon, copious mayonnaise and lettuce... I think 1 small slice of tomato, the fries were especially disgusting as they appeared to be from dirty oil or fried a few times for added grease, yet were cold and stale. The grilled cheese has the same quality of wonderbread and a few slices of cheese. I can't express how disappointed we were with quality they don't have anymore. Use to be good .... But wow!! Ordered the "three cheese pizza" which you think would be really cheesy and delicious right? Unfortunately me and my table of 6 were all quite disappointed when they brought out a pretty burnt pizza with barely any cheese on it, couldn't taste the cheese just tasted burnt, it looked nothing like the picture, I was really excited to try this with expectations this would be a yummy cheesy pizza which how can you go wrong with that? We regretted not just returning it and getting another, especially when we see them bringing out a bunch of different pizzas to other tables and those looked way better. Other than that the food was overpriced just to be decent. The Wisconsin cheese curds and poke nachos were good though. Camille is amazing! From the moment we walked in around the time they first opened, she was welcoming and super sweet and a big part of the reason we come back pretty much weekly! You can tell she truly cares about both her guests and her team. She always checks in to make sure everything was and is perfect and goes above and beyond to create a great experience. Jan 10 we had a family dinner after enjoying the 49ers win at the sports book. Angle our waitress was absolutely fantastic none of use had to ask for refills or almost anything. My father in law had heart issues so he is on a very special diet and Casey was brilliant with all of his ideas he ended up with a delicious dinner. We also had assistance the following night with a togo order and I had the pleasure with meeting Jordan he is such a kind soul. Excellent all around as this place is brand spanking new. Great interiors and I can tell a lot of thought went into the details and atmosphere. We had beers and the cilantro lime chicken which was very testy. Everyone in the place is friendly and very helpful. Overall a great night out. ***only minor criticism is the wait staff. Although friendly and efficient they tend to be very "sales pitchy". Almost everything out of our servers mouth was a cleverly prefabricated sales pitch to upsell and add items to our overall order. This is a minor thing but management should not force staff to do this but to let staff do their job without the obvious upsell training. Just my suggestion read more

The service and food were great. We had a chance to try it out when they were still in training. I had two old fashions the smoked and old 43 and also sampled their dragon fruit cosmo. I found them all to be a tad bit sweet for me. I like all the food except for the sweet and spicy shrimp noodles, which were high spice low flavor. If you get tacos I'd go for the vampire style, cheese crusted. The BBQ chicken salad was very good. Depending on how you like your lava cake it was more cake-like than dense brownie. I went Grand Opening day and it was my 1st time here trying out Yard house not just at this location but 1st time ever at Yard House in general My sister had been bragging about the poke/nachos thing during happy hour and man I went home dreaming about this thing the next day Sure enough I came back the 2nd time the next following day and tried out their happy hours menu again Decent pricing with HUGE portions and so many options to choose from The waitress there was so sweet & accommodating, and I told the manager that their food was top notch and I'm glad they finally opened up a decent restaurant here at Sunset Station I'm a local and I do get tired that this casino didn't have much options for food but since the Grand opening of this place, I have high hopes that they will turn this Casino around With the new bar and Sports-book being set up and having Yard House plant their new location...it's such a beautiful match for Henderson people So Thank YOU!! read more

We stayed in the hotel and went to Yard House numerous times, each experience was incredible! The food was delicious and the service was just as excellent. Shoutout to our servers , Jessica & Darius, who always had smiles on their faces and were so attentive. Also have to thank one of the managers, I think it was Jabarius?, who stopped by after a drink mistake to make sure everything was handled properly and had great conversation with us every time we were there. Wow, you would think that a place like this would have worked out the issues by now. Server was good but kitchen issues are horrific. Ordered 3 items, I ordered sliders with fries, wife ordered pepperoni pizza and daughter ordered tacos with sauce on the side. Pizza comes out fast, we asked if the other items are coming and he said yes. Manager comes out a few minutes later and asked if I had the sliders with linguine? No with fries. That comes out 9 minutes after the pizza, asked when tacos are coming out and said they messed up the tacos and put a rush on the order. 13 minutes later the tacos come out as the pizza and sliders are now cold as we waited to eat together. Wish I could have a more positive review but there are ALOT better restaurants in town and if they don't figure their issues out, I can't see them making a year. read more

The staff seemed inattentive and made us feel like we were being a burden rather than valued customers. We were hurried through our order, and even after the food arrived, there was little follow-up to see if we needed anything. We have eaten at this Yard House many times and had great food and service. But we had the worst experience ever yesterday! I ordered a house salad and took 2 bites then noticed the rotten lettuce. Why would you serve that to someone? They could get very sick. I had to ask our server for a refund. She was not a good waitress either. No personality and not friendly or empathetic at all! Then the 3 of us ordered chicken sandwiches. All 3 were grilled too long and they were overcooked, blackened from cooking too long. Also, as I took my first bite, it was nothing but burnt fat. It was disgusting. The Manager came over and asked if she could get us anything else but we declined. Why on earth would we want anything else? I was unfairly profiled in here. I've worked in the restaurant business my entire life, and I've managed some good ones. I know when theft deference protocols are in place There's no other reason for not one not two but THREE managers to be hanging around my table while I eat. Yard House is great when it comes to beer selection and the food has been consistently good. Typically we go to happy hour and order from the happy hour menu; as it's a great deal. I've so far ordered the classic sliders, chicken nachos(very good!), chicken tenders, the carnivore pizza(tastes great, but I did get gristle). For the entree's I've only had the Spicy Beef Garlic Noodles, really good, but it's a huge portion! Anyway it's a great spot service is great very nice and they usually have a good game playing. Lots of beer available. The place is loud though, so don't expect a quiet evening of dining. lol read more

But the food is usually good when I go to other locations, so we came to this location. I got the nachos which was delicious as always! We ordered a steak medium rare, and they gave it to us wayyyy over cooked. They remade it but took FOREVER to get a new one, I had already finished my big plate of nachos until my partner got his new plate. We ordered a chocolate lava cake type of dessert as we do at other locations, and they gave us a cold cake. When you cut into it, it's suppose to be melted chocolate coming out but it was hard chocolate. It was like they just got it from the fridge and put it on the plate without preparing it The manager, I didn't get his name, he was nice and he was kind enough to give us a discount off our receipt and take off the dessert.
