Today they were 20 minutes late to take me appointment. Had to cancel that last minute. Doctors office wanted to reschedule both appointment, one has to be seen prior to next one. I said I didn't want to do that, as already now partway there. Ride is very bumpy and made me nauseous. Then it felt like he was speeding trying to make up time. Car was too hot as well. But driver made sure he got form signed before even left departure city.

We are currently waiting out of state at Gundersen for a pick up to get back to La Crosse for well over 2 hours. They told us it will be another half hour at least. My client has now missed his appointment back in La Crosse because of. This is unacceptable!!! We should not have to keep calling your company to redirect rides to Winona when you said the driver would be waiting. We will be contacting Inclusa and any state certifying agencies regarding this. Booking with Star, I got regular updates on where the shuttle was, when the passengers were picked up, and when they were dropped off at their hotel - a great comfort as I live out of state. It was easy to book and arrange for a direct bill (instead of booking on a personal credit card); Hank worked with us to organize our reservations and was helpful and courteous. From now on, we will ONLY book with Star!
