Came on a Sunday morning around 9:30 and there was definitely a line. It's a very small place, no indoor seating, and only two employees helping out so be prepared to wait a bit. It has a pretty cool vibe to it with the decorations and the names of all their drinks. Very fun. They have a limited number of pastries to choose from, some sweet and some savory, mostly croissant based. They bake limited quantities so once they're gone, they're gone. I ordered one cinnamon roll and one cheesy egg croissant. Both came out fresh and still warm. The cinnamon bun was so soft and moist. I loved the cream cheese frosting on top. It was the perfect addition of sweet but not too sweet and complimented the cinnamon rolls perfectly as opposed to others I've had with sugary glazes. The only critiques would be that it was almost too much frosting, and I would have liked a bit more cinnamon inside the actual dough. The cheesy egg croissant wasn't the best I've ever had. The egg was a bit too dry and I expected it to be super cheesy, but I had a hard time finding the cheese in every bite. The croissant was flaky but had an interesting sweetness to it that was a bit strange to me. Tasty but not my favorite and not something I'd go out of my way for. There are other bakeries closer to me that I enjoy more, and since this is a hit of a drive, not sure I'll go out of my way. But definitely give their cinnamon rolls a try if you're in the area! read more

After seeing countless amount of social media videos about this bake shop...I FINALLY had the opportunity to try it out for myself and boy...it sure was tasty! Located in College Park, this spot is part of a strip of stores and definitely stands out with its bright and vibrant sign. For parking, there were a few street parking so expect to maybe walk a tad bit if you park further away. The store itself is a smaller cute shop, just the perfect size for a bake shop. I got there super early in the morning so had plenty of baked goodies to choose from. I actually asked the lovely folks at the counter their recommendations and they were soo helpful. I ended up selecting the Cinnabon, egg/ham/cheese croissant and the brown sugar pastry. I loved each and every one of them! My favorite was definitely the savory egg/ham/cheese croissant... that was the showstopper. For beverages, I ended up ordering the cold brew to wash everything down. The cold brew was just ok... I probably won't get it again the next time around... maybe I'll try one of their other iced coffees on the menu! Overall, I think this spot was definitely a great addition to the area, I will definitely be back soon! read more

OBSESSED with their cinnamon rolls! This is hands down the best I've had in a really long time. The second time I had them, I asked my husband to pick them up since he was in the area and the actual location was closed. They were taking orders from Cups and Pups Coffee--turns out it's the same owner. I was so excited to finally try the cinnamon roll from Yeastcoast Bakehouse and let me tell you, it was everything I wanted it to be and more. It was so fluffy with a generous amount of cream cheese frosting. I loved it. It was also very quick to order and fulfill my order which was great. I arrived around 10 am and thought I would have to wait a long time, but I didn't and it was wonderful. They are currently in their soft opening and they have been selling out! I finally was able to get one of their famous cinnamon rolls! So delicious! So rich! Not overly sweet, definitely shareable but I didn't want to share~ I'm already thinking of my next visit! Their menu consists of savory and sweet baked goods with drinks including coffee and non-caffeinated options! Prices are reasonable and comparable to others in the same market. Very nice vibes. I love the hype! The service is standard/friendly, the case of baked goods is a feast for the eyes, the prices are standard, and the overall offerings are unique enough but still familiar and very tasty! The cookies and milk bun deserves all the hype it gets. The egg croissant wasn't my favorite (too sweet maybe). If I had to choose between the pop tart and the oatmeal cream pie drinks I would choose the oatmeal cream pie 10/10 times! Weird side note but I started sniffling/sneezing a lot while drinking the pop tart latte and stopped drinking it halfway and immediately got better, so I'm not sure if there's some artificial stuff in there that doesn't agree with me--would be interested to know what's going in as another reviewer mentioned it tasted a lil artificial flavaah to them too. Definitely keep an eye on their instagram to make sure they're not sold out before you go there as they tend to sell out of things pretty quickly! I love what Matt and team have done with the former cups and pups space this place is totally a vibe. They are in their soft opening phase, but everything was delicious and the service on point. I'm so excited for their future grand opening. The cinnamon roll was incredible. I also picked up a pizza roll that I've yet to try. Everything was so fresh and hot. And it did in fact live up to the hype - I will say the croissant cinnamon roll was our favorite over the classic cinnamon roll; it had the perfect bread to icing ratio and was crunchy yet gooey. This new addition to College Park is a home run. They are only open Friday-Sunday and bake limited quantities, so plan around that if visiting. The coffee is the best in College Park, which is crazy considering there's 2 other coffee places that specialize in coffee. The girl that waited on us at the counter was very nice. I do wish they had some separation between the front counter and the bake bakery. That might come in time. My pastry was $7, perhaps a little expensive, but quality wise I do believe it held up. read more

This is a limited review--I'll update when I've tried more. First the oatmeal cookie cold brew which is something I would never normally order. I drink black coffee for the love of God. The Cinnabon croissant is to DIE for. Parking sucks but that's just Orlando lol. Definitely go early bc they sell out in the afternoon. After seeing a patrons video of Yeast Coast Bakehouse on Instagram this morning we decided to set off on our long journey from Polk County to College Park to experience this place. We visited around 11:30am and they only had two baked items to order so we ordered one of each. We ordered the Cinnamon Roll ($6) and the Bread Pudding ($5) and we shared a Brown Sugar Pop Tart Latte ($6). I have to say, the video made this look amazing, and the reality didn't match our excitement level. We knew this was likely a small bakehouse, but we expected them to have more baked items to choose from since we thought that baked items were their specialty. They do not have any seating so you have to take items to go which is fine. We started with the cinnamon roll and the best part of it was the icing. It was really tasty and not overly sweet. The cinnamon roll itself was moist but didn't have much flavor without the icing. The bread pudding is also moist and lacking a rich flavor. The Iced Brown Sugar Pop Tart Latte had a tasty topping but the latte itself was flavored with a kind of fake tasting syrup. All in all, it's an ok place to visit, but maybe more worth a visit if you arrive much much closer to opening. The whole place is very small so it doesn't look like their kitchen is large enough to keep it stocked before noon. There were just two employees present. I don't feel a great need to return as there are other bakeries in the neighborhood to visit. read more

Wow! I am a fan! I randomly stopped by late Saturday morning in hopes that there would still be some baked goods left and I was in luck. I was able to order 2 of their brown butter croissants because they were out of cinnamon rolls and I am so glad it happened that way. These buns were so darn tasty and flaky. My big back scarfed mine down so I didn't take any pictures. It complimented my tiramisu iced latte perfectly. I usually don't like my coffee with any flavors, but it looked so good that I had to try. Like the bun, it hit and It wasn't too sweet. The service was great and the music was on point. I came in to visit Yeast Coast Bakehouse for the first time and absolutely loved it! The 90s concept is so cool. As a 2000s baby, I'm definitely missing the nostalgia for the 90s, but the vibes are amazing. The music, decor, and menu are all well themed and really cool. I came in closer to closing, so they were sold out of everything except the cinnamon rolls and coffee. I didn't mind at all though because the cinnamon roll was absolutely delicious! The rich vanilla flavor and gooey glaze are perfection. It's sweet without being overly sweet with tons of fragrant cinnamon filling. I also got the iced honey nut cheerio latte. It was amazing! The honey nut flavor was just like the cereal! The service was amazing and the gals working were lovely. They greeted me immediately and asked what I've been up to today. I'm so excited to come back. We tried Yeast Coast Bakehouse today, and let me tell you, the hype is real! We arrived at 11 AM, but some of their signature items were already sold out, like the cinnamon roll. So, pro tip: get there at 10 AM when they start the fresh bake, or right when they open. We ordered the cheesy egg croissant, bagel bite, and brown butter croissant bun, and they were all amazing! I found myself saying "Oh my God" multiple times while enjoying them. Our only complaint is that they weren't warm; they were quite cold. We had to go home and heat them up. I'm not sure if toasting is an option, but I'll ask next time. I think they should offer to heat them up or keep them in a warmer. Other than that, everything was delightful. Very pleased with my first two experiences at Yeast Coast! The pumpkin cream cold brew is my favorite in central Florida. The monkey bread looked delicious so I got it to go. I will definitely get it again. It was very sweet and rich in a great way, had all the flavors of monkey bread I've made at home but without all the effort and wait time it takes to make it on your own! The employees were very welcoming both times I've been and ask how you're doing with genuine interest. I will continue to come here and go out of my way to stop by when wanting a baked treat and coffee :) read more
