    Four Cheese Spinach Dip 4/5
    Nhue G.

The food was pretty good in general here. Service was okay. Kinda slow. Appetizers like pizza and chips came quickly. Entrees took a really long time to come out. Maybe it was a busy day. * Truffled Mushroom Pizza 5/5 - This was delicious in a way I didn't expect. The pizza was fluffy and crispy at the same time. The truffle aioli sauce was flavorful. The mushrooms were enjoyable as well. * Four Cheese Spinach Dip 4/5 - This came out nice and warm. The dip was a mix of spinach, feta, jack, Parmesan, and cream cheese. The taste was good, but could be better. * Lobster Garlic Noodles 4/5 - The garlic noodles were buttery and garlicky. It was overall good, a bit salty at the bottom. The lobster was all claws and no actual lobster body meat. I didn't like the texture and taste of it. * 20oz Bone-In Ribeye 4/5 - This was ribeye with Parmesan mashed potatoes, broccoli, and house steak sauce. The ribeye steak was okay in terms of quality. A bit overcooked. * Grilled Shrimp Skewer 4/5 - Tasted good, a bit salty. * Dragon fruit Cosmo 5/5 - Nice sweet drink. Tasted strong due to the Skyy Vodka. The dehydrated dragon fruit added an interesting touch. * Mac & Cheese 4/5 - This was pretty good.

It's been several years since I've eaten at a Yard House and my recent dining experience at the LA Live downtown location did not let me down. Plenty of inside and outside seating, flat screens in bar and dining areas to watch games, sporting and entertainment events. Low noise level which I really appreciated. Both our drinks and food arrived quickly to our table. The food was well seasoned, perfect temperature and prepared to everyone's liking. My Classic Cheese Burger with Truffle Fries was delicious. Our waiter Hayden was so friendly, courteous, attentive and patient from taking our orders to refilling our drinks which made our dining experience even better. Good food at good prices and good service. There's plenty of parking in the LA Live Parking structure.

Yardhouse is always good for large groups looking to grab a beer and some bar type food. Their huge menu means there's something for everyone.

First time at this location and it was a good experience. Will be back with others. Food: The food was good overall I will say that not everything was great. * Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich - this was a big disappointment, the sandwich had absolutely not heat to it. It was a plain fried no season, no sauce, no rub chicken sandwich. There was no flavor and it had hardly any toppings in the sandwich either. The sandwich is large in size but this was a HUGE MISS!! *Spicy Stacked Tuna - it's a small dish but it packs a punch with so much flavor. The Tuna is fresh and its enough for one person for sure. It does not come with wonton chips but you can ask for them on the side. *Everything Crusted AHI Tuna Burger - this is a big burger and it was one if my favorites. It has good flavor, the Ahi is a really good portion and it comes with fries. Great choice. *Wings - we had the BBQ and the buffalo wings. First things to mention is its an appetizer so you get about 6 wings per order. I have to say that the BBQ flavor was much better than the buffalo flavor and I'm a buffalo guy. The texture was crispy and the wings were juicy. It's a great appetizer. Service: The staff was great, quick, polite, friendly, and showed us a good time. We had Louie as our waiter and he was amazing. He really made us feel welcomed and it plays a big roll on us coming back. He was great. Thanks Louie. Atmosphere: It's a great place to go with friends or family. The vibes are relaxed and its a comfortable space wirh tons of TV's everywhere. Price: The prices are average and in line with the quility of food. I will say the appitizers are a little high for the amount you get. Location: It's located in downtown Los Angeles at L.A. Live. Parking is in the parking structure but it's not expensive.

I really enjoyed the Yard House because they had a menu for gluten sensitivity! I typically can't have gluten because I have a sensitivity so this place was perfect! I ordered lettuce tacos with Carne Asada and shrimp! They had the most perfect flavor and was gluten-free! I was there with a friend and it was his birthday, so I told the waiter to embarrass him! He brought a neon, happy birthday sign, and dessert! The ambience is really cute and fun!

Always a blast to pop into here before a Lakers or Kings game. It's almost like a ritual of passage for some and im hear to give you major kudos. Beers are terrific, food is not bad, and you're right in the middle of the action near crypto. Tv's always have games on, so you know you're dialed and set. Vibes are locked in.

    Small Cobb Salad no bacon

Came here for late lunch after boys volleyball tournament at the convention center with a group of 23 or so people. Did have to wait around 20 min for a table which is understandable considering the VB tournament and the World Cup happening. Orders were taken promptly after being seated and drinks came out fairly quickly afterwards. Food also followed at a typical pace with multiple servers trying to get the food out as close together as possible. The only improvement here after working as a server myself for years is to have an idea who the food belongs to before delivering. It was hard to hear and walking back and forth loudly asking who had the Chicken Avocado or the Poke bowl etc could have been more efficient. Our large group is pretty good at hollering down the table to help figure it out and just happy to all get our food and I'm sure that was more expeditious than every server looking to see where it went. We appreciated all getting served at nearly the same time. I had the Grand Patron Margarita no salt - it was correct the first time as 70-80 percent of the time I get one with salt and that made me quite happy. The fact it was in a short glass instead of a tall glass and overly sweet was perfect. A great margarita! I wanted something very small and ordered the "Small" Cobb salad without bacon. Again, great job with the modification and no bacon! I had to double check it was a small salad as it was more than plenty for me. I love love love this salad! Plenty of great goodies on top to last the entire salad including edamame and avocado. It didn't seem lacking at all even with the bacon missing. My son had the BBQ bacon burger and loved it. Great bun, perfect burger, perfect for my teen guy! Everyone else also commented on their food, flavor, and great menu choices. There was just one mix up with Chicken Alfredo for another cChicken Alfredo item on the menu, it was quickly resolved and all good! This is a great location for large groups as they can accommodate and likely are set up to do it often given the location at LA Live. I don't care for having to use the kiosk when paying. While it does make it easy to separate the checks by each of us finding our own items, it took a bit of time as it got passed down the table and instructions to skip the survey and put it back on "select individual items" for the next person. I feel like someone in our group requested this as they've been to Yard House before, so no ding from me.. I just have a strong aversion to the kiosks everywhere we dine. Still a 5 from me overall for efficiency and food quality and happiness of our group!

Came here after the concert for some post show snacks. We got the onion tower and some beers. Staff was friendly and seating was pretty open. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the nights cool breeze. Onion tower was good and went well with our beers.

I stopped by the Yard House for takeout and I was super impressed with the staff. Charisma took my order and she was absolutely wonderful. I don't think I have been to a restaurant in a long time with someone who has such a warm disposition and gives such great customer service. She helped me with my meal and even checked with the chef on an item to see if it was GF. There was a Lakers game tonight and the place was mobbed, but Charisma took the time and effort to help me above and beyond. If I had a restaurant, I would hire her. Food was also very good! I recommend and would definitely go back!

It has been YEARS since I've had a meal at this restaurant. I can say I left satisfied. The food was good. I ordered the meat lovers pizza, my hubby had the Ahi Tuna burger, my daughter had an order of fries. Food was hot and delicious. Service started off really good but towards the end of our meal, we had to ask other servers for their assistance. It wasn't too busy, so it was on the quieter side.

Yard House is always our go-to spot before Laker games! I would suggest going early so you can eat comfortably before game time. You can also join to waitlist on their website before you arrive. I think the only downer is that this Yard House doesn't do happy hour. Chicken nachos is always our favorite to share! We also enjoyed the pizza.

This IS the gathering place for any Anime Expo. It is hands down sometimes the easiest place to find and run into mutuals or make new friends instead of at the actual convention center itself, especially since many times you walk past it to get to the con from lot parking or to get by through LA Live. We came here on Saturday of the convention to have an early lunch and the wait was only 10 minutes instead of the estimated 20 which was really nice. Our server was courteous and checked up on us multiple times. You can order via the little tablet on the table and you can pay through it and answer a survey on it as well. Or you can just order from your server. We got the: 1) Onion Ring Tower: -It's beer battered with a dash of parmesan and chipotle ranch and buttermilk ranch for dipping. Standard onion rings but both of the ranch sauces had a bit of sweetness to it that I didn't enjoy that much since the onions also have a natural sweetness to it too. 2) Classic Sliders: -Comes with 4 flat griddled beef patties, cheddar, their special sauce, all on a toasted brioche bun, with a pickle spear and a side of their house fries. -Sauce added some sourness to the sliders and the patty meat was pretty dry. Reminded me of tires. We were hungry so we killed it, but in any other situation, it's very mediocre. Fries were normal and alright, thought a tad salty. 3) 4 Cheese Spinach Dip: -We definitely did not get enough chips with this since there's leftover 4 cheese, but we dipped our fries into this since we were waiting so long for the ketchup. -Solid appetizer. Our friend got a pizza to demolish himself and that was eaten. Everything at the start went pretty quickly, but towards the middle and the end you can tell that the strain was showing on the servers. It took quite some time to flag them down to get more water refills and a bottle of ketchup. It got even busier after we left and I'm thinking they definitely need to over staff for AX weekend since it's also July 4th. It's still the classic AX gathering spot. You gotta watch the idol fans and wota dump their light sticks and do UO Kanpai in the yard long beers.

Where is the extra lettuce. I got the attitude ingredient from the lady at the front but they forgot my extra lettuce.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after this experience, I will not be returning. I live directly across the street and have been a loyal customer, ordering from this location at least four times per week. Despite spending hundreds of dollars here over time, it is clear that customer loyalty means absolutely nothing to this establishment. My order was placed well in advance, yet I waited approximately 20 minutes after arriving for pickup. The receipt itself shows the order was placed around 2:30 p.m., and by the time I received it, nearly an hour had passed. Waiting is one thing. Poor service and a complete lack of concern is another. What is even more frustrating is that the order was still incorrect. If I pay for extra chicken, I expect extra chicken. If I request extra lettuce, I expect extra lettuce. These are simple requests and items that I am paying for. What separates good restaurants from bad ones is not whether mistakes happen--mistakes happen everywhere. The difference is how management responds. Restaurants like Lazy Dog and Lucky Strike understand that if a customer has a bad experience, management steps in, apologizes, and makes a genuine effort to correct the issue so the customer returns in the future. That did not happen here. No apology. No accountability. No effort to make things right. Just attitude and indifference. As an attorney, I pay attention to details and patterns. This was not an isolated incident. This was the latest in a long series of disappointing experiences. At some point, repeated mistakes become a reflection of management and the culture they allow. There are far too many businesses that appreciate their customers for me to continue supporting one that clearly does not. I will be taking my business elsewhere The issue is not just the food. The issue is the customer service. To the employees working the front: customer service starts with greeting customers politely and professionally. Customers should not feel like they are inconveniencing staff simply by placing an order or asking about an order they paid for. A smile and basic courtesy go a long way The level of incompetence right now has literally spoiled my appetite to eat the salad.

We were greeted by a friendly hostess who took our order and told us to look for any spot we'd like. The Dan Dan noodles came out quick and was delicious. The noodles had a nice chewy texture and the thick peanut sauce and chili oil that coated it made it super scrumptious. The freshness of the cucumber and herbs cutting through the rich sauce balanced it out. The pan fried pork buns however were rather forgettable. The meat was juicy but I was left wanting more flavour in both the meat and the buns. I also wish the bottoms were a bit crispier. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back to try their breakfast menu and other items though. Because peeking at the other tables they offerings looked delicious.

Good food, terrible experience !…read more My partner and I came to eat at this place -- it was our first time here on a Saturday night after hearing lots of recs as people who live in West LA. I'm about to sit at this booth that's empty , but this musty blonde told us that we should put our names on the waitlist. With the music blasting, I could barely hear her and was confused on the waitlist and where it was.. bc there was a free BOTG. I tell my partner abt it so she calls her again to ask about what she means, and this blonde explains a bit and as my gf begins to ask a clarifying question, she ROLLS her eyes at us in our face, scoffs, and leaves mid question! It took us asking 3 times and asking another server why we needed a waitlist to find out they save booths for larger parties, only for two parties of two to come after us and sit at each empty booth. When we asked the other server and let him know what happened, he didn't even care and it seemed like this is a common occurrence. He didn't apologize for her, talk to her , or make us feel better bc he knew we were upset. I felt very disrespected and disappointed, because we never have been here and were just wishing for a positive experience. So if you come here, know their employees have a stick up their butt on Saturday nights and feel comfortable giving poor customer service. Just do take out.
