Absolutely unreal day on the water with Captain Jack and Christina…read more From the second we left the dock, they were dialed in - professional, calm, and clearly masters of their craft. Every detail was handled, every question answered, and the energy on the boat was confident but relaxed. We ended up landing a 7.5 ft sailfish and a 14 ft hammerhead - a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience. What stood out most wasn't just the fish, though. It was how Captain Jack and Christina guided us through every step of the fight. Clear coaching, constant communication, and total composure even when things got intense. Christina worked nonstop and went above and beyond all day. Both of them were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely excited for us. You can tell they care deeply about what they do and about the experience their guests have. I've fished a lot of places, and this was one of the most memorable days I've ever had offshore. If you're even considering booking with them - do it. You won't regret it.

The best part is all the gear and equipment and bait is included for all paying guests. There's several trip options to choose from. Early morning, during the days and their late night trip. We have done all, and I prefer the late nights. The water is calmer, it's not as hot, and it's pretty relaxing if you ask me. The business operates daily, weather permitting. The boats are pretty big, they seem to be able to hold about 30 persons on the fishing level. There's an upper deck for a smaller fee, for people who do not want to fish, but go along for the ride. You're welcome to keep whatever you catch, depending the size of course. Once we cough a nurse shark, we were not able to keep it, but it sure had eveyone taking onboard! You're also allowed to bring your meals and drinks on board. It's definitely a party if you make friends with your neighbors and enjoy the tour. I'll definitely continue using this company for years to come.

I'm an old hand at drift fishing aboard what they call party boats. So first of all, understand that the term "party" is synonymous with the term "group" as in a group of people. It just means they board around 10 to 15 or so people to go fishing. There really isn't any party as such. No drinks, noisemakers or helium filled balloons. The closest you'll come to that is if you board with your own chilled six pack of beer. Having been aboard most of the area drift fishing boats like Betty II, Flamingo, Catch My Drift, etc., I can say that Super Sea Legs is very much in the same category which is to say a really nice boat. Plus as with the others, everything necessary is provided. They have the poles, reels, bait, hooks and leaders; everything you need and when aboard you won't need a fishing license. But here is the biggest plus, a knowledgeable deck hand that will bait your hook, unbait your catch, assist you with landing your catch and clean your catch in a professional manor. But most importantly telling you what you have caught and what you can eat and what you should not eat. The most important thing to me when on a drift boat is the knowledge and skill of the deck hand. To me, captains don't count, anybody can run those ships with modern day electronic gear but not many have the skills of the deck hands. And, I can say the deck hand we had was just great. Another thing you might want to note is that Super Sea Legs is docked nearly next to Jimbo's Sand Bar. I understand the chef at Jimbo's is more than happy to cook your fish for you so that you can have a super fresh fish meal when you return. You can't get much better than that, can you?

BAD BUSINESS - the level of unprofessionalism/disrespect-no return no referrals will be coming from me or my colleges. It was and is very disheartening to have a front person ruin the return of a group, for such an amazing staff. They may wanna consider someone else responding to message inquires since she has been doing this since 2017 per other reviews posted on this and sites, including Groupon and Trip Adviser from what I've seen so far. She is very combative in her responses and moves forward with accusations lies and assumptions. I have used several social media outlets to display our correspondence as a reference. I am not asking for a refund nor do I want one. Our group enjoyed ourselves, we were provided with assistance and were able to take home the fish we caught. I can NOT believe I'm leaving a review/complaint at 12:41am on a Monday night after receiving a text accusing me of being a lair because I dropped my rating of them on Groupon...yes, yes I did. Now I am changing my rating on here as it has dropped - 100%

We arrived around 7:30-7:45am and were on the water by 8am. We spent about 2 1/2 hours rolling to some of the spots they knew well. A couple of kingfish and a few others (don't ask me I'm just there to catch them all). The entire morning was relaxing, fun and filled with great conversation. The Captain Jeff pulled out the kite and I have to say this has been on my bucket list for a long time. I've always wanted to see it done live and in person. What an amazing experience. I was able to catch a couple of great fish as they put the kite out. But unfortunately for us we had to pull it back in about 20 minutes in due to a storm rolling in super fast. I plan on doing this again though I would love a catch and release for a sailfish. Dave was amazing and kept us going non stop and gave us breaks when needed. He was just awesome and fun to chat with. My husband was a good sport (seeing as my fish were bigger and better eating than his) and that made the trip for me! :) 4 hours was awesome but next time I'll try to book a couple of days maybe a morning and then a different afternoon. So much fun!! I can't wait to come back. The awesome thing is the guys recommended we filet one of the fish up to take up the dock to a restaurant that would cook it right up for us. So that is exactly what we did...you can't get any fresher than that...what an awesome recommendation!

In honor of one the areas most beloved residents, Hollywood Commissioners voted to rename the park after him in 1999. The park was originally named Yankee Clipper after DiMaggio's nickname but after his death his family requested the name change. It is a fitting honor for someone who gave so much to the community even lending his name for a world class children's hospital. Today you can stroll the same paths Joe DiMaggio used to enjoy. The park has a paved exercise path that runs around the perimeter of picturesque lakes. Along the way are fitness stations that use your body weight to work out. There is also a large shade covered playground for kids to enjoy. The real delight of this park are the extensive paths which are ideal for exercise like running and walking and for kids to safely ride a bike and skate on. The outer loop is .81 miles and the inner loop is .40 miles. This park is also excellent for bird watching as the lakes attract a number of species of birds. Just be sure to keep dogs away from the edge of the water. Last summer a crocodile was caught in the park before being relocated. This park is really pretty and beloved by the community just as its namesake Joe DiMaggio was.
