She was able to instantly bond with Zeus and leave an amazing first impression! She has been great at taking care of him for me while I go on week long trips for my work in Minneapolis and also visiting family out in California. She always sends photos to me and tells me updates everyday while I am out of town. In November, she mentioned to me that Zeus was drinking too much water and recommended I get him looked at by a vet. When I took Zeus in, the vet diagnosed him with feline diabetes. I would not have been able to get him diagnosed as quickly if it were not for Kelsey looking out for me and his best interests. Kelsey has been also to help with administering insulin for me while I am gone so he is able to be his happy and healthy self while I am gone. Since his diagnosis, she has been great at sending me updates on his water intake and any medical issues that arises. Kelsey is a honest, hard working woman with a passion for all animals. She is dedicated to ensuring all animals in her care are taken care of and loved while their owners are away. I would recommend her to any person in the area who needs someone to take care of their animals. Normally I get very anxious leaving Zeus while I travel. With Kelsey, she has been able to elevate any concerns that I have and make me feel comfortable with traveling anywhere in the US (and Canada!).

They focus not just on your dog being somewhere while you are away but so much more. They work on enrichment, socialization, giving love to all the dogs. They spend time with them day in and day out. They keep close eye on all pets. There is a very well put together pre-qualification process and I am happy they have it in place. The staff truly care about our pets and they give them the love that our pets deserve while we are away. As long as we live close, Bear will be there for boarding and daycare!

They give you updates throughout your dogs stay, spend lots of quality time with the dogs, and my dog always comes home tired from all the fun he has had. At the end of the stay, you get a "report card" letting you know how everything went. They also are extremely friendly and do everything to make you comfortable about leaving your fur baby. I just got a new stray cat recently, and we had to take him for all his vaccines and a check up…read more The front desk ladies were so sweet and because my cat was scared, they kept walking by and checking up on him. they also gave me a free bag of cat treats to congratulate me on getting a cat. The actual vet was also amazing. he went through everything very carefully and talked me through everything he was doing. my cat was very scared so he ended up having an accident in his carrier. which they took in the back and cleaned. he answered all questions that I asked in a way i could easily understand. I was then given flea medicine to take home at no cost at all, along with a couple squeezable treats. I was also given a folder with a ton of information about being a cat parent, including food I should be giving him and things that can possibly be toxic to them which i wouldn't know as this is my first cat. i'm definitely very happy with my experience and will continue to go here!
