I finally went back in and spoke to Jennifer who was very understanding of the situation. But she couldn't tell me if this was the rare side affect that occurs (which I was aware of- but she mentioned that was visibility much different) she couldn't identify what went wrong, she couldn't even say if this was permanent or not. The best she could do was apologize and say shed submit the case to Coolsculpting. Furthermore, halfway through treatment she felt I was no longer a good candidate for coolsclptiing so she cancelled future appointments out of caution- and I hadn't even achieved results I was hoping for, so I felt like I was now left to deal with this growth area on my own. Although she was very understanding and had a good attitude and her staff was great during my treatments, it's very evident, at Coolcontours they are only knowledgeable of the device itself and have very little knowledge of the biology behind it. There was a misdiagnosis or something was missed on their part for this to have happened. Months later, I've had to make drastic dietary changes and have been dealing with new body image issues which I did not have prior to coming to Coolcontours.
