Needed a walk so I decided to stop in and grab some eggs and hashbrowns. To Go. The Hashbrowns were just slightly underdone which is never good but everything else was fine. The server was Ashley and she was great. Restaurant is clean and comfortable, been here in the past for breakfast and that was a good experience though there still isn't much for me as I am plant based. A Beyond burger, avocado toast, Vegan chicken, any of that would be an improvement... but no worries... I have been here one time so far to try out several food offerings. Regarding starters, apparent frozen Pork Pot Stickers looked underdone but tasted very good with Sweet Chili Shoyu Sauce. Nachos could be loaded as one wished. And Potato Skins had bacon burned into the cheese, but there was a lot of melted cheese on each skin. Regarding sides, Tater Tots and French Fries were both good. With respect to Fish & Chips, one baton of Cod looked burned on the outside but tasted fine inside, along with two other batons. And a couple of visible burn marks appeared on the inside of a Hoagie Roll for an Italian Beef Dip. But the sandwich itself tasted good, especially with some spicy Giardiniera applied and dipped in au jus. Service by Randy was good, and seating comfortable. Rock music was piped in overhead. I swear Vegas has the best bar food. I always go for the smash burger with sweet potato fries but I decided to switch it up today. Flatbread was so tasty and ended up devouring the whole thing. I've also tried the brisket sandwich. Liked it but it was a tad bit messy to eat but still delish. How did I not know there's two pool tables on the back???? Ashley is the best! Enough said. We often hang out at Rocky's on the weekends. The one we visit is on Wigwam and Maryland Parkway. Our favorite bartender is Mike (8am - 4pm), he is friendly and a great bartender. Our go-to for food is fish and chips. Large filet of haddock, crispy French fries and a small side of coleslaw, it is amazing! The other item we love is the New England Clam Chowder. Full of clams and other yummies. They do have gaming, so we are often pushing buttons and having lunch. Highly recommend this joint. read more

Stopped by Rocky's Bar & Grill for a burger, and overall, it was a great experience. The place has a classic, no-frills bar vibe--laid-back, friendly staff, and a solid menu of comfort food. The Burger: I went with the Rocky's Classic Cheeseburger, and it did not disappoint. The patty was juicy and well-seasoned, cooked just right with a nice char on the outside. The bun was soft yet held up well, and the toppings were fresh. I also appreciated the fact that they didn't skimp on the cheese--it was nicely melted over the patty. The Sides: I got the seasoned fries, which were crispy and well-seasoned, though nothing out of the ordinary. They also offer onion rings, which I might try next time. Why 4 Stars Instead of 5? While the burger was solid, it wasn't necessarily a standout or unique compared to other great burger joints. Also, the wait time was a bit longer than expected, but nothing too crazy. If you're looking for a good, classic burger in a chill bar setting, Rocky's Bar & Grill delivers. Would definitely come back for another round, maybe with a beer next time! read more

This place is great! The staff is always super friendly and attentive. It's sort of a "Cheers" type bar where everyone is welcome and knows your name. The food is also spectacular! There is a whole BBQ menu better than anywhere else and all the rest from hot soup to cheesecake. read more

Enter bar through the glass door to find low top, high top and booth dining options, where some of the menu items might surprise you.... Then a long bar ends in a separate billiards area with jukebox and TVs. The bar has a lot of different gaming options and the machines are usually hot! Brandy was amazing but my meal not so much. I was really excited to try the fish and chips here after hearing great things about this place, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The portion sizes were undeniably huge, which seemed promising at first. However, the fish pieces were absolutely drenched in grease--almost as if they had taken a bath in the fryer. While I tried to enjoy the crispy exterior and flaky fish inside, the overwhelming amount of oil made it hard to get through the meal. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse later that night as I was immediately sick after only eating a few bites. More than likely due to the overwhelming amount of grease in the food. Food quality and safety are non-negotiable, and I can't help but feel disappointed that this place failed in that regard. My husband had the steak and eggs and another person had the brisket with Mac and cheese. They absolutely loved their food. Just can't say the same for me. Because they were satisfied, I am more than happy to provide this place with a middle of the road rating. I am not opposed to going back, however, I never plan to eat fish and chips there again. read more
