For scheduling, insurance and payments, the "Patient Experience Coordinator" was unfriendly and abrupt, making interactions uncomfortable. I regularly worked with two physical therapists at this location for 1-2 sessions per week for more than 6 months. During each one hour visit, I worked directly with the physical therapist for 30 minutes and was then turned over to a young trainee/student for exercises. The level of competence of the trainee varied widely. Some paid attention and offered clear direction and others handed out balls or bands and then walked off. After not progressing with my recovery, I left this Athletico and spent months under the care of physical therapists at a hospital affiliated office where the full 60 minute session is with the physical therapist only. The level of care and my recovery progress increased immediately. Something to note, my insurance covered physical therapy with the same copay at the Athletico location and at my new physical therapy office. The value of care provided couldn't have been farther apart.

I'm doing better in one month than others I know 6 months out who had been through the same surgery. Daniel, Jessica and the assistants have all been patient, professional and understanding. I was unfortunate enough to be hit by a car while bicycling. After surgery I went to Wesley Place…read morefor rehab and stayed two weeks. I regret stepping foot in this place. Every nurse and CNA was friendly and more than competent, however medications were often given late and most of the time it took more than 20 minutes for somebody to answer the call button. This was not due to laziness of the staff, but due to intentional understaffing. I was at Wesley to receive physical therapy. I had a horrible therapist who threatened not to give me therapy. I left messages three days in a row to the head of therapy and now, three weeks later I have yet to receive a call back. I also called the administrator three days in a row and then once 7 days later, and am still waiting for a return call. If the head of the main department for skilled nursing cannot take the time to call a patient in the facility, and the administrator cannot either, nobody should ever stay in this place. Let me conclude on a positive note. My problems were resolved by the social worker, Sarah, who took her job to heart and treated everybody lovingly and with great care and attention to detail. She deserves to work at a place that appreciates her and its patients, so if anybody needs an amazing social work, call Sarah. You won't do much better.

There is still no medicine and it's almost 9PM, and they said it won't be there until tomorrow. I tried to call the nurse, and there was a message to leave a message. Yes, I left a message over an hour ago, and no call back. I then tried to reach the sales rep. No answer. Of course. She sold us. Left her a message. I wish I could move my sister tonight. Who credentialed this place? Shame.

The quality of care, the attention, the LOVE our mom received was beyond measure. There was an early incident that was reported and never happened again, with shaving his face before we visit. Someone do it without shaving cream or anything. So that never happened again. They are really careful about safety, making sure patients don't fall. They have daily activities which is nice, I do think the food is just basic, so we bring him breakfast in occasionally or take him for lunch. I really like the front desk staff, nurses, and assistants. Laundry is always difficult to sort out. It just seems his clothes are never where they should be. That's my personal issue, but I get that it's a floor with memory loss. Otherwise I really recommend. Has a family feeling and good care.

I've undergone treatment at this location twice, for several weeks each time. If I have to do physical therapy, I'm glad that this ATI location is fewer than five minutes from my house. Lindsey Nicholson is a fantastic physical therapist. She is very attentive, friendly and upbeat. In fact, all the staff are welcoming and friendly. They are open twelve hours per day so there's lots of options for scheduling; I prefer to have sessions early in the morning, before work, just in case there's some issue with me getting there on time after work. It's never been a problem to schedule me first thing in the morning. Every time I've been there, the therapist who's worked with me (usually Lindsey) has only been working with one or possibly two other patients at the same time. My first round of therapy lasted about two weeks and I had absolutely no pain when we were done. This, after having had varying levels of pain for about 4 months prior. I had five one hour appointments with Lindsey, and the day after my last appointment, I flew to Philadelphia, where I spent the following four days exploring the city by bus and foot, walking several miles per day around the city. Before I had started my therapy, I had discomfort walking only a few blocks. My second round of therapy lasted about twice a long, but the results were just as positive. The facility seems to offer a pick-up service if needed, though I'm not sure how it works. The space is incredibly neat and tidy, and the staff are dedicated and knowledgeable. None of them are pushy or overbearing, and are careful to explain if you have any questions and are not afraid to change tacks if something doesn't seem to be working. If you are unfortunate enough to need PT, I wholeheartedly suggest ATI, and this location in particular, to get great help to set you right.
