This is a beautiful and calm space with midnight blue walls, gold accents and comfortable black seating. There's a well stocked bar in the back of the restaurant that can seat 5. My group started with the Tom Yum soup. This was delicious, with a perfect balance of spicy and sweet. We also tried the red curry with chicken and the pad Thai. All was vibrant and flavorful. Delicious food + exceptional service = I'll be back!

As soon as you walk in you are greeted with friendly faces, the restaurant is clean, the food is very flavorful, service is just as great and the ambiance is very peaceful. The owner is super sweet and friendly.

I tried Yaya's for the first time and it was good! We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty chill. The interior is cute, clean and cozy. The server was kind and patient while we made our decisions. I ordered the seafood curry, medium spice with seafood and it was tasty but definitely sweeter than I expected. I'm partial to more savory curries but it was still so good. My mom ordered the fried rice with shrimp add-on. We also shared the egg rolls. Even though we didn't have room, we had the brownie à la mode for dessert. Pretty tasty overall.

I was told this new restaurant is the brick-and-mortar version of a pop-up that once operated out of a service station. I had never visited the original, but my nephew raved about the food. The ambiance here exceeded my expectations--the dining area is much larger than you'd guess from the modest strip-center exterior. The furnishings and décor are tastefully done. The restaurant offers table service, and both the service and our waitress were wonderful during our visit. My three favorite dishes were the Tom Yum soup, the Thai Isaan-style ground pork, and the Papaya Salad. We also enjoyed the Drunken Noodles and the Roti with Massaman sauce. The Tom Yum soup was phenomenal. I love this dish to begin with, and their version is hands-down the best I've ever had. The flavor was amazing, and the fresh vegetables really elevated it. It's served with rice, making it a hearty and satisfying bowl. I definitely recommend this place and think it's going to become very popular.

What a lovely vibe here! The restaurant is beautiful and peaceful, and Chris & Dany are awesome hosts. The menu had all my favorite Thai dishes. The family and I had a wonderful time and were happy to watch the Super Bowl from the bar tvs. I will definitely be coming back!

This place is a hidden gem. We've been a few times and they never disappoint. Great for a date night. Nice decor, beautiful menus, good service. They even let us try different curries before ordering. Loved everything we ever ordered and the ROTI bread is above all others! Do not go without getting the roti!

A literal hole in the wall... the location is quite confusing but interesting because it is adjacent to a bar but right before entering the bar, there is a special door to the Thai food. You enter the place... it is small and quiet, then you place your order using a screen, sit down and wait. The food was served really fast. The roti with curry sauce was AMAZING. The drunken momma noodles and rice were also really good. They close at 10pm which is convenient. Also it is easy to also place an order for pickup since they place all orders on a shelf and you just show up to get your order. I will definitely go back!!

The food was good and service was on point. It was a little pricier than what I expected.

The food is amazing! It has an authentic Thai flavor (which is really hard to find). The owner is so kind and represents Thai hospitality perfectly; it made me feel so warm and right at home. The restaurant is nice and clean--perfect for family time. They even have some special menu items!

Truly enjoyed this new Thai spot inside Brewsky's bar. The owners are really friendly and the owner was the one who cooked our food. Delicious food. Suprisingly good variety of Thai dishes. You order on kiosk and then they will bring food to your table. We loved everything we ordered. This will be one of my regular spots now!

This is a new location. We decided it to give it a shot and we're impressed! The inside was well done. The food was incredibly fresh and made to order. Service was fast and attentive. We loved everything we ordered! I would definitely recommend this place. It was some of the best Thai food I have had in a while. Will definitely be back!

So, my thoughts on this place.. Hmm.. It's a Bar/ Restaurant.. more on the bar side. My food is really good!! Let me get started with the Ambiance of this establishment. If you are looking for a fun place to eat and drink.. This is it!! They have Pool tables and Darts. So, not a quiet place. Very alive!! No one to take your order manually on the Restaurant side.. With all that this could be the new Spot!! Food Drinks and Fun.. You can't beet that.. I will be back!!

Amazing hidden gem. Great flavor and service! Spice levels tended toward Thai levels and not US hot. Be conservative and enjoy.

I have a love/hate that they change their menu because I thought I did my due diligence and studied the menu and precious Yelp reviews to prepare what to order. But then the menu changed but it was fine bc Nico helped steer us to all the good stuff! We ordered a bunch of dishes and ate family style so we could try everything! The stand outs to me were the Pani Puri with the fiery mint water that you pour and lets you control the heat (you eat it in one bite), the Pork Dan Dan Buco Di Creste noodles (we asked not too spicy, we're getting older! Haha ), the Gulf Shrimp Pakora, and the ice cream pie from Lucy Boone! Mister Mao is where the old Dick and Jenny's restaurant used to be across from Rouse's on Tchoupitoulas. It's a little pricey but so worth it for a fancy night out!! And ask for Nico, he's the best!!

We came here for gals brunch a few months back. I loved the energy here. The staff, the bartender,…read morethe waiter are all quirky and fun. The decor kind of matches that energy. And so does their 'pics of cats' all over the menu. I am a cat person, so that won me over right there. They were running the special for a family style meal for $54 ++. You get to try so much, we decided to get 3 since there were 6 of us. I enjoyed the food more than the cocktails. The coffee cocktail was really not good and possibly my least fav coffee cocktail in the city. I think it needs a revamp. The ingredients are basically hoodoo chicory, it just tasted like all bitter. I didn't order any other drinks after that. I did try the gals drinks and they were all just ok. As for the food, I think the clear winner was the garlic noods. Not only did every slurp theirs up, fighting over it, almost all of us ordered a garlic noodle to go! That was top notch and I still thinking about that today! The dumplings were good, the shrimp was better than the rice dumpling. I enjoyed the ginger salad and fried chicken. It was an interesting fusion of flavors and a very fun atmosphere to be in. I will absolutely be back for the drool worthy garlic noodles.

It's a small space, so I highly recommend making a reservation if you don't want to wait. To start, we ordered the Paloma and lychee cocktails--both refreshing and perfectly balanced. We also tried the Monkey Snack and Stoplight rolls. If you're into bold, complex flavor profiles, the Monkey Snack is a must. Sweet, tangy, and packed with flavor--it hits every note. The Stoplight roll brings just the right amount of heat thanks to the jalapeños, and the fish is incredibly fresh. But the real star for me? The curried dumpling broth. I seriously dream about it when I'm not in NOLA. It's so rich and flavorful that I almost finish the broth before touching the dumplings. Absolute comfort in a bowl. The tuna rangoons weren't my favorite, but still a solid dish. Overall, a staple spot for me anytime I'm in town. Consistently delicious with creative dishes that leave a lasting impression.

We opted for "Feed Me" and Chef always delivers really fresh seafood and creative flavors. I'm still not over the flounder that they made look like a flower- (see pic). Stunning presentation. We got a couple hot dishes too. I enjoyed the golden nugget- three good sized crispy fried shrimp balls served with delicious blueberry aioli. The hot splash noodles were tasty and sharable. Do get the trio of ice cream if you've got room- the ube cheesecake was my fave flavor. The sake pairing with feed me was also nice touch. Overall great value for quality and portions. Looking forward to our next visit.
