The sitters who watched my cat took detailed notes and lots of photos, there was great detail in the reports. The sitters followed my instructions to a tee. We had an issue with my lockbox but they were so gracious and kind as we worked through it together. They spoiled him in his last days. On the final day it was reported my kitty had thrown up. When I got home he had not improved and I brought him to the vet. Unfortunately, his cancer had spread and I had to say goodbye. This had nothing to do with the care VPS gave Archer. In fact, I think the care they gave him helped him wait for me. When I am ready for a furry friend again, I will be using this company and will recommend them to all my friends.

I panicked. I kept thinking I made the wrong decision because I had several business trips planned, and several days at work where I just couldn't be at home to let him out for a potty break and keep consistency with his time to play, rest, and potty train. I heard about Valley Pet Sitting years ago when I had my first precious boy, but although I called them, it turned out I didn't need them because I had family that could pitch in when I was away. They literally saved my life with my new puppy. They come to the house and give me a play-by-play of everything they did with my puppy (including taking pictures and videos of him playing in the backyard with them) on their app. They also use a Gio tag so you can see where they are when you pooch goes for a walk or just plays in the backyard. The sitters are kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. They asked me every detail about how I take care of him and what's important to me in my home to make sure they don't leave anything disturbed. They even called to make sure that it was OK for him to be on the couch when he made a decision to take a nap during a visit. They are exceedingly responsive and reasonably price for the quality of care and peace of mind I get from their support. I love this company and will certainly be recommending them to friends and family in need of Pet Sitting.

Parking is easy in the complex and BSB is right off the freeway for convenience. The staff was very friendly on the phone - answering my questions and when I arrived. They took good care of my pup while he was there and he was excited when I picked him up. When I picked him up, they told me he was a "good boy." THANK YOU BSB WOODLAND HILLS for taking care of my BB! I will be back.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE…read more My experience was absolutely devastating. Immediately after picking up my dog from his grooming appointment, I had to rush him to an emergency veterinary clinic because he was in excruciating pain. He was unable to move his limbs normally and was crying and screaming in pain. Based on his injuries, the veterinarian told me they believed he may have fallen from the grooming table. What made this experience even worse was the grooming salon's response. Instead of being transparent about what happened, they repeatedly denied that anything had occurred and failed to provide an honest explanation. If an accident happened, I needed that information immediately so my veterinarian could properly diagnose and treat my dog. Because I was not given accurate information, the veterinary team had to spend additional time and perform additional examinations to determine what had happened and which part of his body had been injured. That delayed his treatment, prolonged his suffering, and resulted in additional veterinary expenses. Accidents can happen anywhere. What I cannot accept is the apparent lack of honesty and transparency afterward. As a pet owner, you trust a groomer with a member of your family. When something goes wrong, that trust requires immediate disclosure so the animal can receive the appropriate medical care as quickly as possible. I would never trust this business with my dog again, and I strongly encourage other pet owners to consider my experience before bringing their pets here.
